I had an excellent stay and the treatment of the staff is classy, ​​especially Wahid and amali.

The lady in the reception was acting indifferently while asking for an information and pointed towards the security guards as if u can ask them

Check in experience was very bad as I booked 2 connected rooms because I have .y kids and they gave is a smoking rooms !!!, One of the rooms had an electric issue.

Mr. George was very helpful in assistance during my check in. The room was exceptional & spacious which exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was great during morning and the staff was very polite. The decor the hotel is outstanding

It is clean and has a perfect location, but shower hose has very low water flow.Refrigerator is not cooling.Stuck in the room due to lock chain ruined and hanged in the lock slot.

Except for the room lighting, and first day poor service, it is worth to stay. The location is great and the breakfast is full of options and good in taste.

I checked in and no water running in the bathroom. Poor food service and poor customer service .

My experienced was rather horrible, as Diamond member I have never face this kind of treatment before. Room service took 3 attempts just to get cutlery and plates in the span of 1.5 hrs. There fire alarm went off in early morning no call for explanation whatsoever. Water was not running on the morning of checkout. Call for late check out time but got deny, latest check out offer was 1 p.m. at 12:30 pm receptionist (Shuwaitacall up and I quoted “Are you coming?” Non of courtesy has been found. Waited for 45 mins for trolly cart.Overall it was horrible, I did not enjoy my stay definitely be the last time to stay here.The staffs need to a proper training or retrain, this hotel is not up to standard of Wyndham.

We got good rate for King Deluxe room. Hotel is clean, service was good, breakfast was good as well. Nothing to complain about

Had been to iftar. Bad food even worst service by staff. Never ever will go

Went there for Iftar with colleagues and I can say that the food was quite tasty. The buffet was diverse but mostly Mediterranean. The prices were very very cheap for such an open buffet. The drinks were tasty and unlimited. The staff were friendly.Overall very recommended

Ramada city center is the best Ramada brunch in Bahrain cause the staff here is cool and very helpful I’m gonna visit this hotel again

Staff and Room was nice but options in breakfast were not that good for Indian and Pakistanies.. rest everything was really good and enjoyed my stay there....

Good room space. Small single beds sizes. Very dim no enough lights. Smelly carpet. Good restroom and shower. Shattaf location is weird! Easy checkin and out. Very good price. Finally a basement free parking with an elevator directly to your floor.

Bad experience.Not suitable for brand Ramada.When I booked I was having lot of expectations since its Ramada!!! But the hotel, service, house keeping is pathetic. Reception and canteen staff dont even know basic etiquettes of the hospitality. Complete dissatisfaction.Construction noise around, party hall sound reaches highest floors till 2 am midnight!!!House keeping needs to be called to get rid of stinking room. Room freshener they use is some liquid without any fragrance!!! House keeping dont bother to keep basic toiletries!!!Its tragic comedy!!!DONT GO FOR THIS PROPERTY

The Ramada city centre is a wonderful hotel at a nice location. Beautiful atmosphere and great ambiance. Staff is friendly and welcoming, specially reservations manager Mr. George is very helpful and cooperative.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, great continental breakfast & a view from the roof top which is to die for 👌 Sadly though, this hotel by Wyndham does not serve any alcohol which was really disappointing 😢

Great location, with many services near the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty good and neat, kinda bed size is tiny bit (Twin bedroom bedsbut you can manage.

Its all about taking care of the details, as the housekeeping needs to improve, the food tray for the guests was at corridors for 4 hours without removing, the glass door of balconies was dusty, also chairs & tables. The sound isolation needs to be improved. The final note was about the shower is narrow, which can be improved if the designer was so caring about the details.

Egyptian guy rood, I already booked and keep note I will arrive around 11 oclock morning they welcome me an tell sure no problem. for sure ,then when I arrive, my room not ready. I must wait until 3 p.m

I had an average experience their. Staff is ok but room was not ready. We were two persons(room booked for couplebut there was 1 towel. 1 water bottle and no hair dryer. When we ask for hair dryer we had to call them three times and they keep insisting that its must be in room. I then had to speak strictly to get hair dryer in room.

A delightful new hotel with glorious restaurant and a pool on the top floor which receives sunlight only before 11am after that it is in the shade. The beds are gloriously comfortable and the rooms spacious and modern. The downside was luke warm water in my room , and only towels for one person. The incessant noise from the discotheque at weekends was very annoying and also the building works. The whole area is work in progress. We experienced severe problems in checking in and the Booking. com reservation was not recognised and we didn’t receive the correct room or discounted rates. However the Egyptian Manager was charming and addressed our problems. This is a new hotel and perhaps they are going through teething problems but never the less thoroughly recommended.

Good place to hang on with friends..As I was quarantined here... I dont know much about the other facilities... The food was good and the service was also better... Normal bathing water is a bit warmer... And for those who enjoy bathing with normal water will have problem...

I was here in this hotel lobby sitting and waiting as a guest and didn’t realized until I got home that I actually left my sunglasses in the lobby. So I gave them a ring the following day hoping if somebody turned-in a lost and found black sunglasses; the receptionist assure me to gave me a call back once they found it and to my surprise they phone me back a few hours later saying that they found a pair of sunglass the same exactly as I described.Kudos and thank you to all the receptionist and a friendly security guard who entertained me that day in retrieving my pair of sunglass. I was impressed to all of you and would like to commend your honesty, integrity and professionalism. May God/Allah will bless your good deeds hundred folds and may the favor be upon you inshallah.

