Our driver cum guide was not friendly at all. He was very rude. I complained about him to his manager @ Rayna. The management took strict action against him and asked me weather we want to change the car or not. So over all Raynas management was good. Food was so so. Better than other safari you can say.

Good things- Driver was on time, pick up and drop to your door step, comfortable ride- Nice dessert dune bashing experience- Not over crowded- All the shows are goodMust improve- Food, needs a lot of improvement. Some dishes we felt oil used for cooking were very old

Though the package seemed to me premium, but the services given over there are like standard and they have priority for European dishes, if you are vegetation, you should not try premium, there will not be much options, and your belly will be looking for Indian dishes over there for satisfaction... Before coming to Rayna try other agents also 👍 with food Manu and better price ...Note-Except belly dance and dun bashing, you wont find anything else good entertainment...

The iconic desert safari experience of Dubai was made more beautiful by Rayna Tours. Well managed, spacious property with excellent services and amenities. The food was great as well and the show made the night. Highly recommend it and even Ill go there again!

This is the most exciting outing we did in Dubai. It was fun and good vibes all the way. And definitely worth the money you paid. The food they served is super delicious too, the belly dancing and fire stunts show, camel back rides, driving the desert on a four wheeler. All of it were amazing.

Quite good safari experience.What you get depends on the package you buy. Some excursion at the main camp are included some are extra charge but overall its definitely good value for money.Entertainment bit/shows is a stand out feature. Top class compared to the other ones offered elsewhere across the world.Food was really good as well. Its a standard buffet but good quality. Also soft drinks are unlimited.

The dinner had quite a variety of dishes,the salad was so fresh and tasty. The chicken barbeque was delicious, unfortunately we didnt stay long to enjoy the belly dancing. Soft drinks and water was in plenty and tables well arranged in the camp.

It was a great experience with lots of food.. nice shows too

Amazing 4x4 desert tour, lovely driver, we had a quad bike ride followed by an amazing stop off for dinner, entertainment by local dancers was again amazing. Great afternoon and evening,,worth every penny.

When you hear of the great city “Dubai” you think of the Desert 🐪 as one of Dubai’s numerous beautiful places……Here, there are several activities you can explore1. Dunes Ride - Have you ever imagined being in an off-road vehicle and riding up and down the slope so fast? This gives you an idea of what the dunes ride is. Make sure you must have eaten light, fasten your sit belt and let the driver take it away.2. Quad bike ride - You prolly have seen pictures of people on a bike with 4 wheels and on a beach or desert. This is it. Just ride and feel the wind around you.3. Camel ride - Yeah! From the name it says it all. Mount the camel and let the beast take you around slowly. And yes, it’s safe.4. BBQ dinner - First of all there’s variety of meals for several different nationalities here and I must commend the cooks. They taste nice. While enjoying your delicacies, you’ll be entertained by professionals in their craft. The belly dancers, the dragon man as I’ll like to call him because he plays with fire and many more.You can also purchase souvenirs, take pictures with a hawk on your arm etc

Amazing desert ride and camping experience from start to end.The Chauffer picked us from the requested location on time, we found the driver very professional and knowledgeable.The excursion contains desert safari and dinner at the campsite. 4x4 safari ride was wobbly but the skilful driver made it quiet exciting.The campsite appears to be dated but credit to given to maintain the site in the middle of a hot desert.Dinner arrangements were good, food choices were decent with belly dancers and acrobatic performers.

This was such an amazing experience! Starting from pickup, Bike Safari, Car Safari, destination amidst the sand dunes where you get unlimited food and unlimited drink, hookah and lastly drop to your own destination. Desert Safari package also provides you with performances like Fire Dance and Belly Dance Performances.

Beautiful desert oasis. Fun Sand Duning in the vehicles, along with riding the Camels. The entertainment was great but the facilities was very worrying. However it is impossible to have top class amenities In the middle of the desert but they should at least try.

It was very exciting trip in the desert. We had a very polite driver. He explained everything very good. The dune bushing was a blast. We enjoyed it very much. The BBQ and the arabian dance show were nice to watch.

