Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Lubbock

Ive tried a lot of the burgers here and Ive never been disappointed. The fries are amazing and they are bottomless. Oh, ask for campfire sauce. Trust me. I enjoy a nice drink and Im never let down ordering one at Red Robin. This place is legit!

Do not go to this place its too expensive and the food was nasty 🤢. It used to be a good place to get a burger and other food, but it went downhill. Management needs to improve this place big time. The workers are nice, but the waitress did not fill up our drinks or give us napkins. And good luck getting your endless fries cuz theyre always out.

Awesome curb side pick up, fast service and they always have all your food packed up nicely. They give you a LOT of food.

From the moment we were greeted at the door till we left the staff was friendly and made our visit enjoyable. Food was excellent, tasteful and hot when served.

Our waitress, Abby, was wonderful! She was patient with us for our indecisiveness but did not make us wait either once we were ready. She kept us smiling and took great care of us. The food came out quickly and just how we asked for it. We enjoyed our family lunch today.

This was one of my favorite burger places up until tonight. I ordered a curbside order just as I have done many times before. But I get home and I see that our burgers were made with pressed beef in the shape of a perfect circle. No real flavor either. My husband wanted to eat a burger from dairy queen but im like no I really would like Red Robin now I kinda wished we had gone with Dairy Queen. I didnt even eat much of my burger and the fries tasted like old grease from a fryer. Im pretty sure I wont be going back. I normally dont mind spending that much for their burgers but Im not sure what happened tonite it just wasnt good at all.

Good food. Service just ok. I had the mushroom burger it was good.

The food was really good and the service was truly superb! The only drawbacks were that the floor was sticky under the table (probably a spilled drink from someone earlier in the dayand 2 stalls were out of order in the ladies restroom. Otherwise we had a great experience.

There was a deal they were running for a $10 meal with a drink, we specifically said we wanted that deal, everything seemed fine until the bills came. A few of us had ordered freckled lemonaids, which unbeknownst to us was not part of the deal, which the waitress never told us even though we said we wanted the deal. The waitress became very rude even though none of us got upset, we were just trying to figure out what happened and if there was a way to rectify it. At no point did she offer any way to rectify the situation. My sister did make a complaint to corporate and was given a gift card, but it really soured our otherwise fun night.

I love this restaurant, the burgers are so delicious, its worth the price, even though the wait staff are usually young college kids, theyre fantastic, great service and food consistent.

Waitress was awesome and actualy made sure we were ok and didnt need anything.

Not my usual place to eat, because American food isnt my place to eat, but my boss took me there for birthday. This was actually my first time eating here. The server was was upbeat and friendly.After taking a look at the menu, I was debating between a burger or fish and chips. The fish and chips tasted good. Ive had better, however, the taste was about 1 and a half thumbs up.

Today, we went here after church.It was our first time here and everything came out great. The burgers were delicious and our waiter, Javi, was great! Another reason, I gave it a 5 star was, EVERYONE, I mean everyone, even the managers were working together, No one was sinking ship. Overall, will come again.

First time was good. I didnt know anything about what to expect. Two times later on not so good. No one mentioned bottomless fries or drinks. Too much salt on my fries, I asked for a new batch...same thing. I went to the side of kitchen and the waitresses were on their cellphone. I took my napkin and tried to get off salt as best as possible. The cook probably cant read or waitress forgot to tell him. She said she did ,but who knows? Service was not good nor the food. They NEED to close the place. Sorry Lubbock for bringing them here.

“Upcharges” forgotten orders and “extras” made our overall experience disappointing. A bacon cheeseburger shouldn’t be a certain price, then extra charges for the added bacon. And, an “ENTERTAINMENT FEE”???? WTH is that? Music playing in the ceiling? TVs on the wall? The place was almost empty the whole time we were there. I can see why.

My son was coming over to do laundry. We each had a bad day. Decided we needed a drink and appetizers. Went to Red Robin. Did not disappoint!

It was DELICIOUS, I ordered a guacamole bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect!

I paid $35 including a 20% tip for a takeout order. Wings and sweet potato fries. Wings were puny and they gave me blue cheese crumbles instead of blue cheese wing sauce, which makes no sense whatsoever.Edit (three months later): In case anyone was wondering, I e-mailed Red Robin. No response.

I ordered to go and they came right outside to take of my family and I. Everything was in the bag, the food was fresh, the best Red Robin I’ve had in a while!

