Good for short stays, location is near to City center, I had BB and it was good food, the view also was good.
Old school style but still ok. Best staff on restaurant upon breakfast ..
My favorite hotel in Bahrain, close to the cafés and restaurants.
I like this old but well taken care of hotel.... Parking a bit small but secured... Breakfast nice and very quiet to spend for good rest after a long journey
Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, breakfast needs more options, good location.
We were looking for stay cation hotel and we found this just in time at an amazing price.
Rooms were clean and breakfast was ok. The only flip side I had was the lack of hot water. Even after telling the problem was not rectified. I ended up having cold water bath.
Not a good hotel at all also the room service badThe wall is wet with water and the bathroomOne room have bad smell we found old clothes in down and old socks🥲It was a bad experience for us
Best hotel with good service and affordable price
Honestly I don’t recommend this hotel for any body. The one good thing about this hotel is the location! Other than that it doesn’t worth your money.Cons:Staff are not friendly.Parking is really small.Furniture is very old.The hotel smells wired.Pros:LOCATION.
Room was small , outdated, and this was back in 1996.
The hotel is a little old and needs update .. very basic rooms and bathrooms . Buffet very basic and not delicious. Egg tasted a little wierdThe location is very good and close to a lot of resturents and a very nice coffe shop
ExcellentIf caterers for all your needs and the staff was professional and friendly
Amazing hotel and amazing service, also collins is the best receptionist you could ever find
Good location, beautiful service , nice and helpful front disk staff 🌹🌹
I may be not rated this place 1 star and give atleast 3 star if they not charged me more than 5time price [over priced] due to eid holidays..If charging this much price rooms should be perfect and should not have defects like this..... toilet flush button broken... foul smell in toilet... rust shower head... rusted towel stand.... hotel parking place limited and not upto full capacity.. not much channels to watch..... marks in bathtub and tables..Rooms need renovation.... also I hate the check out timing... I got room by 5 pm evening..... normal price ok Ill check out 12 noon next day.. but over priced 12 noon check out seems not cool..One good thing iron box set with stand available in room itself.....Sorry....
I stayed in this hotel during the Eid holidays time. Everything better and clean. Very nice staff. Only that time I face difficulty in parking lots and people are not properly parking because of the line’s marker in parking not in right size.
Unexpansive and a little bit oil fashioned hotel. If one is for one or two nights and is not very pretentious this is perfect place. The hotel is clean, but the bar is abandoned at night with only two three visitors on the weekend. The breakfast needs improvement and the restaurant is usually empty. These two definitely need improvement. I was staying there before C19 and still remember how busy was the bar when they had singer with band. But the hotel still is OK - it is clean and decent.
Nice hotel in Adlia and gudaibia area in Manama near restaurant and cafe shop..
You get what you pay for. The rooms are very basic. Location is good and there is plenty to do in the local area. Next time I would look for somewhere more central to the city. Swimming pool area is nice and relaxing. A gym and a masseuse are available.Breakfast very basic, food is over priced. The hotel does have a smoking rooms and a smoking bar.
We booked a room online when we come for checkin they said no rooms available only one room 2 beds separated, after the arguments with the lady at the reception she give us the worst room ever , the whole night we are hearing the loud music from the restaurant beside, untill 2:00 am !!Once we complained to her she didn’t even said sorry , it was very rude from her and not professional treatment!
Very bad manager, i have a problem about my booking he talk to me in rude why, im a customer to this hotel more than 20x times and he told my that they don’t respect their customer nor they don’t care, they care about money, and dealing with us with very non-respective way, called the police to figure it out, despite that they didn’t change my booking date nor refund me, the just told me to go to other hotel and goodbye. I will escalate the problem further..
Everything was okay, good prices and comfortable but the internet was very poor and bad quality I wish they improve it as soon as possible because it’s really important.
I stopped going to this hotel because of the filipino lady attitude at breakfast buffet and yes BREAKFAST IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I will not elaborate further, because its so obvious that she is so annoying and if the management cant see it, the guests will.
Nice hotel, reasonable price, very comfortable bed but the furniture need to update!
Its a very bad hotel i am staying here now they are very redicluse and stingy in giving bath supplies even water very old bad rooms if there is less than ome star i will give i do not advise for family stay may be if single with limited budget
One of the excellent landmark in Adliya. Property is good but now its time to take seriously thinking about the refurbishment of entire rooms from scratch.
Yesterday we had a party over here, And the manager Mr. Saiful made our experience even more better, he was very helpful and very prompt to fulfill all our needs. You have to give him employee of the year award. Five stars for Mr. Saiful. Thank you very much will definitely return for another event
Low priced but not worth as basic amenities are well maintained. AC control not working properly, Washroom is pathetic, shower not working well, bidet flush and toilet flush is not effective, no proper handling of customers by reception staff. Either hotel should increase price and renovate or stop maintaining the hotel.
Now dont get me wrong, the Ramadan is not a bad hotel however, she is starting to look a bit dated and tired.Good bit are the staff, professional and curtesy, the bed was comfortable and the sheets nice and soft, all areas clean and tidy. Not so good bits are bathroom and bath too small but functional, busy road at front of hotel and only has single glazing, breakfast looked limited and they where unwilling to take the 20% discount I had on my stay. Also to note I felt the pool was very overlooked from the surroundings buildings. There are some good restaurants and pubs within walking distance.I myself would not stay here again as there are better options for less money around Manama.Thank you Ramada by Wyndham Bahrain.
Modest accommodation, friendly staff, good location for nightlife. One note....guests smoke heavily in the hotel, even though all rooms on my floor are marked non smoking. Smoke was thick in the hallway all three days. I had to put a towel at the bottom of my door. Bad guests with no enforcement of smoking policy lowered the rating for me.
