Order was over an hour late, rang the shop and said it would be setting off in 3 minutes and an hour later still wasn’t here, food was cold on arrival

Waitress was very friendly but the food was diabolical and disgusting. My friends had the runs the next day. Im not usually this ruthless but have to speak the truth about my experience

Went to buy a chicken noodle soup and waited 45 minutes and secondly the salt in the soup was way too much. Waste of money no next time for this place dont go there. Service is way too slow and the food is not at its best standard just a name we wont eat in the future this is the truth place looks good but food is a 1 star for me sorry mate you cant cook chinese soo dont try. I dont care about whoever you are yoyr food talks awful to me thanks for your service.If you want to waste your money then go there if not then listen its diabolical under rated chefs dobt know a thing.

Just ordered a pizza very disappointed overwhelming tangy sauce could not taste cheese or anything else even the chicken steak was overwhelmed by that sauce first time and last Ill order from this place. have the decency to reply

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If I could put zero stars I would. It was an extremely disappointing experience. First of all, the service was well below mediocre. They didnt even ask if we wanted any starters. The prawn toast was full of oil and tasted off. The waiter didnt ask if we wanted straws with our drinks and glasses werent provided. The main meals came minutes after each other and it was extremely salty. It was uneatable. And she even had the audacity to not believe us and try to justify. On top of that, she somewhat forced my daughter to change her order to sweet and sour chicken and beef. It was drenched and the noodles were dry. She didnt even apologise. How rude. Never again!!!

I ordered two pizzas and chips and drinks for me and my kids . The food took ages to arrive . When it came the food was stone cold and was not fresh at all. The pizza was easily made another day and thrown it some microwave or oven for 30 seconds to appear jt had been fresh. The chips were oily n greasg didnt even bother tasting them they were all stuck together wid the amount of grease on them . I paid 20 pound altogether. Would rather give my money to someone else. The man on the phone is rude and argumentative towards me when i complained. He told me ge cant do anything about my food cos his driver was now off on another job to wakefield. Yeah right. Customer service is poor . Never ever ordering from here again . I feel physically sick.

Was good a year ago but has really dropped standards in term of service and food!Food was cold and portion size was tiny (see pictures). 1 bowl of cheese to share between 6 platers. Had to wait 30 mins approx for the food to arrive.The base was lined with raw onions and rice with frozen peas. Noodles were solid and fries were border line zero. And the meat... lets not go there.Overall too much to write but what a shame to pay so much for food i could cook at home.Ok, finally the discount cards on the table were dated (see pictures), they still have ramadan advertising (mayin September!Also it said for checking in on fb is 10% off but then to be told thats old news. OkkkkkAnyway check attached pictures to see portion size and quality of food.

Great food and offer for 20% off - went here by chance but was amazed good food plenty of choices and the service was great. Please do try they have Chinese on menu too.

Ordered from this place they took over 1 hour 30mins to deliver a mix grill and garlic bread called them 4 times and each times jus lied to me and dragged me on then they gave me the wrong drink in the order and the food was cold when I called to complain they said u payed for it and we delivered bye and hung up on me will never use them again

Booked the top hall for a birthday meal with buffet on offer. Food & Service overall was excellent! 💯

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!In my opinion they dont even deserve one star. If there was a rating below one thats what the deserve. Food said it will come in 45 mins and came at and hour and half late. Ordered a milkshake and it was watery and the milk was old and could taste bleach. Ended up in the sink. Very disappointed. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

It took 1 hour 25 mins for my order to arrive, but in was stone cold, not acceptable to what you expect from a take away,They use to be really good but not any more,We will never use again and I will not recommend

Ordered from just eat and I have to say it is so hard to find somewhere with amazing customer service and amazing food and this place has both, they accommodated for our needs with no problems at all lovely friendly staff, definitely will be visiting the restaurant soon, thank you so much for everything

Ordered first time yesterday. Nobody in the family liked any off the food it was not prepared with any care, just there. No taste to any of the dishes. I think their problem is theyre trying to do many dishes and master of non.

Id think carefully, very carefully about ordering from here. Ordered at 9pm. At 11pm we still hadnt got anything. Called and had nothing but rude service. Not ordering from here again and would advise other against it. Many other places that care about their customers more.

I just rang them now and the who answered the call was soooo rude and put phone down on me. Wny on just eat give a time but Restaurants give another time!!I will happy give my money to another business who is better and has better customer service. A Restaurant who also knows what customer service means!

Shows as pretty much open all the time but every time I come to eat you’re always closed? What on earth is going on here? No one ever answers the phone either? Not really a way to run a business but then again anything is possible in Bradford. What a shame I’ll never get to try this place

The worst food that I have eaten in my life. The bubble gum milkshake tasted like milk and water mixed to together woth no bubble gum flavor. Tue chicken donner was disgusting in fact the worst chicken dinner Ive ever tasted would not recommend it.

Waited a long time. Our table was given to someone else. The food was not cooked at all and even after the long wait we got different steak from what we had ordered. We didnt want to wait any longer so had the steak which had not been thoroughly cooked. Was very disappointed with the food.

Where do I start from. Waited ages for a table. The table was small. Asked to move was told we cant. But another customer changed his table. People came after us got there food before us. The waiter was arrogant. Not a young guy but a older guy.all but one meal wasnt up to standard. So we gave it back. Then wanted to charge me for all the food. Even the one we gave back. So disappointed...

Good family restaurant and you are able to book a table too. Very good service. Parking can be a bit of an issue at times. However, they are very accommodating and provide a lovely meal. Kids love the salt and pepper wings and chips, and dont forget the curry sauce too.