This is low budget tourist factory designed to entice you with a seemingly comprehensive itinerary at a low price but actually the bare minimum to be legal wrt trade descriptions is what is included and you are trapped for hours in a sales pitch where you have to pay excessive additional costs to get a fraction of the apparently offered experiences. On the good side the cars are high quality and perhaps if you are looking for a cheap way to entertain your kids it is a reasonable offer.

No matter how many times you visit the desert safari, it never gets old. The experience is always new, full of fun, excitement and there is always something magical about the night that makes it different from the previous experiences. Not forgetting the adrenaline rush and screaming of the desert sand dune ride, the fire show, camel ride, henna and freshly made food in the open air.Our tour guide was amazing and he tolerated our craziness 😜🤣😂. He also had a good sense of humour.

Based on my experience, avoid them! I used them for our team building activity(premium desert safariWe paid a premium cost (220/headbut the expected service wasn’t that level. We had to follow up multiple times, they don’t have any local support here in Dubai except drivers! We asked them to arrange activities for 20 people and we were worried throughout the tours! We had to send several emails and call to India office for smooth arrangements!

What a joke of an experience.The camel tour and the buggy driving are basically a few minutes of riding in circles, right in front of the camp.After walking a couple of minutes up a dune, the sandboard didnt work. They later half admitted to us that their dunes arent steep enough to slide down - thanks.The dunebashing was average at best, and they dropped us off at a literal dump (pic belowthat is supposed to be their "beautiful sunset photo spot".The food was an expensive buffet, and we were seated so far behind that we couldnt make out anything from the show.The highlight was the little camp kitten that will gladly accept scratchies, which just made the horror of seeing her kicked by the camp staff even worse.

This was such an amazing experience! Our chauffer made the drive an absolutely wonderful journey. Adnan Sabir did an amazing job of entertaining & educating us about the safari/desert in Dubai. The food was delicious, the evenings ambiance was relaxing, the camel ride was scary (for me😂), the dessert driving was exhilarating & the experience was phenomenal. This is a MUST on a bucket list of things to do. Looking forward to our next trip!

The Desert Safari was an awesome experience. Starting from pickup, Bike Safari, Car Safari, destination amidst the sand dunes where you get unlimited food and unlimited drink, hookah and lastly drop to your own destination. Desert Safari package also provides you with performances like Fire Dance and Belly Dance Performances.

Amazing Experience in the desert. I suggest the buggy experience and more in general the whole package. If u just go for the basic package you may only partially enjoy considering that the 4x4 drive is just a “bumping” experience while with the buggy, camel, quad, u really enjoy something different.

Bumby ride to get to the camp (some like it, not me personally). Camp is great. Nice shows, good food ( for premium). Recommend for families as well as couples, or group of friends.

I booked a “private premium safari desert” trip with my family and excepted something extra. I explicitely asked for the number of other people on the trip/dinner and I was told max. 50 people. To mu surprise I ended sitting with 300 tourists eating from dirty tables. :-(. Not to mention that once we arrived at least 5 different stuff people repeatedly asked to buy something. Do not recommend at all. Was not worth the money at all!!! Attaching a photo from the place where there was suppose to be 50 people. :-((

Definitely worth the money you pay for the tour. Everyone was charging about 450AED in Dubai, they were charging 280 AED. So you cant be too critical. Food was basic at the tours, the shows were nice. But the star was the dune bashing. Very nice experience. You get camel ride free. You can pay for dune buggy and other things, but its ridiculous expensive. Almost 200-300 AED ( 6000 Indian Rupees )But they organised it well. Recommend for the budget traveller.

My family group of 12 went and we had a blast. A bit unorganized but youll be so busy with the sand in your eyes that youll barely notice. Definitely worth it!!!! Recommend to everyone traveling to Dubai......

Very nice company very good staff very big camp they have a lot of facilities inside the camp bar is there are there is the Nora show there is fire show there is a belly dancing and what ever you can expect about in the desert in the middle of the desert. Delicious barbecue dinner different salads and refreshments provided all the time.

We had "Premium" and in this package we had unlimited soft drinks, tea and water, and the food its better then "Standard" package, but most of all...i liked the driver, named Yousuf (the one), which is the best safari driver i ever know! He likes to "play"(driftingwith the car in desert, I had an amazing experince with him! Next time, for sure ill chose him to be the driver! If you chose him as driver, you wont regret it!

