Very good service, great selection of wine, cozy location and most important: delicious food.Good place to try some finnish cusine.

Just had dinner with my family. Some of us had salmon soup or crayfish soup, raindeer, angus steak, pike perch (fish), icecream and blueberry cake. It was delicious!! The whole family really enjoyed the food. The service was also really good, friendly staff who took care of us really well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food with nice helpful service of what is the best way to eat the dish. Also the dessert was a very nice surprise and presented as a treat you dont wanna miss! 😊

Food was very disappointing. Predish came with burned bread. Main dish with salmon was too well done cooked and therefor totally dry (was it just warmed up?). Potatoes served with the salmon were almost cold. Pasta with reindeer was too heavy salted with an too extreme amount of smoke flavor added. Conclusions: I could have made it better myself.. One extra star for the delicious garlic bread.

Definitely a great place to have steak and good wine. The steak is really tender and juicy. Need to book to get a table. The decor and setting of the restaurant is also very cosy.

Overall experience was good. Starter salad was well seasoned and tasteful, accompanied by an organic Spanish wine.Ordered the season special Salmon Pasta. Gave it only 4 stars because the pasta was very salty, shared my thoughts with the waiter at the end of dinner and was answered "thats the way it is".Atmosphere was lovely but very noisy dish handling in the background.

This was one of the two places we ate at in rovaniemi town centre. we found that compared to other restaurants the prices were quite reasonable for what you received.We each had different reindeer dishes and a beef steak dish and they were all fantastic! Absolutely delicious with fantastic presentation.Highly recommend.

We entered this restaurant at 19:30, and they tooked the order around 20:00 and foods were served after 21:00, I think 21:20 almost.If you are super relax and have a much time, maybe this restaurant would be acceptable but it is really not polite service.Besides food is not so tasty. Quite normal level.

Brilliant fine Lappish dining experience. Had the two ways cooked reindeer steak with salmon soup, loved each and every bit of it. Highly recommend this for an upscale delicious dinner.

One of the best restaurants in Rovaniemi. Located just 1 minute walk from Lordi square. Excellent food, nice service and on top of all, reasonable prices. Try the king crab soup and reindeer in two ways. Delicious Lappish food.

One of the best Restaurant in Rovaniemi! Very nice and cozy, smells like home 😉 we went there two times and we have tasted different courses.. we suggest the Skagen (tasty and very good), the reindeer fillet (accompanied by fig jam and bread, tender and deliciousthe reindeer cooked two ways and the ravioli! 😋 once you have also to try the traditional lappish dish with reindeer, mashed potatoes and lingonberry. The Restaurant is located in the pedestrian area, in the centre so it is easily reachable by foot. The prices are not so cheap however they are in compliance with the average price in town. The quality of food is very good, the athmosphere is romantic, the location is comfortable and typical, the service was careful (but most with local peopleand time spent here is worth! ❤

Just have a Xmas dinner tonight with a set menu include soup, starter, main course and dessert (no other choice). There was no price in the menu. After all, it cost €230 for two persons. We didn’t order any other drink or food. It is indeed out of my expectation although the price in Xmas should be higher but the food is worth for €80 per person only.

I had read about their reindeer-ravioli, its true it IS delicious! And the rosé they recommended was perfect. The crème brûlèe with cloudberry jam was also delicious!

Awesome service, food was good! The reindeer ravioli is delicious and very rich so don’t recommend getting a starter so you can enjoy the ravioli in its luster!

The food is overpriced for what you get. The salmon served as the main dish was nothing special: it looked and tasted like it directly came from the frozen section of a supermarket, the sauce was okay but premade and I cant say it was delicious. Smallish portions, too.On the other hand, the traditional salmon soup starter was exquisite, I wouldnt mind if it were a main dish.The place is nice, with a warm atmosphere embellished by candlelight and an interesting decor.When you have no reservation you are made to wait at a nice table near the entrance then showed your seats, but you may have to wait for a long time (30-60 minbefore being served. An employee spilled water on our designated seats just before we were seated and didnt even mop it.

I have been there three times so far. Excellent food and service. Just not sure about the cleanliness of the glasses and the steak could be bigger for 37 EUR. Oh, the Merlot was the best, but I did not try the Riesling yet. ;-)
