Had sum good shrimp here

Way to expensive, smells like urine and it took way to long to get drinks

Our food was good, but not timed well. The entrees came right after the app, and they forgot my coleslaw which was gross when it did come. The experience was still very nice and I will return for another special occasion.

Waited 10 minutes for the host to go check if they had tables with not even the basic you would expect which is a Greeting.Plenty of other restaurants around the area to spend hard earned money.Save yourself the time and avoid this restaurant

Spotty service and decent food. Definitely nothing like it was back in the day. More like a over priced Applebees.

Food was good, prices have gone way up. Cant afford to eat there on a regular basis.

My husband and I ordered the same thing and his had zero shrimp and mine had shrimp, we didnt say anything because we didnt want our food getting messed with. She brought us out two biscuits, and then when I asked for more she said okay and grabbed her sweeper and started sweeping around our area where we were eating. Then she disappeared and never came back and never gave us a check. We had to figure out how to use the tablet on the table to pay the bill. I will definitely never be going there ever again. We paid the bill and left. It was definitely not worth the $102 we spent, which is too bad because we rarely dine out anymore. So this was supposed to be a treat. Horribly disappointed. I would like to blame it on the place being packed, but there was hardly anyone in there and now I know why.

We primarily do takeout. Its always done on time and made correctly, whatever we get. Biscuits are always included and always delicious.

Ive never had a problem at this location. I doordash and everytime I get an order here its usually fast and the employees are always super nice and respectful 🙏 I would definitely recommend this Red lobster to my friends and family.

Jus got the worst meal of my life. No butter 4 the baked potato. A burnt (medium wellsteak. Thee last straw for this place. UPDATE; THEE LAST STRAW.

The hostess and waitress were very nice! When I walked in the restaurant it did not smell clean...it smelled like stagnant water that was being used to clean tables. I think the carpet and tables need a professional cleaning.I dont understand how a seafood restaurant cant have good tartar sauce...it was horrific!

Great food. Unfortunately it was so good I ate ut before I could take a pic. I guess coming before the dinner "rush" is the best time to get good, hot, fresh food.

Pretty good. Staff was nice. I had the shrimp Alfredo. Delicious.

Very rude wait staff, asked for the table to be cleaned, waited 25 minutes, and the waiter gets up from the table he was sitting down at and comes over to get our drink order, we order and he comes back like 10 minutes later with our waters and, then asked if we are ready to order, blatantly ignores the food and crums still on the table, so we got up and asked to move to which he had a big attitude about , telling us he would wipe down the table , like dude we waited over a half hour for you to do that, after we got another server who was great will be back for her.

Endless shrimp was great! Brussel spouts as a side. And service was good.

The worst service ever. Ordered....salad and Admorals Feist came at the same time. Dinner rolls came when done eatingOrdered sweet tea...it was the worst. One person, cost was about $26.00. Never eating there again. Only 1 cook, and 1 waitress. Place was getting busy and she was all by herself.

Evan Zeissig is a delightful and outstanding bartender/server! He made our dinner very special! He is an asset to this establishment!

I eat at Red Lobster once a week sometimes more.I come in for the steak n lobster special which is absolutely a value and its awesome steak is a nice size and all the side items.What makes my visit even more special,is the wonderful servers starting with first.Dee I give him 10 stars********** then theres Sarah excellent also and Tonya ,Melissa, and of course the Allyssa the hostess .I enjoy them all, and Im excited to come every week to eat here .The service is also 10 stars********** and cant say enough about this place.Looking forward to more years of coming.Mary B ChwalaMay 9,2022I am here at Red Lobster having lunch like I do 2 times a week.I have a bad day and the employees here such as Kaylee here make it better including manager Trish.So glad I came today,been a busy week for me.Cant say enough of the service here at Red Lobster its more like family then visiting a resteraunt. This place has really gone down Ive been ordering just tartar sauce for the last few years and just a week ago I decided to order the fish and chips and that was the worst mistake I made..It was horrible the first time and last time ordering their fish and chips. I will stick to just tartar sauce!

Really good food but the prices are out of this world. I have had good service but thankfully I have even deeper pockets because to eat here you definitely need them. I think next time Ill chose a little more budget friendly place like seganos or something because 150 bucks is ridiculous

I personally think this restaurant was just having a bad day with their system , we took along time to get our food, the food was amazing thou the mussels were on point, lobsters dish was off the chain, the reason for a 3star thou is that some of the staff were un professional a bunch of them just walk pass things needed to be done( no one would clear a messy table next to us and our waiter forgot one of the order, they were wearing some stuff on their shirts and have no idea they are promoting when asked about), the evening manager was great thou, she was warm and welcoming.

We like to go for the all you can eat shrimp. The service was a bit slower possibly because of low staff but otherwise a good place for dinner

Everything was great...food, the service, the atmosphere. I will dine there again.

I am absolutely devestated the way we were treated by the manager Trish. She literally asked us to leave the building because we asked the hostess to plz turn the air conditioner off. We were all freezing. I’m thinking she had a bad day and took it out on us. She stood there and glared and me until I reached th he front door. Seriously unbelievable, this all happened after we ordered 80 dollars worth of food! Went to luckys had a great meal, never again red lobster!

