Excellent place to spend a special moment as a couple.

Stopped by for a birthday lunch. Everyone was very pleased and the birthday dessert was greatly appreciated. Well be back.

Lil pricey but was worth it .once in a while got to have some good seafood

We had fish & crab & both were very good!

Our Server was Great! Very Friendly, and Helpful. She did a Great Job of Taking Care of Us! The Food was Amazing!!!We Love coming to this Red Lobster in Conroe!!!

Friendly servers. Food is always good. Sitting in a booth back close to restrooms seems to be slower service. Hard to find our server when we want something.

Service was great but the food could of been better. Salmon was overcooked and rice was dry and under seasoned.

Food was good and so was service. No complaints

Servers were great but salad was squishy croutons were stale cocktail sauce was old portions were small pricing was pretty high .

Went there with my wife and kids. kids started eating the chicken strips by halfway through they stopped I wondered why and I looked at the chicken it was a little red so I picked it up and looked at it more thoroughly the chicken was red and then something told me to smell the chicken it had an smell as if it came from a land dump it was unbearable I wanted to throw up and most likely will never return this place seeing that they almost gave my kids food poisoning

The food was ok based on flavor, but literally was over cooked.i.e.; the lobster was rubbery, the shrimp was dry, etc. I went around 6pm just in case this may be an time to avoid. But honestly the staff was friendly, maybe its an cook station staff issue.

I am so disappointed in Red Lobster, I was embarrassed to feed my colleagues what was delivered what looked to be scraps from the lunch rush.$42 for the ultimate feast. Lobster was like rubber and no sides.$20 for Admiral shrimp. Only 10pc.What you get dont match the descriptionAnother $25 for the Admirals FeastCalled for management but will not take the call.

Service was slow, I got the sailor feast the coleslaw tasted and smelled soured, sent it back and got mashed potatoes and looked like someone stuck their fingers in them, the batter on my fish wasnt done on one side, was never asked if I wanted biscuits to take home or a to go container, this is my last time eating at this location, this location needs to do better I lost my appetite when I seen the mashed potatoes with what looks like finger prints.

Staff is friendly. Its an older building for a Red Lobster, but clean. The food was ordered at bar to go. Manager on duty runs a tight ship. Bar staff was very attentive. Only draw back was an item was missing from to go order. 6 cheddar biscuits were never put in bag. I usually check my to go orders, but young man behind the bar stapled the back shut, so my first reaction is everything is in the bag I paid for. Not in this case. Red Lobster now has a points system which rewards its loyal members with food items.

Showed up on a Wednesday got steak and lobster combo. My steak went from 7oz to 5 on the grill because the server didnt ask me how i liked my steak and it got overcooked. (Yes the menu says 7oz not 8 weird i knowMy lobster tail was so small that probably got overboiled too. I got maybe 17 french fries, my lobster bisque was too buttery (its probably from a bag anywayWhat happened to red lobster? Send a higher up to scout the place immediately this location needs some serious quality control.

We did the 3 course meal for $20 and it was fantastic! So much food!

I think there was some miscommunication between the hostess and the waitress. We waited 20 minutes before our waitress came out and someone had to go get her from the back. Once she was out though she was great. She is the only reason Im giving 4 stars and not 3.

Steaks were perfect. Lobster a little dry and fishier than I like. Coconut shrimp good and crisp, the pina colada sauce needed more flavor. The "butter" for the lobster was basically oil with a dot of yellow in it, no flavor. Biscuits a little to soft for my liking, I like a little crunch on the edges, but were good. Fries were fantastic. Coleslaw mediocre at best. The pricetag was too expensive for my taste, probably wont be back because of it.

I order the $20.99 Wednesday lobster and sirloin, my first question to the waitress was “are you doing the Wednesday daily special lobster and sirloin?” She said yes and I told her that’s what I wanted. They charged me $40 for my plate. When we brought up the price difference, they gave me a $5 discount…. Making my plate still $35 almost $15 more than what the price was. When I asked her why the price difference she said they’ve been changing their menu this week…. I don’t know why that wasn’t mentioned before I was charged twice as much as expected…. I won’t be going back unfortunately 😒

Food was delicious wait staff was amazing. Even the manager was bringing food out so it was hot & fresh. Great mothers day dinner before Mothers day.

The store was not busy yet we waited for a server and got less than ideal service. Drinks were frequently empty and no server to be found. My son ordered the burger (no judging lolmedium and it was so overcooked it was tough.

We sat at the bar, Samantha was wonderful... I did dine in and take out for my husband.Although it was a yummy tasting meal, I ended up not feeling well within hours, my husband ate his meal later in the evening and we shared his lobster bisque. I went to bed and he was sick... I believe it was the amount of sodium...

One of the coldest most disappointing experience.First of all this was a curbside pick up, and it was seriously a headache. We called and waited 15-20 minutes before calling again. Then they took another 15 minutes. Total of 35-45 minutes. The order was supposed to be ready 7pm and we got there at 7:15pm ! We get home and guess what the food was cold !!! Literally cold ! I will NEVER order curbside here. I can just imagine if we had dining in.

Went tonight for last minute food for my brothers birthday and I honestly couldn’t of been more happy with our service. I believe our waiters name was Luis.He was amazing! Definitely 10/10!We came in last minute before closing had a bunch of people with us, and was definitely a handful. But he was an awesome service, and the cooks were amazing. Definitely wouldn’t mind driving 45 mins to this red lobster again!