Food is ok, Rooms are neat & clean, price - i got booking through my office ; u will also get it for best price, reception is good...
A nice hotel but not up to expectations. Rooms are well setup but I would say in such 4 star hotel they should provide microwave oven in rooms. Location of the hotel is good, close to all amenities and not far from city centre. Breakfast needs improvement in terms of menu. The best thing for me was the staff whether reception or at restaurant or room service, all are professional and attentive.
the excellent opinion of the hotel was spoiled by one unpleasant circumstance. when I left room 204, I forgot my bag of things. however, when I called, the next day at the reception, asking them to give me the package. I was told that he was not there. This is probably the fault of the service staff, who are unscrupulous.
Great staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Made my stay very comfortable and relaxed. Particularly Mr Conrad and Miss Lily on reception, Mr Soufaiel in the dining room and Lijo and Shamil in Housekeeping.
Recently I have been staying in this Hotel about 18 days and the stay was very pleasant and homely. The hospitality shown by the Front desk, Room service and the House keeping were very good and praise worthy. The food was very tasty and the room as well the hotel cleanships on the COVID 19 back ground is above the mark. The room dressing by the House keeping is superior. Thanks a lot to the entire staff and Management for showing the co-operation and presentability.
Pros:The hotel is very clean and within walking distance to a plethora of bars, restaurants and local places. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well equipped. The prices are very good and you get what you pay for.Cons:The only negative input that I have is that the bar, which is located in the hotel, is poorly stocked, especially since they are attempting to emulate an irish pub. They were out of Guinness, and had no selection of Irish whiskeys or mush else for that matter. The place absolutely reeks of cigarettes and old laundry. The positive is that the staffs friendliness made up for the poor bar experience.
my stay was very pleasant. the staff here was very polite and supportive. they also provide tasty and healthy foods. Rooms were very clean and wide.
When was 1st Jan 2020 I celebrated there n I loved it. Very old place but is amazing, their buffet was cool not salty. Nice band n DJ. I will come back definitely
Great Location 4 stars hotel , good for family and business travellers as well.
Good clean hotel. Excellent locationBut, Untrustworthy!! They will charge extra money while check out! Dont take anything for granted..You think you are safe because you are in Bahrain and booking a 4 star property, and hence relax.. dont do that mistake..
Despite some claiming the hotel is antiquated, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the staffs willingness to accommodate special requests, and the location of the hotel. The pool is clean and welcoming, aside from walking through the smoking floor to get there. I will definitely visit again.
One of the most comfortable beds Ive slept on. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk of restaurants and bars. The decor in the rooms is quite dated and if youre looking to spend a lot of time in the hotel then maybe thats worth a thought. Theres a small gym and outdoor pool. The bathroom was a little tight. The toilet was in a cramped position. Those minor negatives shouldnt put you off an otherwise great hotel and decent value for money too.
Staff are very lovely. Was greeted and picked up from the airport. The driver was friendly, informing me of the things to do and sites to see.Reception was welcomingI needed extra things in my room, housekeeping came straight awayThe hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean and pleasantOverall a lovely stay at Ramada
Ive never been a fan of Ramada, but my stay here was pleasant. My room had a lovely view of the palace which, when lit up after sunset, is a beautiful view. I opted for room only, but there is room service available throughout the day and buffet breakfast is available in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk away from all the best restaurants in town. Look for "Adliya" on the map and stroll over in that direction. The staff are mostly welcoming, helpful and friendly. I had been in all day during one day of my stay, and when I came back, I had hoped room service would have been along to clean. As there was only one person on room service duty, they had been unable to do so, but a quick phone call to reception and the member of staff came along and freshened up the room. I really appreciated that.
Foyer and dining area nice and modern. Rooms are a bit dated. When going into the lifts there are TVs with pics of new modern hotels. No doubt with a little investment this hotel could be also.Staff were magnificent. Really friendly and polite. Especially the breakfast staff. All told good value for money.
Good hotel and very well located
Clean, high quality, 4 or 5 star hotel. Decor is elegant & simple, not ostentatious. Staff extremely nice & helpful. Excellent English, all personnel. Rooms clean, bright & elegant. Decent bathtubs with plenty of hot water for a proper bath. (Which is sometimes difficult to find in the M.E.In-house restaurant absolutely superlative!! Buffet breakfast 100% 5 star!!☆☆☆☆☆. One could not ask for wider choice, quality, or variety. 8-12 possibilities of breads & pastries, egg dishes, meats, cheeses, fruits, & fresh juices& teas !! A proper traditional American, English, French, European, Arabic, and Indian breakfast all available simultaneously! My dinner selection of thyme roast chicken breast was perfectly cooked while utterly tender, juicy & flavourful. Perfectly steamed 5 sorts of veggies and excellent fresh mashed potatoes, with four kinds of bread and fresh butter made my simple meal absolutely gourmet. Freshly pressed pineapple juice- a taste sensation.
The room was clean and comfortable with an ever so slight smell of age. I watched the sun rise over the city from my cityview room with a cup of tea from my in-room teapot. The reading light by the bed was inadequate though. The breakfast was tasty and diverse with good options for any diet, including vegan. The location, really good with restaurants, an ATM, and stores of interest within walking distance. The staff was professional and responsive. There is free, outside parking in the back (some covered spaceswith an attendant but availability gets a little dicey the later you come back if the hotel is full. Will stay again. One personal quirk - I like a sheet between me and the comforter, which they do not supply.
Friendly staff, very neat and clean rooms.Fantastic views from the street facing room where I stayed, can be a bit noisy, but did not bother me as I had to be up early.Had dinner for a few nights in "The Exchange English pub" inside the hotel good selection on the menu and nice atmosphere, live entertainment.
