Longer wait than necessary for food. Especially since we ordered it an hour in advance. Sad to say the food was ok at beat. Been here many times and have ordered online many times with great results. This time not so good. 100 bucks wasted.

I really liked eating here! I had lobster and my girlfriend had shrimp. I was a big fan of the lobster and it tasted very good! Not only did I get to break it up and pull out the meat I got to eat it as well haha! It was all around a great place to eat and the waiter was very nice! Also, the biscuits are superb. Yummy yummy yummy!

Times have changed and I get this, short staffed. 2 servers and manager was both cooking and bartending. It’s sad. But I do work hard for my money and pick and choose how to spend it. Iv been looking forward to our getaway for months and knew I wanted to come here while in town for sure! Took forever to get drinks (as why is abovewe had to ask for them several times. I paid the upgrade for Brussel sprouts and they were burnt to a crisp and sounded like tissue paper when I touched them. Something I ate made me sick… I’m not a puker but man it’s been rough today after that meal. I added on crab legs that were cold inside. My husbands broccoli was almost raw and also cold. My shrimp had grey spots (probably what got me sick and I’m dumb and ate it anywaysmy 2nd sangria did not taste like my first. Almost like they added their berry juice to the wine to dilute the alcohol? It was wayyyy sweeter, I couldn’t drink it. Waiter was way to busy to mention any of this too. I knew if I complained (which I hate to dosomeone was going to be without service too. But $125 bill for just my husband and I, I would hope our food would be up to temp and we wouldn’t have to keep asking for our drinks. I know times are hard right now it’s just still disappointing

This review is from both the diners side and the former employees side. As a guest, food comes out generally fast and very often tastes amazing. Im in love with the Salmon New Orleans and hope it doesnt leave the menu! The servers I got to know are kind to everyone who comes in and are always putting forth their best efforts to be on your side. Red Lobster has a great system in place to make sure that good service is reliable.I worked at this Red Lobster over the summer and loved it. The current managers are fantastic, and there is a generally good rapport among fellow employees. Coworkers and managers were quick to help out a newcomer, which was very helpful. This Red Lobster team cares for its patrons and employees unlike what I have seen serving in other locations. Id give a 6/5 for my experience there if I could.

Stopped here today to eat lunch @ 3:15pm. There were only 4 vehicles in the parking lot including ours. When we entered the restaurant we were told there would be a 20 minute wait. We asked why? There’s hardly anyone here? Hostess told us they only had 2 servers. We asked, can’t they serve more than 1 customer at a time? We left and were immediately seated at another close by restaurant. Poor management @ Red Lobster.

Service was slow, problems with orderStaff was polite but they are severely understaffed and food wasnt very good. Had to request biscuits and wait for them to be made. This was our second visit this month and it was worse the first time. We will not be returning again

Waited to get served. Once we were served. We waited for another 20 minutes until finally we got up and walked out. Then seen the person waiting to seat people playing games on her phone

Back to red lobster after a good minute for our 1st double date of the year. We had an excellent experience even though we may have been the loud party in the restaurant. Thank you to the staff for the quick and courteous service.

It was an enjoyable experience. The dinning are was clean and social distancing was a nice way of making the experience pleasant. This is the first time dinning experience since COVID-19 shutdowns. Strangely I like the space and distancing. I really dont care about sitting so close that the person in the other table can hear my heart beat. Service was easier to gain attention when needed along with pleasant courtesy.

This Red Lobster has the sweetest manager ever! She never hesitates to correct any issue and can be seen regularly checking on tables to make sure everyone is doing well. The staff are attentive, and you can tell when they really care about the customers. With the new carpet it feels like a brand new restaurant. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you haven’t been back recently. With new staff and updated menu items, the experience you will have surpasses any previous trips to this location!

Such a poor experience. Ordered mussels which were subpar at best, the Cajun Alfredo of which I did not receive, and ON TOP of that, they forgot my birthday cake. Never going back.

Upon arriving the hostess was not friendly and actually quite awkward. Started off ordering drinks the long Islands barely had ice and were nasty. We told the waitress and she said the manager made them and didnt know what she was doing. Then ordered an ipa and they came back and didnt have that. Then we ordered 2 reislings and they came back and didnt have that. The drinks we finally got ten minutes later were gross. And so was all the food. Plus the orders were so messed up. I will never step foot in that place again. Save your money.

They would only do 6 tables at a time sat at bar nobody at bar couldnt get a drink. Turned alone of people away. Food was terrible we we left all employees was sitting outside smoking and on phones

We have been here many times and I must say we have never had an experience like today. My shrimp were frost bitten very badly, and my girlfriends burger was made with the wrong ingredients. When the bill came we had to pay full price for the wrong and unedible food we were served. I was not happy and I dont think we will be returning here anymore.

Went for the AYCE shrimp special on Monday. The food is always good, our waitress was good, but the kitchen is SLOW! Its like theyre trying to wait you out so you leave.

