I ate Morongo my bestie ate chulta can can love the food it was delicious they wont disappoint.

My partner and I went to this restaurant in Ponce, Puerto Rico. We were looking for a new place to eat. We asked Google and voila, a small family neiborhood restaurant with a very good food and service.The fried red snapper was just cooked as I preferred. My red snapper filet was tasty and well done.Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.Prices and food quality were very good.

Excellent service, delicious food and drinks!

The food needs more love I had the most driest and flavorless fish tacos 🌮 but prices are cheap/fair compared to ambiance here. The waiters are very kind but are a but too fast pace.

Damaris the chef for this restaurant and her food was out of this world! Everything was well seasoned and generous portions. Our server Jared was the cherry on top of the cake his service was excellent and he went the extra mile to make our experience memorable! We are foodies and highly recommend this spot if you are looking for authentic Puerto Rican cousine.

The food is excellent, chuletas Can-can are very tasty and well cooked. Everyone is very nice. Prices are very affordable. The place is very small and cozy.

Good food but a little expensive

We had the mofongo stuffed with seafood, mofongo stuffed with churrasco, and churrasco with tostones. Food was delicious and excellent portions. Fair price. Nice service also. Will come again and we will definitely suggest it to friends.

Food was ok, the Churrasco was cold with barely taste. They made lobster with the lobster tail stuffed in it yet it was very little meat. Our seafood salad was bland we had to add more seasoning. Yet the waiter was very kind while she handled tables by herself.

Great Food

The food was mediocre at best and the wait quite long. It was very loud in there, people yelling at the bar and socializing belligerently loud Im not one to complain about trivial matters like this but with such a small place it was quite intrusive to the point were I had to yell to have a conversation with my father. As for the prices it was a joke some 18 dollars for mofongo and 17 dollars for for a pollo la plancha. I pay less for the same food in south Fl lol. Im quite well traveled in Puerto rico and can say the food is outrageously over priced for what you get especially being on a backroad in a barrio. Ive had the same food much better for a quarter of the price at many other establishments in better locations all over PR. If your a tourist they will most certainly try to price gouge you. I would stay away from this place if you are here on vacation and go spend you money elsewhere as it will go further.

The service is excellent. The place is cozy, very family friendly. The food is soooo delicious. If you visit them, ask for fish fillets and their mofongo balls are the best! Also, they offer natural, freshly-squeezed juices. The place is cold, so wear a jacket 😊 I definitely recommend the "masitas de mero" and "chicharrones de pollo". The amount of food they serve is big too. 🍽🍤🐠🦞🦀🍹🍸🍷🍻🥃

The best sea food and the best service in town. A must go place. No luxury no finesse but the food is to die for. Ask for William the owner and will gladly recommend and prepare exotic plates.

Appetizer - tostones rellenos was great, even for $15. The restaurant is located in a not very beautiful part of Ponce, so they should be a much less expensive place. I had seen some beautiful pictures of the langosta relleno (stuffed lobsterso I decided to get it even though it was not priced on the menu. I knew better than to order something “market price” without as what the cost was but I figured in such a dumpy place how much could they possibly charge. Well the answer was $74! Wow! At first I laughed it off saying shame on me for not asking but the next day it annoyed me a bit more, especially since the seafood that was stuffing the lobster was not fresh but just came out of the freezer and the lobster was over-cooked. Definitely would not go back.
