They are not cleaning the rooms well the cup and the heater are so dusty and dirty, the AC is soo hot and when we call them they said it is system we can’t change i took 3 rioms all hot and the internet is the worst i ever tried

Excellent hotel for staying in Trabzon. Comfortable, clean, modern, location is superb by the main road and beach. Food is good and staff are friendly and helpful. If you book Seaview room then you can enjoy the sea from your room. Beach side walkways, garden, sand beach, playground and swimming pools are added value for comfort and fun. Highly recommended.

the place is very good and it is the best hotel in trabzon but the staff is very bad. for two months i come and sit in the lobby balcony, sometimes i eat dinner and drink tea but today i came they told me they will charge me 100 liras service fee because i just ordered tea.

Very bad service. They take a service fee of 100 liras because I only order tea, tea and water every day, they ask me to force me to order more than two hundred liras, they lie to me, they say sitting outside is reserved, the service is very poor and not worth the visit

A luxurious hotel in an ideal location for easy access to all market and also to many attractions. The room service staff are charming and friendly, the same with guest relation (experiencedesk and front desk. Rooms are spacious and very good breakfast is served here. They made my son"s birthday a total different experience with their generous surprises.

Terrible costumer service, no hospitality at all. Staff are horribly trained at reception as they are very unwelcoming. Lobby bathroom is not kept clean as there is a bad smell and tissue thrown everywhere. Broken shower head.

They double charged us and when we told them they didn’t even apologize they said we are humans not machines and made it seem like they didn’t do anything wrong. I would understand if it was a 2 star hotel, but a 5 star hotel these mistakes shouldn’t even happen, the staff should be better trained! Save your money. I don’t recommend the Hotel for anyone. Easily one of the worst hotels in all of Trabzon. They charged me for 5 rooms when I only booked 3. And they don’t know any other languages than Turkish, which is a major downside considering this is a Tourist Hotel. The breakfast had very limited options and the food was stale. They also put HOT MILK inside my sons cereal! The room and facilities were decent. But the service was horrible. The restaurants inside the hotel were even worse. They brought out the main course BEFORE the salads/appetizers. And the quality of the food was horrible. The restaurant is a 3/10.I wish I visited another Hotel. This Hotel made my experience at Trabzone horrible.

This is my second time staying at the Ramada Plaza Hotel and both stays were amazing. If I am planning to visit trabzon for a third time Ramada Plaza will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended.

Very bad service and price is too high! I went to Ramada hotel in Trabzon for 1 week stay with my entire family (7 peopleand we ended the stay after one day. Hotel has good facilities but price is way to high! You dont get what you pay for! The entire service at the hotel was very bad. The service at the restaurant was the worse. They dont even clean up after each customer. We ended up by shifting table 2 times. The dont remove the plates at the table. We checked out the 23th of June 10 am and we went to the desk to give them the feedback and no actions were taken and they didnt even listen. I told that i have stayed on more than 100 5 starts hotel and have never experienced so bad service and the receptionist told me that we were allowed to choose another hotel. If you want a hotel with very good experience and good service please stay away from this one. We ended up paying 360 euro for one night because we wanted to have a good experience but that wasnt the case!! The last impression at the reception was the worse!!!

Me and my missus ordered drinks in the bar and the mojito was hideous. I would expect that a 5-star hotel would make sure that the bartenders have the skills to make a simple cocktail. When we asked to change the drink, they said they could not do anything and that we needed to pay for a new drink. As for the rooms, I have stayed in lower star hotels which were better in this aspect as well. You can hear a lot of outside noise, it feels like you are actually sleeping inside the mosque when there is a call for prayer and the curtains let light in. Breakfast is actually not as bad. Overall, I wholeheartedly do not recommend that you stay in this hotel if you are visiting Trabzon.

One of the few 5 stars Hotel in trabzon next to the beach , rooms are nice nice interior, hotel design is great , the breakfast buffet is delicious with many food variety and the swimming pool is big and good for swimming, they 2 pools and one covered with warm water. To reach Meydan center u can take mini bus from outside the street it’s around 15 minutes

I only visited the restaurant not staying in the hotel. Resturant in worth a visit, they provide meals that you rarely find in trabzon, service is good. View and the setting in the balcony is incredible. Very quite but also expensive to trabzon level. Would go again.

The hotel in general is not based in the active part of the city.The breakfast serves substandard items. The cleanness is average in comparison to the prices paid. Dusty rooms- balconies for example.Since this is on a highway, its almost impossible to keep the windows open due to the busy traffic noise.For me, I wouldnt consider Ramada Hotel for my next trip to Trabzon.

So bad internet small rooms and no entry to black sea. Everything you have to order such as water , tea envelops..3etc. They will never reply your order on the phone. No english speakers. No turkish coffee in the breakfast. Everything is selfservice and very costy

Very horrible experience, the place is very nice with an amazing ambience and view, but the staff are very inefficient and careless, we’ve waited past the check in time by more than 4 hours and they didn’t even give us a good reason as to why the delay was happening.We had to call the manager, he came and couldn’t even explain or give a reason why the delay was happening.One of the worse experiences I’ve had as a guest at a hotel.Not to mention that several other guests had the same problem, it was not an issue that only we had.Most of the staff don’t even speak English and are very hard to communicate with.Whenever we ask for anything, water, tissue, it takes ages to arrive.

We received our rooms 7 hours after check in time without any reasonable explanation, the manager himself just kept saying its their fault without any reasons.Our room wasn’t stocked with anythingThere was no iron boardWhenever we order anything like water or tissue, half the time they don’t even bring it up and we have to go to the reception downstairs to get it ourselves.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants any decent service.

The hotel is nice in terms of location however the facilities are not great and the customer service is very bad! There is a very limited free wifi which is not ideal, room service/reception never answer the phone, food orders are always delayed or ignored and the spa needs an upgrade to their services.

Wifi is very very slow , staff unwelcoming and not pleasant unable to communicate in English not even smiling at all, breakfast restaurant needs more attention to cleanliness and food handling. Many restaurants and amenities are closed and not used at the moment.

Only five minutes from Airport! New modern and clean . Good variety of food for breakfast. Got all the needed facilities gym , spa , games room .enjoyed the see view , we had a lovely stay and totally recommend the hotel .