It was really a nice trip. The camp setup was great. Drivers were very helpful and polite, especially Ahmad. Food was 8/10. Entertainment was 9/10. We had the premium package which is the highest rate.There were a camel ride, falcon experience, quad bikes and many more.For the price paid, its worthy.

Fun activities and desert safari experience! The SUV used was very comfortable and the driver shared enough information to personalize our experience. My family and I enjoyed the dune rides, camel rides, dune buggy and atv rides. This was all before the evening show of with dinner. The meals where just manageable but for this kind of activity you go for the experience and not the food.

Best experience Ive had 8n a long time.. wow! From Quad biking to Camel to Cruiser cars etc were all amazing and fun. Moments Ill never forget in my life. Every penny spent was worth it and highly recommend it. Guides were very friendly and made the whole experience great. Would visit again by all means 👌🏾

An organised and well established tourism company in Dubai. They handled all our experience so perfectly. Their guides and drivers are so helpful and friendly, always made sure we are well informed on activities and shared Dubai history and future plans in details. The Desert safari ride was superb and thrilling. You should try the dune ride and camel ride when you visit. Also the quad biking is a dope one . Ill definitely go on a tourism package with them again

Good tour operator. They make sure to have you on time and are very polite. The fact that they had so many staff from Kerala was even more helpful for me. Everything was well arranged. It is not guhgely expensive but the only let down was the food. Not bad at all but it could be improved a little more and I will rate these guys as 5 star. Still their packages and services are wonderful.

Sunrise Safari Tour was amazing!! The dune bashing was extremely fun for all members of our family, young and old! I would highly recommend the camel ride or dune buggy add on to make for an unforgettable experience! Our driver was very knowledgeable accommodating!

the place is fabulous amids in the dessert. very authentic flavor of dubai olden times with dance and mind boggling performances.. i would say i really enjoyed my evening

1 hour before pickup time they texted saying pickup time has been moved from 14:30 to 15:30. Driver came around 15:35, off we went around to different hotel for other passengers. Once all of us in car he started playing loud Punjabi music (because he mentioned what music was that), all of us had to request him to put the volume down time and time again. His driving was very aggressive, I didnt feel safe at all. He took us around 50 Km outside Dubai to place where you can hire camel and quad bike(extra charge). After that he took us for 20 mins dune ride which was fun, he gave us time to take few pictures. After that he took us to the camp where around 500 people were gathered. Sitting area around and stage in the middle. They have bar, souvenirs etc. Just be aware that food is first come first serve, it was chaos. I felt like we are refugees camp, running for starters and main courses, long queue for food. It wasnt nicely organized. Management werent nice to people.Some people didnt even get chance to try few items. Food tasted fairly good, which were mostly Indian dishes.Highlights of the trip were the evening shows for me. Fire show, belly dance were really good.We were back to hotel by 20:30.Overall this tour from this company was ok, but not good. Every time we were rushed, loud music on a car, aggressive driving and chaotic camp time.

Nice dessert adventure and very good services from Rayna Tours. Serving with buffet food and all you can drink water and coke. Started with desert basin with good driver and experienced. Taken picture in dessert and ended at Tent owned by themselves and fully equipped facility.Its worth it.

Pickup could have been an hour later, a long wait before entertainment started. Good value considering camel rides and refreshments were included for 200 Dirham per person. Good range of soft drinks on offer, ice cold. Some sales people offering sand art and photographs. These are easily avoided if you have no interest. Big salad selection. Queues went down quite quickly compared to a previous visit. They cut some acts short due to time constraints which was quite sudden, entertainers were noticeably upset about being kicked off stage, however the entertainment was very good despite this.

It was nice. Gets cold at night so prepare beforehand. They camels looks sad but it was great for a photo or two. And the style is buffet but its one helping. Soda and water was inc but u had to pay extra for alcohol. Great experience Especially inc the red dessert safari before hand.

A commercial Desert Tour if you have a good Driver, it will be a nice ride. Our Driver was good. But he talks not more than 10 words. The show in the Desert was nice. Wenn have booked a VIP Tent, this was nice because all food came to our table. The food was good, too.