Waitress kept going behind our table to get to go containers...every 5 minutes...3 feet behind my chair...so irritating and noisy....I ordered a baked potato but all baked potatoes were running late so we had to choose another potato so I chose mashed potatoes..Came on a separate plate late...flat....too watered down...gross as ever!! I ordered shrimp lobser salmon....disgusting all overdone...I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!! took forever to get our food and nobody was in the place!! Concerning!!

My wife and grand daughter accompanied me. Only two entres were brought to our table, mine was missing. After waiting 15 minutes I had to get up and remind the waiter that I still didnt have my dinner. It came about 25 minutes after my wife and grand daughter got their meals.

Worst service ever. No one mans the host station and after 20 min of no service I left. This is not the first terrible customer service I have experienced here the food is good if you can find a waiter to order. Disgrace to the red lobster name.

Had all you can eat shrimp, delicious not crazy about the coconut shrimp little too sweet for my taste. Excellent waitress had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Not crowded, dont have to wear face masks

So today starts all you can eat shrimp. I get there and notice sign says shorthanded because of staffing. I thought well lets see how long? I stood at the front door for 4 minutes and I never seen one employee. I even looked at the bar and nobody. So walked away and wont be back for awhile.

There were 3 of us and our waitress, Ella, couldnt remember who ordered what salad and entree. She stood at our table and asked who ordered what and then handed us our meals instead of setting them down in front of us. Maybe she was 12 yrs old and didnt know what to do. Will not be going back for that kind of service and the high price of food. There are better restaurants in the area with a waitstaff that knows what to do.

Cant remember our waitresses name, but she was amazing! She had her hair in braids if that helps. Our food was great, and fresh. We arrived early afternoon, wasnt very busy, so that made it better. Definitely be back soon. Thank you!

My time at Red Lobster here in Lax WI has been so amazing! The staff here are so reliable on things and so patient with you! The food is amazing and very flavorful and just mouth watering. Don’t get me started on the cheddar bay biscuits boy do those hit the spot!

Such lovely staff that were so friendly and seemed happy. Unfortunately they are short staff so you may be waiting for a table but always worth it for the delishious food. Biscuits are always soft and buttery!

This Red Lobster is not very clean. We waited 30 minutes to be seated which is fine, however, they were seating other people that were there after us before us. I kindly mentioned this to the hostess and she was not very friendly about this. The crab and lobster were very fishy tasting/over cooked. We have been here a few times and normally enjoy the food. Unfortunately, they are short staffed which Im sure plays a part in this poor experience. I hope inthe future they will return to the better service and cleanliness.

Had lunch there today. Understaffed as everything is right now. Food was excellent, service even better! Young blonde girl with glasses had like 15 tables, people complaining as they will do, and maintaining complete composure. Honestly the best I’ve seen in years.

My daughter and I went because where we planned on going wasnt open yet. I am very glad we did. The food was really good. The service was excellent! We were able to relax and take our time which was really nice because we have both been very busy lately and dont really get that very often.

I don’t usually do this sort of thing as I am not very good with technology but this is something that must be said! My girlfriends have told me that the local Red Lobster had really gone down hill over the past couple of years. Red Lobster has always been one of my favorite places to go so I went on Wednesday evening.I waited at the host stand for awhile, I was very close to turning around when Ian came up and said that he is not sure where the host is at the moment but he would be happy to seat me. Ian sat me in his section and brought back my love for Red Lobster! They were very busy and very understaffed but Ian was calm and efficient and did an excellent job! He was polite, friendly, and boy was he quick! My food was excellent and service was beyond expectations. As someone who has worked in high traffic restaurants in Vegas and served celebrities in some of the finest culinary establishments across the west coast. I can say that Ian can truly serve anywhere! And I am glad to see a new general manager in the establishment. Will be back!

First time coming here in years. Was very impressed. Good service, very reasonable prices, and it appeared very clean inside/proper new covid protocols being followed. Ended up having a special going of endless shrimp which was delicious. Will definitely return more often.

We had a great experience from walking through the door to bring wave goodbye from the end of our visit. Our server was amazing, she was so friendly and professional. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. The food was just as good as the service, delicious!!! Definitely recommend.

Red Lobster in La Crosse is not where you go for the best seafood, but if you want consistent comfort food with lobster mashed potatoes and popcorn shrimp, go no further. The white sangria is pretty tasty too!I will tell ya the best sweet styled tarter sauce is also available when requested for your popcorn shrimp.Last but not least, every meal comes with fresh warm biscuits, they are light, buttery, and delightful.Please note this review does Not cover all Red Lobsters.

The wait to get a seat was long and it wasnt because the restaurant was that busy. I stood by the door for 10 min waiting for my wife and saw the hostess once. When my wife showed up a waiter walking by went in back and got the hostess to come out and seat us. The waiter we had was fantastic and had already had previous customers complain to him about having to wait to be seated. The food was good for a chain restaurant. Best part though was waiter we had.
