Food was OK, but portions were tiny.

This place has nothing to do with Indian food. I would recommend to stay away from this place if you are looking for a (goodmeal.

Very good food!!! Nice guy operating a clean restaurant and offers really good tasty Indian food! Kulfi was to die for, overally all dishes were really tasty. Highly recommended.

Indian food is rare in Rovaniemi. Our group (Americans and Indiansonly found two restaurants, and this one was on the bottom. It is probably more Indochinese than Indian specifically. We went for an early lunch, and only the buffet was open. Nobody else was in the restaurant, but the (only?staff in the restaurant said wait time for any ordered food was two hours. So we went for the buffet, which was okay but not remarkable. One person in our group compared it to an Indian university mess hall. The price was okay though – 12€ per person for the buffet, which was below average for our meal costs in Rovaniemi.

Amazing restaurant, real authentic and delicious food.

We ate at the buffet of the restaurant and it wasnt good at all. 12 euro per person, which for itself is fair, but the food was cold and taste less. Even the rice wasnt good. No naan, no veg pakora, nothing to drink but water. There are better Indian restaurants at town with a better buffet.

As an Indian always look for Indian food..Nice and clean place good food..staff was well trained...must visit..

Very delicious food with typical Indian spices! From outside it looks a little bit messy but food & staff is really good!

We stayed 5 days in Rovaniemi and had our dinner 4 nights there. It is that good. The chef is from Kolkata and even made us a Bangladeshi style chicken upon request. One of the best chicken curry we had in Europe. Thanks Rangmahal !

Food tastes less than average, nice location in the Rovaniemi city centre but would recommend trying some other cuisine if possible.

We waited over 40 minutes for two chicken and one vegetable main course. The portions were very small. After they brought the food they said naan (breadis not included and also non left. They also charge for water in a country where it is free at all other restaurants. The prices were also very high considering each dish come only with rice. Even the service was very bad. We were nothing but polite however neither the waitress said sorry nor she smiled even once. We left the place with a partially empty stomach and feeling bad.

I would recommend going to the nearby Mc Donald before trying this restaurant. Chicken had an odd smell. Dal Makhani is not closer to Dal Makhni, it’s the only edible item in the menu. Unfortunately, in the Finnish Lapland, this might be the only Indian restaurant which has dal(lentilto eat. If you’re okay eating anything burger and surviving your days in Lapland then don’t try this one.

Terrible. Very little food for the price. The taste is ok, but really, its not worth it if youre hungry. I took the chance bc there werent many other okacea open on Sunday evening, but it already was odd that the place was super empty.

I have a super amazing experience at this restaurant. The owner is nice and the customer service is also good. I and my friend order Butter Chicken, Naan Bread and Mango Lassi. Since this is my first time ever eating Indian food but I dont have high expectation. But I was really amazed by the tastiness of the food there. I highly recommend you should go to this restaurant

We were rushing back to our hotel to pick up our bags on the 27th of December. With only 20 minutes in hand to catch the bus we hurriedly stepped into the restaurant asking if they could quickly pack some food for us. They agreed to it and said they could quickly make food for us. We ordered vegetable kofta for take away and waited to pay. Mr Suneel quickly packed our food which was not only fresh but delicious as well as tasty all in under 10 minutes. He also packed us a piece of Naan as a add on to our order but only charged us for the Kofta. We highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for some delicious tasty and yummy filling Indian flavors

Its decent enough. The garlic naan couldve been more garlicy and I feel that Oulu has better Indian restaurants, but this is probably the best one you can find in Rovaniemi. Had bit of an misunderstanding with orders a while back, where they stated all takeaways were 10€, but they ended up costing 20€, because of details I didnt go into. But that little issue didnt spoil the quality of the food!

if there had been an option for -5 rating I would have given it that one. I went their with some friends and we wanted to have a look at the lunch buffet first so the two of us went in to ask the about the vegetarian options as were vegetarians. To our surprise the person at the counter was offended just by this question. He said Eat if you want to or leave. I was just startled so I asked my friend if she also heard what I heard! she replied in an affirmative tone so we left the restaurant without even eating.

Worst food, food smells, expensive and charges for. Normal water as well.

Worst food ever.... I ordered food then didnt eat it because it was smelling really really bad. I went outside and ate at Subway... Also they charge much more than quantity they serve... It is better to eat at any other place than eat in this restaurant...

We visited Rang Mahal for dinner during our stay at Rovaniemi. ITs a very good Indian restaurant.The buffet diner was excellent. I liked their preparation of roti (Indian bread). Well cooked. Each vegetable was tasty. Good variety of salad. I was very happy to drink butter-milk in Rovaniemi there! Fantastic. The taste of coconut based ice-cream provided for desert was quite mouth watering.Their service was outstanding. They were paying personal attention to every guest and ensuring that the guest is happy while they leave the hotel. Service with smile always makes one feel great.Its worth a visit while in Rovaniemi.

Well its not a food review because we couldnt eat there but we did went there around 19:30 and out of 4 signs 3 were blinking open and Google Map was also saying that place was open till 21:00.The first door was open, we entered and tried to open the other one which was locked.One of the staff member saw us and totally ignored us. Even one of the customer who was inside the place pointed towards us to one of the staff and they didnt even look towards the door.Good thing that we didnt end up eating at a place with such pathetic staff.

I went there with my friends this weekend. The indian food is best and the staff is very polite and very helpful. We went there twice in a weekend. Must visit place if you want to try indian food.

A nice cozy Indian restaurant in the heart of Lapland. Tried there buffet it was good in Taste and Staffs were very friendly. Wished they had more items but overall experience was good