Service - Appalling - they do absolutely nothing that could even come close to being called "unbridled service"Management - Atrocious - she wasnt even showered and had a major attitude. Maam, your kitchen fukd up. How difficult is it to apologize and make a new salad?Atmosphere - uncomfortable due to cussing from servers.Cleanliness - equal to dining in a dumpster. Almost positive no one washes their hands(witnessed in the restroom)Food - overpriced for the slop they throw down in front of youTime for this "restaurant" to join the yester-years of TL&C

Good food, staff member Blaine was great. Fully redeemed this location for me. I observed as he handled multiple tables, cleaned between guests, and never left guest table wanting. He aided a nearby table with cash out issues and then on way to finalize thier payment glanced at other tables, saw I was just finishing my drink. He stopped, approached, and after confirming refill needed he departed to handle the other tables payment. Upon returning for them, he brought my drink at same time. Great at multitasking while upholding the golden standard for customer service in a food service industry.

Not as good as weve had here previously. Bottomless fries and milkshakes very slow to be refilled. So slow in fact, by the time they came, we had waited so long we didnt want them anymore.

Needed a quick sit down Lunch. Service was good once we got seated. The burgers were great. At 2 pm the place nearly empty. Will come again when in Lubbock again.

My husband and granddaughter took me here for my birthday I had heard so much great stuff and was eager to try the food. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY. They dont have a very good kids food selection to start with, secondly they completely messed up on my husbands SIMPLE burger order (KETCHUP ONLY not hard , very simple and certainly not rocket sciencebut instead of only ketchup it had everything and my burger well fresh ripe avocados (not rotten, brownish/blackwithout a foul taste or smell and fresh tomatoes (not rotten and certainly not a vomiting tasteWOULD HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY NICE AND WELL APPRECIATED. The attitude from the staff simply for asking them to correctly make my husbands burger was unbelievably insane and lets not even add the fumed response to me sending back my food (after I did vomit from taking a biteand pointing out the obvious rotten vegetables. To put it nicely if I was a health inspector that place would have been made to shut its doors immediately and remain so until they could comply with health rules and regulations and pass another inspection no violations. They lack professionalism, common sense or common curtosey, extremely rude and ill-mannered, have no sense of responsibility or work ethics with extreme anger issues and very poorly managed. ITS EXTREMELY OVERRATED AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Lets not forget the womens bathroom at least smelled worse than a porter potty, hygiene essentials shortly supplied and cleanliness disgusting.

Had the fish and chips and was not pleased with the taste. There were very few people in the restaurant so I wonder how they stay in business. Will not eat there again.

Had fries, a Black and Bleu burger and a Brisket burger. Great, prompt service, quick to seat us and very chill. Great place for Sunday lunch

WAAAAY over priced for burgers and fries. My burger was so poorly put together, I literally had to cut it with a knife a fork to eat it. Same with my husbands! 2 burgers, 2 fries & 2 sodas was $50.00 after a tip! I will never be back!UPDATE: as Red Robin requested, I emailed them; and I have yet to receive a reply. Youd think they dont want my business. Maybe they forgot Google is Worldwide?!?! I would have for this review to go viral...

We had a great time. We went around 12pm on a Friday and it wasnt too busy at all. We were seated right away, drinks ordered right away. They mixed up the sweet and unsweet tea but before we even said anything they noticed and brought us sweet tea on their own. My wife wanted cheese fries and they were kind enough to make us some even though off menu item. The manager I think was who took care of us, and she was absolutely lovely. Would definitely go back. Food was great. Oh and side note, restrooms were very clean. This concludes my thesis 😅

It was fine. My drink seemed a bit watered down. Service was good. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and I think the prices are high across the board.

Scorpion burger is tasty good. Service was friendly and fast. Great. Ill go back if Im not paying the tab. Place is not cheap

Visit started with a hostess that reaked of cheap dirt weed. Obviously she had some on her and had also used some. Food was cold and Im not sure if they used seasoning or not. The waiter was the only good part of the experience as be seemed to be the only employee doing more than walking through the motions in doing their job. This restaurant went from one of my kids most requested to a place where none of us could finish our food and the benefit of the payment option at our table was a perk because it meant we could just pay and get the f out of the building.