We went to this place, ordered the crispy duck and salt and pepper chicken wings along side burgers for the kids. It was the worst ever food! The food was literally thrown on the plate and given to us, no plates were given no sauces absolutely disgraceful!! Total waste of money and time!!! Doesn’t even deserve the one star!!Yuk!!!

Food seemed like it was a few days old and warmed up in the microwave. missed part of the order, way overpriced for the quality. I can get much better for less then half the price. Even the salad seemed like it was a few days old and was off. Not going back here again.

I had placed an order for 4 meals that shouldve arrived with fries and a drink each, the food arrived undercooked and bland also the fries did not arrive and an additional call had to be placed for a redelivery. The customer service was beligerant and unresponsive on a busy phone line. The food arrived luke-warm, tough, bland and overpriced with a £2.50 delivery fee and £0.50 service fee. Would never recommend this place.

Never had such bad experience with a cafe like this, today! I ordered for my dinner with my family not a big order but half of it was missing! Burgers were with a lot of onions a loooooooot! More than meet! I said at the order that I would like to have salad in burger because they have the option with or without salad! But maybe the salad was invisible or maybe is on its way because I don’t see anything 🤯🤯🤯🤯 never will order againBad! Worse! The worst

I ordered 2 burger meals 1 came with a drink and 1 didnt. On the receipt it said I paid for 1 of the drinks separately it wasnt part of the meal. They also forgot to put one of the topping onto burger and when I rang they said you have to wait 45 minutes for another burger. Which was too long as I have kids waiting. This wasnt the first time they have done this.

After hearing about chicken in the bag from China chopsticks and went to dine in the rawal Resturant which is appraently under the same mangement. After finding the chicken wings too dry we ordered fish masala to finish the chips. It looked fine until we had a bite it was all yellow and uncooked from inside. I personally would never go there again. My expectations of this place was very high

Rawal Kebab House is prestige for its own Indo Chinese concept which no restaurant / business can even match in Bradford. Over priced over rated and foods wont touch the sides and not even served at the food hygiene standard 63 degrees Celsius. You can treat yourself to a place with better food better value.

Overpriced, Chicken smelt/ tasted like it had been microwaved. Asked for steak chips, got fries. Given steak chips eventually- both were refried and oily/greasy. Starter was vegetable spring rolls, couldn’t find the vegetables in them- just greasy/oily like they had been refried too. Not going back. Visited on 6th January 2019

Man Vs Food pizza. Salt and pepper chicken and chips.

I ordered a half & half pizza and a portion of fries, which in all honesty would have cost me less than Id paid, if Id ordered through just eat and would have been delivered quicker.The food arrived 1hour and 15mins later and they charged me extra for chicken on my pizza which they actually forgot to put on. The fries were over fried and had gone brown. I wouldnt recommend this takeaway restaurant at all. A very unhappy customer 🤨☹️😬😠😡🤬

Drove past this place almost everyday for years on end and decided to pop in one day. The lasagne is perfect and the portion size is good! Very flavoursome and not spicy at all. Been there a few times after the first visit and it has always been spot on.

Food was good. Generous portions. The customer service was amazing. Waiting staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with my meal which the staff resolved straightaway and then also removed this off the Bill.

Poor. Went to Rawal after seeing the reviews, waiters were discontent like they wanted to be elsewhereFood was dry like it had been reheated, ordered the sizzler which looked like the boiled veg had gone in without being drained. Very dissapointed.

Excellent service provided. Perfect for families,groups and friends. A variety to choose from. Staff are well presented,polite and provide a great service while you wait and eat. Would highly recommend !

Usually order online from here but dined in for the first time recently and was very impressed with the level of customer service and hospitality. The restaurant is family friendly and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.The food is good. Ive yet to work my way around the menu to see if its consistently good. 4 stars for now.

We normally get a takeaway from this place every couple of months and the food is great, however this time the wife and I decided to eat in the restaurant and we werent disappointed.Well worth a visit and highly recommended by both of us!

First time visiting and food was lovely. Exceptional service from Hamid and Harris. Couldnt do enough for us and was very attentive and kept coming to check on us. We ordered 3 sizzlers which were lovely. Lovely service and lovely food. Will definitely be back!

The whole experience was amazing. The food was delicious from starters to dessert. The whole place has ambient feeling, loved the decor. The team was polite and professional. We were served by Hamid who ensured thay our experience was a fab one

Had a really lovley time here at Rawal. Staff were really friendly. Great with the kids. Gave a surprise cake and icecream for the birthday girl. Special thanks to Hamid look after us all very well. All the food was fantastic chinese, Asian... Alot better than Akbars

Hamid was absolutely fantastic with our food and service. A great dining experience, especially if you have young children as your needs will definitely be accommodated.

Visited this place for the first time. What an experience. Such friendly staff and a beautiful environment. Very warm and cozy. Food was impeccable. Piping hot and so delicious. With so much variety in the menu it’s so difficult to choose items so we ordered a good mix of things and everything was amazing! Steaks are to die for! Will be back before you know it! Thanks for a fab night to the whole team

This place is the place to be!!!! this is probably one of the best restaurants in Bradford at the moment and this is coming from a foodie that eats out 3 times a week. the food is divine and hearty food, the staff are amazing and they ensure you are well looked after. The salt and pepper wings are amazing and it can tell you now they are far than better than fortune cookie. you will not be disappointed if you want a nice meal.

Appalling service from staff. I approached counter to collect food and staff member behind counter looks at me and first thing he does is go over to his mobile phone to scroll through it, then when he was eventually finished checking his messages he decided to deal with me. The whole time he had his back to me, how rude!!!!!Doesnt matter if the food is ok, if you get treated like that then who the hell wants to go there. Plenty of other places around!Management should be ashamed and should try teaching their staff some basic customer service skills.
