Ideal stop over for flavorful dishes and gastronomic introduction when landing at STI Santiago Internatinal Airport Dominican Republic...STI is worth landing on the island even with the 2hr or so drive into Santo Domingo!!

Excellent service and meal. This is the second time that I have eaten there and I had the same level of meal and service. I am certain that I will eat at Chito Rancho again.

This is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant, and I am never disappointed.

The bathroom had so much water on the floor after being mopped that my 6 year old daughter slipped and fell down and almost broke her lower jaw. The pork my wife ordered was too dry and it was not fresh. The wet sign was not displayed in the bathroom to warm customers of the wet floor.

This place gets better every time we stop here. Not expensive and food is cooked to perfection. Service is good and atmosphere is always great.

Very nice and popular restaurant with the best típico Dominican food!!! In the cibao area located in autopista Santiago de los caballeros a few minutes away from the airport!! Famously chilindrón!!!

The Mojito(swere pretty good, LuLu liked the Fettuccine Alfredo, and the place is pretty nice.... definitely felt the Spirit of the Season... also very close to the Cibao International Airport!

I had an event with a buffet for my wifes 25th birthday and we all left there with food poisoning! The sad thing is that my wife is pregnant and we had to rush her to the hospital because she was losing a lot of fluid and the pain wasnt allowing her to sleep. All of us had some type of symptoms whether it was diarrhea, stomach pain or just body pain. Were waiting for someone from the restaurant to contact us but it seems like theyre in hiding.

Highly recommended by friends but service was very slow and had to rush because we had to leave for a prior engagement. Food was ok, not great.

Excellent food but BE WARE OF THE BILL! We were given a price by our waiter which was on the menu but when we got the bill we were being charged $1000 pesos extra. Thankfully we checked the bill before paying and sure enough it was a mistake or not? I’m not accusing anyone of anything but it took a whole group of people to solve what seemed to be a miscalculation.So my advice: Chequeen bien su factura antes de pagar!!!

I was told to try this place by several locals. They told me that you cannot fly into Santiago without trying this restaurant. Needless to say I’ve been here twice and I plan to go here again before I leave to go back to United States. The food is amazing and I recommend that everyone come here to try to food.

Love love love it. What an amazing jewel in the DR. My husband and I found it while traveling the country and whenever we go to the DR we stop by, even though we flight in through the Capital. Good place to go for different and authentic Dominican food. I recommend the daily lunch buffet and you must have the roast pork.

Soooo good! If you want to taste Santiago, this is where to go! My favorite is the chivo with yuca puree. Chicken Gordon blue. Service is a bit slow, because its the islands, everyone goes at their own patient pace. The Ambiance is great. Sunny, nice art work and plants. Its like your sitting outside under a palm tree. They have big screens if you want to catch a game. Definitely a must.

The most amazing Food in Santiago hands down. This is genuine Dominican food made impeccably. My favorite hidden gem in Santiago. This is a must go to every time i travel to the Dominican Republic. They have an amazing buffet area and you can sit down anywhere to enjoy your meal. Both couples and families can enjoy the scenery. I definitely recommend this restaurant as one of the best in Santiago.