As ususal, with the support i get from the reservation manager goerge i had a very nice stay in your property’s and make me choose your hotel every time i visit Bahrain and encourage all my relatives and freind to do the same. There is alot of hotels in Bahrain it might be even with less price but i choose to stay in your hotel because of the good treatment i see. Finally, i say thanks to everybody involved in the hotel managment.

But, It was noisy sometimes as my room was above Sawamer hotel restaurant and it get noisy whenever there are singers there especially at the weekendsLocation (7/10)Walking distance City center mall and small Star Bucks coffee shop. 10 minutes by taxi to a lot of good cafes and locations.Room service (6/10)I was staying full board since I was in quarantine, the food quality was Ok but there was no variety almost the same food every day and portions are very small.Unpleasant incidents:- The hotel driver was supposed to be waiting at the airport but no one was there. I had to call two times the hotel and waited 40 minutes until the driver came.- No proper follow up from hotel management for the COVID-19 government updates as I had to update the front desk and hotel manager about the new government update for entering communal area such as gym and pool despite it was announced 7 days ago.Overall Ok experience but wouldnt repeat it as there is a better located hotels nearby with same price range.

Am staying here 15days my all days was so great and excellent service from housekeeping especially housekeeping supervisor Mary Ann and her team Triana they clean my room with proper sanitation I will recommend this to all my colleagues and friends

This hotel is so great.. Staying here for 12 days now in Rm 215 and the staff are all so nice. Ms. Mary Ann and ms. Tri Ana are exceptionally well trained and they keep the room clean. Always asking if we need something. Always so nice. Really really good. The stay here has been so super . Definitely recommend this hotel.

Ive been staying here for 7 days now. And Im really happy with the service. The staff are really nice and accommodating. The room is clean and very spacious too, exactly what I needed to do some exercise while in isolation. The housekeeping, especially the supervisor Marry Ann and room attendant Tri Ana, both of them are really just happy souls, always smiling and attentive. The room I have has a view of the city and its just very relaxing. All in all, this hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and it surely is a great place to stay at while in Bahrain.

Positive pointsClean room and housekeeping come every 3 days. Spacious room with balcony, panoramic view. The gym, jacuzzi and pool are in good condition. Friendly staff.Negative pointsI booked room 712 for two male adults, they gave us 1 king size bedroom and was like nobody inform us you need two separate beds. Very weird.During ramadan, poor management for restaurant and the food is served in little amount and cold.

My Husbands colleagues recommended that I stay in Ramada. And they were right, its an excellent hotel! I have been getting very good service since I arrived at the airport. I had to do a Covid test on arrival and plus i had a little problem buying my new Bahrain sim card at the airport. It took almost 2 hours but the driver waited for me for me without complaint! His name is Mahmoud. I also want to mention the house keeping staff Wahid HK and Pradeep; their services are super good; every day they ask me what i need and their work performance is excellent. I have gotten to know one of the receptionists at the hotel, Mr. Sabir. His service is excellent and he makes me feel very welcome at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Two of the outstanding features of this hotel where the room attendant and the laundry service.As the Room Attendant, Pradeep was there every day making sure the room was fully prepped with water, coffee, towels and keeping the room fresh and clean.The laundry service is great too. Pickup at your door by 9am and delivered back to your room that evening.My only real issue was with the room service for ordering up food. Be prepared to make two calls, one when you order and 30 minutes later to remind them you placed an order.Make sure you have the right menu to order from. The code scan in the room is not for everyone.I wish they had the capability to provide currency exchange here.There is the City Centre fairly nearby for that service.

Im not sure how the hotel is during normal operations, but as a quarantine hotel, the food service is terrible. The room is nice and service is good, but the food they provide is pretty awful, especially when youre stuck in quarantine.If you choose to stay here, be ready for inconsistent meal times and disgusting food taken straight out of a middle school cafeteria.*Addition* The service staff is very polite, but the managers or administrators are incredibly rude and make you regret asking for anything.

Been here for extended stay. The hotel itself is nice and clean, if not a bit dated but perfectly acceptable. Professional and friendly staff, the reception staff are very accommodating and the housekeeping staff will try to make your stay even more enjoyable, especially Ms Mary Ann.The in-room dining is really good! I would really recommend you trying their chicken biryani. Good job for the kitchen staff. Swift delivery as well. Dining service could be improved though, switch from proper cutleries and porcelain tableware to plastic cutleries and styrofoam boxes are ruining the experience a little bit although its not a deal breaker.

The place is decent and clean. Room service is great! Book breakfast in advance as it’s much cheaper. The location is great too!However, be aware that all of the reception staff are rude and dismissive ( except for Sakeena ), so try to avoid dealing with them.Nobody will offer to help with your bag unless you ask. And the bellboy is always grumpy. Also, not all amenities mentioned online are available. So bring your own slippers and shampoo. And be prepared for lots of dust. My daughter got a reaction to the dust so I personally grabbed a towel and wiped everything 🤷🏻‍♀️But to be honest I would go back for the location and room service only, until I find a better alternative .

This is my first time to Ramada-Bahrain. I liked it. The room has broad space, the bed was comfy, toilet is nice and clean. They put some tips around to save the environmental resources, which I liked. My room didn’t have a view on the sea , yet the hotel itself has a sea view
