Mary, the manager, was so kind and knowledgeable. My son loved being able to touch the lobster! My servers Cody and Jujuan were friendly, professional, and quick. They made wonderful recommendations and were quick and efficient. Our entire dining experience was, and always is AMAZING. π€©π€©

Red Lobster has never failed us and today we werent disappointed. The food was delicious as usual and our waiter Shawn S. was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful and prompt taking our order and prompt bringing our food to the table. Shawn S. is an outstanding example of good customer service.
After gettting to know their management team a little better I just want to say this a a top tier management team they work so great together. You always see at least one of them everywhere. In the last 5 months they have turned things around. My favorite manager I had talked to Anthony we watched him grow from hosting all the way to management. Im so happy for him he really deserves it. Every time we stop into red lobster he is always there and makes sure we are ok in every aspect of our experience. Also mary always make us feel welcomed. This has to be the best red lobster we have ever been to

I used to order take out from this Red Lobster about once a week. This was about 6 months ago. I stopped because the food and the service was terrible. I decided to give them another try tonight and boy was I disappointed. The food and the service is worst than it ever was before. I wonβt be surprised if closed soon. I hope that the owners of this store read this. You should really consider using mystery shopper so you can a true picture of whatβs happening in your store. I tried to call the store to inform the manager of my issue but no no was available after I waited on hold for 15min. I will never eat in this Red Lobster ever again. If we as customers donβt tell you how will you know?
The service was top tier!! The food was perfection. And the manager Mary was hands down, a delight to deal with. She and her staff are very warm and welcoming. Will definitely return!
Havent had lobster in a lobster in a long time. Picked one out and it was so tender and delicious. Mary us an awesome Manager. Very helpful staff.
Did a to-go order and was confused when I called because the line said it was in Ohio- was in SC... Other than that, it was great! Food was excellent.

This was absolutly the best Red Lobster food I have ever eaten.. Extra dressing, extra buttery biskets, great tasting Alfredo sauce.

Unusually good. Like way better than normal... The chefs and cooks make it delicous. Im talkn salad with generouse dressing, biskets with more butter, pasta with more sauce.. Everything was well prepaired. It was so good , I simply ate it and forgot to take pics..
Its my fault really I told myself the last time would be the last time....The Cajun Chicken Pasta was my favorite...it was flavorful n the presentation was beautiful.....NOW...I make a betta pasta...the price has gone up...come on its chicken n noodles....no salad...hopefully I wont forget again..what happened to the strips of chicken laid across pasta with Cajun seasoning n green onions on top...
Sadly the person running the bar take out area isnt very knowledgeable on it. An online order was mistaken as unpaid. But at some point while waiting she acknowledged it, but didnt say anything. Maybe she knew all along. Before leaving I brought it to her attention. She retrieved it. However only gave half portion. Very bad service
Walked in at 6:30pm on 5/30/22. The parking lot had roughly 10-15 cars which is not a lot for this location. There was four 3 employees standing behind the bar just goofing off. The forth employee walked and and right past us to go join in with the other three at the bar. Not once did anyone speak or acknowledge us what so ever. We stood there for around 5 mins before walking out. Poor customer service.

There was a minor mistake to my order and She came out to my car and made me feel so special.She is the best Red Lobster/(any restaurantmanager that I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. We were in Sumter a week, ate out 4 times and this was the worst place.I understand everyone is understaffed!!The problem is when you have 3 employees standing in the front on their phones not helping anyone one or doing anything.We got seated and no silverware. I realized we didnβt have silverware when our food arrived. I walked up to the front and asked if we could have some silverware . They said is needs to be rolled. Iβm like I donβt care if itβs rolled I just want to eat. But nope I didnβt get anyβ¦ I asked another server got 1 plastic. Server came back then we got 5 more plastic. We were a group of 6.Our server asked to clear our free dinner plates we handed her what was available and she said βIβll just leave it hereβ. I did not understand.We waited for a bill or her to come backβ¦ no one so we paid at the table and left.Three people still on their phones, no thank you, bye, have a good day nothing.Our food βI assumeβ was hot when it came out, and everything was correct. Just no support to make the evening go well.A true disappointment .
The Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo was delicious! Also, spinach Lobster artichoke was awesome.
Wont be coming back unless I can eat inside.I ordered curbside today because I needed to get back to work. I ordered the salmon bowl, which I get about once a month, this is my splurge meal since its a $15 meal. They brought me my food timely but my Brussels were burnet and they completely left out the salad. Usually everything is so good here. Minus their desserts. They arent good.But this for some reason really hurt on a personal level. Cus thats a lot of money to spend on food that care isnt even put into. So I guess just dont pick up food unless you check it. Cus now Im at work eating these burnt brussels cus I cant leave and get more food.
We sat for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. They werent busy. When our waiter came he apologized and told the Mgr. The Mgr came right out discounted everyones bills and gave a ten dollar gift card. He apologized and made sure our orders came out quickly. The food was delicious.
We just walked in to eat a late lunch. The hostess did not greet us when we came in, she just looked at us and stated "Its gonna be 15 minute wait." We just turned around and walked out. I didnt want to impose on their day. We didnt feel welcome at all.
The food was not impressive to me ,the fried shrimp was very salty .The drink was pretty ,but not a adult beverage approved,lol! And the waitress was not very attentive, but nice....