Hadnt been there in a couple of years and decided to order something different than anything crab or lobster related or in it. I ordered the Kung pao crispy shrimp and wasnt disappointed or anything and the server Cassandra was decent. Overall its still Red Lobster 👌🏽

Pretty sure me and my girlfriend got food poisoning last night from however our food was prepared. Been sick since we got home. We both asked our waitress for the same drink(lobster somethingshe brought one drink and one Pepsi. Asked her for a refill for the pepsi, never got it. Couldnt get three different card readers to work for our bill so we sat there for about 30 minutes extra waiting for them to come up with a solution. Honestly feel like we should have got our money back for the entire situation

Order take out didnt receive any sauce. Order lobster was so over cooked there wasnt much left. The biscuits was flat and raw. Will not be ordering again any time soon.

My friend and I went here because Tiffany’s in Frankenmuth was closed. Tiffany’s is good but I wasn’t at all disappointed that we ended up at Red Lobster 🦞. I ate so much and had a pound of crab legs plus 2 sides. It was delicious. My friend and I were glad we stopped in. I love your biscuits by the way Thank you Red Lobster!!

I had a great time.. waitress was really nice, we went on the endless shrimp day.My stomach ended up bothering me for awhile but I did eat lots of shrimp.

I was meeting some friends for conversation and coffee only and there was no dining service at every other restaurant on Pierson Road so we went there. Our waiter Dee was excellent. Even though we werent ordering food he still was extremely attentive. When I do return for food and I will, I am going to ask to sit in his section. What a pleasant young man. There needs to be more employees like him. Kudos to Dee!!!

Food was good.... Unfortunately my endless shrimp equated to 1 servinge because my server never offered to place a second order. She was apparently to busy and preoccupied with others where I couldnt even get her attention. Because others in my party were done with their meals, I didnt press it... but it definitely wasnt endless....

Food was great but the service was really slow. It wasnt that busy and we had to wait for a while. And towards the end when we wanted the check our waitress was no where to be found for a while. But again food was great and store was clean

We asked if their fries had skins on them. The head waiter said no. We sat and ordered food. Our fries had skins, our lemon water came after our food and appetizer came after we were almost done with our food. Poor lying service. Had she been honest , we would have went somewhere else. Oh and the table was sticky and still dirty.

Restaurants have been affected pretty hard w the pandemic and all so theyve had to adjust and cut back, we enjoyed our dinner even if some options were gone and recipes changed. We were not yet finished when this picture was taken our server did great. Their were 5 Scorpio birthdays including my own there on this day and all seated w in the same area, That was nice and brought smiles to alot of others there celebrating their special day.

I called to order and pick up my food, they have an automated voice service and it was excellent. I had no problems with her understanding me or her I. It was fast and easy. When I picked up my food it was exactly what I wanted and the wait was not long. The time the automated service told me my food would be done it was. Theres an option to pay while on the phone or when you pick up. I chose to pay when I picked it up.

I ordered the family Cajun Chicken Pasta/Family Side Broccoli/Cheddar Bay Biscuits/Extra Alfredo Sauce.....Drove home....it was still hot! Packaged well...it was sooooo delicious & plentiful!The staff was awesome & friendly from beginning to end! I really wish curbside was available, Id order more often...I am still cautious about going into places during this time period!

I had the Ultra Surf and Turf which was awesome! Steak was cooked very rare, just like I had ordered. Service was excellent and timely! Highly recommend!

This was not a good visit. Our food was either under cooked or its batter was mushy , our meal was close to $100.00 and was basically uneditable. Our waitress was nice but forgetful, we had salads with our meal and never got them when we asked she offer meal sides .

We love Red Lobster 🦞 we both got salmon dishes and were so happy we did! Finished the whole thing plus crab cakes appetizer and Cheddar bay biscuits baby!!! Yummmm. Super friendly, fast service. Highly recommend.

Very dirty, I would have left if I didnt have my own Clorox wipes. The table was even filthy. the waitress was nice but didnt bring the necessary silverware for my crabs until I asked after I got my meal.

I ordered some fish and chips, but these glorious biscuits are spectacular. Every time I come here, I always come on an empty stomach. Fresh, crisp, golden biscuits that are hot on every bite. I could eat a whole basket of these alone, but my relatives keep taking them. 😡

Red lobster is what it is. Food is good, not inexpensive and I notice the plates portions are getting smaller. At this particular location, server and host were pleasant, thanks.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. That being said, we just had to stay on them, like hey can I have my water, coke. Called ahead yet still waited 45 minutes for a large party. The ultimate feast was good but not amazing. The biscuits came after 20 minutes. My party unfortunately found ourselves managing the service the entire time, to their defense, once requests were made the 2nd they were expedited.

Had the endless shrimp, was delish! Spent my nephews 17th bday dinner there. They came out an sang Happy Birthday to him.Had a very good experience there

We got the best waitress named Nicki, she was a joy to be around and was so helpful when picking out what to order as well as very fast at bringing things out or even going the extra mile when something was messed up to fix the problem. Will definitely be coming back and requesting to be seated in her area again if shes working because of how great she was with ordering and when receiving our check making sure to send us home with fresh biscuits.

The food and service here is great.The portions are what you pay for, cheaper meals have less food and more expensive foods have better quality and quanity.If portions are what your worried about the endless biscuits are great for that.They also have call ahead seating,and online ordering which comes in handy.

Some of the grease from my meal. Burnt green beans, ice cold broccoli and deflated dried out lobster roll were just some of the disgusting things we were served. Ive had better seafood at Long John Silvers.
