As far as shopping centers go in small towns in Peru, this one is pretty nice. Has a big grocery store and a food court with many restaurants. All the way in the back near the Movistar office they have an ATM from Banco de la Nacion (I think it says MultiRed on itthat does not charge a fee for withdrawals by foreigners. Lots of stores to visit.

Good place to go with friends. Food, entertainment, clothes and exclusive stuff. Its difficult to find someone to guide you if you dont know the whole place.