Went to Sumter red lobster and I was a little upset. You go there the meals are getting smaller but the price keeps going up. Had the same meal three weeks ago and it went up six dollars. Had fish and chips I think they counted the fries and the fish gets any smaller they can call it a sardine!!!
Im sorry Red Lobster but very disappointed in my diner today. The Shrimp which was grilled garlic shrimp had no taste and no flavor what so ever....my broccoli was not cooked, and rice was dry and no flavor. I waited almost an hour for my food and when I did get it.....it was not anything I had expected. We love Seafood but this was really bad.
Food was good but the bartender let my beer run out and my cup of water run out and didnt ask me if I wanted another one. Not cool. I shouldnt have to ask for more to drink from the bartender π
The food tasted lovely. I ordered the shrimp trio. The reason I didnt rate 5 stars was because the fried shrimp tray and the scampi bowl were sitting in my shrimp Alfredo. I dont like that. (side note... when I walked in and went to the bar for my pick up order the first thing I saw was a woman sitting at the table closest to the bar with a bonnet on. If you dont take your bonnet off to go sit down in Red Lobster π to eat.... when do you take it off??????
We had the best waitress! And the cook did such a great job! We had a steady supply of fresh hot mouth watering delicious biscuits and our drinks never ran out. I saw the manager clearing tables and seating guests as well as checking in with patrons to see how their meal was and I wanted to give him props for that. I know many places are short handed right now but it just really blessed my heart to see him doing it all so to speak. Great job to the staff at our Sumter Red Lobster! You guys rock!
We order our food along with our drinks. It shouldnt have taken 40 minutes to get your food. People came in after us got there food before us and some has left the restaurant. Asked the host for manager and she said he was leaving. All she said let me check on your food instead of trying to stop the manager after he came out the restroom. This needs to be address to your employees.Thanks for your time.Carleen ScottSumter SC
In any situation there can be mistakes, but the manager at this location was so excellent! She explained that the calls were taken by a central location and she without hesitation did over and above that of the average person would do to ensure that I had an awesome experience! Unfortunately I had to drive back to correct my order, but even this was awesome because I got a chance to meet her!!! Thank you red lobster!!!

We dont really post reviews but Wife and I ordered surf and turf dinner. There was an issue with our side orders being cooked wrong but our waitress was quick to correct it . Alise was nice through our whole visit and we will definitely be back . The manager also came to our table to check on us. Great service and great food
Everything was to great when I got home I had everything that I ordered! Nothing overcooked everything seasoned to my liking because me and underseasoned food dont get along lol great job red lobster!
They were very accomadating!! I got frozen lemonade even though its not on the menu. I asked for garlic sauce instead of butter and was given the garlic scampi sauce. Found it wasnt garlicky enough and the manager corrected this for me and brought it out personally. She made another batch but with chopped garlic added. If you love a strong garlic flavour I would recommend that you ask for this with even the shrimp scampi as I find it only has a hint of garlic flavour. Kudos to the team!!! Server even informed me that if I fill out the survey right there I could get a drinking glass. Was surprised at the quality of it. Its heavy and made from thick glass, isnt flimsy at all.My only complaint would be the serving size of the sides, especially the fries.

We had a great dinner at this location. Staff was friendly and provided great service keeping our drinks full at all times. I had a steak cooked to perfection to go along with the delicious lobster tail. Everybodys food was great. I would go here again.
Server was excellent and attentive without hovering. Dueling Lobster was small over cooked and so so. Broccoli was partially under cooked to raw. Very disappointed. 3/25/18 much better today. Very good, service, food atmosphere.
It was okay. Salads are alot smaller than average in comparison to other restaurants when they come along with an entree. I had the shrimp trio and a lobster dip. The Alfredo didnt have alot of sauce but surprisingly it was actually pretty good.