Took my 2 year old son, almost 3. Had a great time. He kept complimenting how good the mozzarella sticks were with each bite. I really enjoyed my burger with the pineapple slice. The young man waiting our table was very professional and confident. The hostesses were very warm and welcoming. My son had fun playing around with one of them as she passed by every now and then. Great experience. Thank you!

Delicious food and wonderful staff. Made sure we where happy with our food every step of the way. They have a decent selection of burgers and some you cant try anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My favorite is a scorpion gourmet burger and love garlic fries and onion rings. I love orange cream soda. Nice place to eat when you really want some good burgers.

Love the place and the burgers but the sewage must have been backing up in the restroom so it smelled really bad would have been a five-star if it hadnt been for that at least it wasnt known till after the meal... Waitress was really nice she did a great job thank you! Should have that problem fixed pretty soon I would imagine then itll be back up to five stars!

The host and the waitress were extremely friendly. The waitress was amazing at food suggestions, which was great and went above and beyond to help us with specifics. However, my burger wasnt made right (it was suppose to be medium-rare but was overcooked, still decent but not great and it was suppose to have no onions), my husband food, made to-go, was raw inside (a chicken entreeand the server who brought out the to-go food was extremely rude. He just tossed on the table and walked away. No "Here ya go, Maam, thank you for coming have a nice day," nothing nice, just threw it on the table with no bag, nothing and proceeded to walk away. We love Red Robins but this was definitely not our favorite location.

Loads of fresh fries and my wife tried the fried zucchini, it had too much breading on it to taste the zucchini. Burgers were good, an average burger for a gourmet price. Nothing special, food was OK, service was very slow eventhough the place wasnt

A lot on the menu to choose from. Greeted immediately and sat in a booth. Server was good but never got his name, nice kid. Got pretzel bites that seemed a little over cooked, but the cheese sauce was great. Wife got the southern burger and will get it again, but said it wasn’t great. I couldn’t make up my mind, so I got the basic gourmet burger and added bacon. It was ok. Our server put in a refill of the garlic fries which were really good. Love the list of bottomless drinks and sides. We will be back to try other items. They were very nice and the apps and the refills came fast. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program to take advantage of the offers for future visits. We were definitely full when we left.

This is one of those restaurants I don’t go to often, and for a reason. The service most of the time is okay, however, the food is always far from par. Let me elaborate.Our server was very nice, however, I’m not sure he was able to take the order as requested. One of my guests had a special request for the food. That request was not taken the first time, resulting in my guest having to wait longer for their food. The second server that brought it out was snotty. My food was personally okay, not the best, but okay. The best part was the drinks, and that’s saying a lot.This is one of those restaurants I would go to if it was requested by someone else, but I wouldn’t go here on my own.

Red Robin is a family favorite of ours. The food is always great, every now and then the service is lacking , but for the most part everyone is friendly. I always get a cream soda when we go, they are delicious, and bottomless just like their fries.

A little pricey but theyve got a really cool variety of burgers! Definitely a good place to try something new.

We were so disappointed with our last two delivery orders. The second time we thought we would give it another chance. Our mistake! Since with the first order we had delivered,they were greedy with their "bottomless fries" we ordered an extra order of french fries the second time. This is what we paid a full price for?!Needless to say, we will not be going there, nor ordering from there any longer. So sad.

I got the Avo-Cabo Salad and was mostly satisfied. We were quickly seated and the server was nice, but a little slow to serve us. This location is stingy on the sauce and fries but overall it was a good experience!

Absolutely hit the spot! Had their southern charm burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had definitely try it out. Then the service was fantastic we had a waitress that definitely knew what she was doing and she took care of us and she was very friendly and kind. I recommend this place if you are looking for good food with quality service.

Our waitress was awesome! My husband was looking for her to french fries, and told her to keep them coming when we placed in our order, so on the first run they brought out for baskets! Both of our burgers were excellent, they were kind enough to let me substitute what kind of cheese came on my Royal. We had a banana and chocolate smoothie, as well as the Irish beer smoothie, all were excellent!

Seated quickly. Waited on cars by person who sat us. Large selection of burgers to chose from. Onion rings were not that great this time. Breading fell off of onion when you picked one up. They didn’t come before the burgers did. Had to ask where they were. Friendly waitress but had to track her down for ticket to leave. Good selection on beers and desserts. Decor is memorabilia. Restaurant is kept very cold. Speckled lemonade is awesome.