Good food. Love the lobster pizza, could have a few more pieces of lobster. Clam chowder was delicious. We also ordered a lobster seafood feast to go. We had that for 4 meals (2 eachat home. It was wonderful.Staff are very good and attentive. Should have multiple dine in and take out plus lunch and diner. We usually do both.

The grilled shrimp is delicious. The mash potatoes were creamy and fluffy. The complementary biscuits were warm and airy as always. The fish, in the fish and chips dish was bit too oily. The taste was a bit off due to this. The drinks were cool and refreshing. I would gladly come back.

Everything was very good... but you need to salt your pasta water. Pasta had no flavor and you cant add any once its cooked. Otherwise it was delicious!

My first time at a Red Lobster. The first time eating lobster also. I loved it!!! We ordered the Date Night. I LOVED THE LOBSTER! The shrimp was delicious. Mac and cheese was good. WE WILL BE BACK!

Amazing service tonight. Thank you Tommy. You went above and beyond to make sure our table of 10 was taken care of. Never had an empty cup of sweet tea, food was cooked to perfection and we felt right at home. 10 out of 10 Tommy, keep up the great work. We will be back.

Sat at the bar and got a glass of wine. Bartender disappeared and a manager had to offer me a second glass. Never got asked if I wanted any food or anything. Definitely wasn’t busy. Pretty disappointed.

I havent been to Red Lobster for a few years, but I remember it being pretty good. Someone sent me a gift card for $50 so off we go. Table for 2 and a 8 month old in the bar no questions asked.. ok its dead in here and 3:00 pm so lets roll with it. We both ordered the same $30 plate and a drink from the bar. Good drinks and so so seafood. It definitely wasnt a $30 plate. Rice wasnt eatable. Baked potato was tiny. The waiter said hed been there for 6 years.. he was at our table 3 times. Theres way too many GOOD seafood options in the Houston area for me to waste time and money here. Total bill beas $90 or so. With the $50 off gift card and remaining balance of $40 it was a fair deal. If I had been paying full price we would have had a problem.

The BEST Red Lobster we have EVER been to. I really wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars. The food was delicious, and our waitress was awesome. I think her name was Rena. You should definitely ask for her! And the food was so fresh and delicious. This is the only Red Lobster we will go to now. Once you know better, you just cant settle for less.

Foods great! But let me tell you the past two visits I’ve had including the one right now sitting in a booth by the host stand I have never had such poor service do you not test your new hires? She didn’t even know the dressings or how to properly greet the table… didn’t even ask me what sides I wanted with my meal… I work in restaurant and From these experiences I’d much rather order take out

The food was so small. Plus the waiter had to be new. But the food wasnt that great. Red Lobster needs to make your food bigger with more on the plate. You need to do something before you have to close the doors. Put more on plate because other sea food restaurants are doing it and they are good. Like red Lobster used to be!!!!!

Good service and good food. Stopped in for lunch by myself and had a Caesar Salad with blackened salmon. The server was on top of everything and made sure that I never ran out of biscuits or iced tea.Will definitely be back.

Red Lobster fare is about what you would expect in terms of selection, quality and price, but what makes this Red Lobster special is the friendly staff, attention to detail and kindness exhibited by everyone we saw tonight.Our server, Krista, is an absolute delight, very focused on getting your order right, paying attention to what you want, and delivering top notch service!For example, we ordered specific diner salads and this young lady made them to exactly what we requested, as she said, she wanted them to be perfect, and while you cant tell from the photo I am uploading, she achieved her goal.We have dined here a few times before, the restaurant (and all of its facilitiesis always clean, the temperature is just right and the wait isnt too long. When you want franchise seafood and are nearby, come to this one and you wont be disappointed.

Im not a big fan of Red Lobster from a food quality perspective. I think its average at best with a higher than average price. That said, we went there last night for our son as it was his choice and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. That experience was largely driven by the server. Teena the Teacher as she introduced herself to us was friendly, and had a great sense for ensuring her customers are taken care of and happy. I can see us going back on a regular basis not necessarily for the food but for the service Teena provided to us. She really loves what she does and this is a credit to this location during some very challenging times. Thank you Teena for making a difference in our day.

From the quick service to the great food it was a pleasant evening well worth it!

I just went to dinner here and Teena was amazing.The best waitress I’ve ever had,Very alert, so helpful, was laughing the whole time.Makes you feel like family! Will definitely be back to see her again and of course have the amazing food!Thank you Teena for an amazing night

Ordered the Wednesday special..$20.00Steak and lobsterThe steak was tough as boot leather. And the lobster was undercooked..The green beans were hard no flavor at all. Brandon our waiter was above nd beyond expectations. Been years since i experienced an outstanding customer service from any company.Also the food was awesome. D ice cream dessert was free courtesy of Brandon.

Was greeted at the door, seated almost immediately. Our waiter was amazing, very professional and efficient. I ordered the wood grilled shrimp with asparagus. And the chocolate wave cake for dessert. Food was amazing. The biscuits were hot and fresh. Overall a great experience.

Terrible take out. Biscuits were greasy moosh in a paper sack. A $15 salad included a lettuce heal. Said salad was tiny and salmon was over cooked. Wendys salads are the same size and a lot cheaper and faster. So disappointed. Two forks on sides of salad to show size.
