Nice for family.

Their pool badly needs cleaning. Frog swims with you. Shower bathrooms dont have proper locks. They charge high corkage fee for drinks but do not have much choices to offer. One staff told us they had no softdrinks available. Had to ask another staff for it. Her answer was different. Said they will buy for us instead. But of course, price will be higher. It was understandable. Just so they wont charge for corkage fees. The cottage they charge for 1500 along with the videoke is more disappointing. Not enough tables to put our food. We had to request for an electric fan because they cannot see for themselves how uncomfortably hot it is there. We had 2 small coffee tables with no covers. Cats keep messing with our food. What is unbelievably more surprising is that in the middle of our stay, (were not checked in for overnightall the staff went missing. We cant find anyone for help. The videoke was not functioning properly. When you call them for help, no one is to be found. I had to get the drink i paid for, from their freezer on my own and serve it to my colleagues because they were all gone.

Haha. The water of the pool is deadly imagine its nearly color white because of the chlorine they poured in it. Haha. After i swum i guess i was being cleansed and germ free. Haha.

Rooms are So So and small. Its already run down and needs fixing. Pool was dirty when we stayed there so we werent able to swim.

One of the most horrible accommodations in Naga City. The room that we booked smells like a cat poop. The bed and the sheets are filthy. The bathroom is not clean and the shower is not working properly. The Wi-fi is only in the reception area and theres not Wi-Fi in the cabana as advertised. And the most frustrating part is that the staff are not welcoming and they are not even helpful.

Could have been a nice place but poooorly maintained.

Has programs not suited for minors and sells alcohol to minors too!

Pool was dirty. Food was -- well, maybe the cook was on leave as it was Christmas. Water in the room we booked was a tiny stream that couldnt be fixed, and bathroom sink area had no drain so became a small pool right away. Good decor but lousy service.

Gutes Resort, schicke Pool area, Zimmer sind gut, Sauberkeit im Bad kann verbessert werden, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück ist gut.

If you wanted an affordable total experience this one is a must check. For 12k pesos or below you can get yourself a bday package one to sawa. Good food, swimming, massages, hair treatments, mani, pedi and a lot more. Though the waiters are too few so there is a delay of service but its worth a try. Oh its a hotel as well.

Its near and relaxing

I availed of their promo - massage with free dinner... It was okay...

The resort is an affordable yet a good place however, there are things to be reconsidered before choosing this resort. First, the pool is only 4.5 ft, to some that is okay but for others is not. Second, The shower room and bathroom is not so great. There are 4 stalls in which 2 are shower rooms and 2 are bathrooms. However one of the bathroom is broken, smelly and not functioning, and the other bathroom cant even be closed from inside nor outside so be on the lookout! Moving on the pros, the staff are very welcoming so welcoming that it can make up all the cons the resort have. Also, the scenery is also nice. So all in all, with the pros and cons in mind, Id rate the resort 3 / 5 stars and not higher mainly because of the stalls.

I went last feb 2017, the front and d pool are ok and the hotel need renovation so bad! The bathroom stinks! Even in the bar NO hot water i asked it to be fixed but its the same when they fixed it, my sister was surprised by a cockroach crawling in our bed one night! And the pool side shower area neeeeed renovation sooooo bad! Been trying to contact them in their website for reservation and no reply at all! So i had to do reservation in travel agency.
