I stay there when i visit Kiev for a business trip. Service is always on top level and they have favors of any kind. ATM machine right in the reception room. And a VIP-level shopping mall connected to it. The views from rooms are very nice. Love too stay in this place.

We stayed for a few days at this hotel while in Kyiv on business at the end of September. It was an amazing experience!The facilities were beautiful (we booked STUQ apartment), including nice fitness center, a nice lounge on the 18th floor, restaurants, and being adjacent to the Atmosfera Mall (which was very convenient for us).I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, courteous and will do whatever they need to do to ensure your stay goes smoothly. I would especially point out the extremely professional and helpful Front Desk Ladies: Yana and Marina. They did a lot of research I requested and were always more than happy to help. They helped me book my train tickets as well. Always smilie and positive, they went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is not bad but if you want to waste so money come here for the services so today we have to pay a laundry fees for couple of clothes at it coast the same amount of one night rent it’s insane compared to the prices here

Want to share the unpleasant experience we had at this hotel, Which is in the hotel between the dates 7 / 10-10 / 10 We got a room on the 15th floor without air conditioning when it was 2-3 degrees outside, we froze the source of the whole resort, we tried to talk to the reception without success and without any understanding on their part.We asked them to move us to another hotel and they did not agree, apologized and offered a solution that is no less a joke to send us more blankets to the rooms, a real farce.A guy named Yujin probably came froom reception ... to our room, Seeing that we were suffering and that everything was cold, he said that the heating in the hotel did not work hard (it did not work at all with usand that they were aware of it. And only the cooling works well and the air conditioner is connected to the water system (which does not make sense at all... I explained to him that it should not matter to us and that we paid the best of our money to stay in a hotel and did not suffer and that we do not want to walk inside the hotel with blankets. After several calls he said he was ready to upgrade our room and we explained that we were not interested because we were leaving the next morning and were not interested in another fuss.We asked to be compensated financially for the mental anguish we experienced and said he would check with his manager who up to this moment had not contacted us. So for those who plan to go to Ramada hotel that knew that its air conditioning system is only suitable for 3 months a year and only for summer at best. Plus a bad location and a 25 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to get to.I will not return to this place.

Bad service, uncooperative staff, not friendly. Management not engaged to customers. Stood for an hour to finalize my checking in + wrong reservations on their end. Had to pay double.

Good hotel, friendly staff, modern, near supermarket/small mall. Rooms have a small kitchen which is great. I had room 1610 and view is nice. Farms down below are always nice to see.

One of the worst hotels in terms of covid safety. Huge groups of people walking around the hotel without masks and disregarding safety rules. A nightmare for those who care.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The gym is very small and the breakfast variety was not enough. In the rooms the heaters are quite small and on this time of the year it was cold especilly in the morning.

Very clean, comfortable and a beautiful ambience for stay.They have shuttle service to the downtown throughout the day and a really good shopping mall in a walkable distance.

Wonderful Hotel, 20 Minutes from the Center, very nice elegant Rooms, studios and Apartments, very good Breakfast and 24 Hours Food service , they offer an upgrade in many occasions, One of the best service they offer is a transportation from the Hotel to City Centre about Four times a Day, without a doubt the best Four Stars Hotel in Kiev

First of all, hotel was clean and hygienic. That was the main reason to choose this hotel for us. Upon arrival, at front desk Ms Yana and Mr Elshan met us. They were very friendly and helpful. ( In Ukraine, it s hard to meet such quality service!!!Room was clean and big enough . Breakfast was tasty; fresh & clean. At hotel there s Hub restaurant where you can find tasty food ( not a large menu but enough varietyand there, Ms Zoya was polite and helpful .Location of the hotel is far from center of Kiev. No nearby metro station. Enough car park places.

Nice service that they have shuttle bus from hotel to downtown, hotel located next to small mall so easy to go to shopping from hotel lobby.

One of the best hotels in Kyiv.....Have nice banquets which makes it a Perfect place for events, exhibitions and parties.......Rooms are neat and clean, safe and comfortable.....Staff is very much helpful....Food quality is amazing and has one of the best restaurants in the city.......Location too is perfect......Highly recommended!!

Have to say this is my favored place to stay in Kiev. I won’t stay anywhere else. Rooms are all new. Staff is alway so kind. I travel a lot out of all the place i stay this is my favorite. Also with Natalila your crazy to stay somewhere else. A+++++

Employees are friendly and the room clean with great hospitality from all .. only the AC was not working on hot time of year and there was no safe in the room

This is absolutely astonishing level of service I have ever met. The receptionist (Nataliiaupgraded our room category without any additional charges just because she saw me and my husband had booked a separate beds room by mistake. Despite of having only 4 stars this hotels feels like its 5 star! Id recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is impeccably clean, the staff is superbly polite and helpful, and most of the staff (over 90%speak English. When I left Kiev and checked out of the hotel and several hours later when I arrived to Rivne, I realized that I left a bunch of my cash in the room safe. They not only recovered it but they safe-guarded it till I returned to Kiev 3 days later. This action alone would make me rate them the highest, but because they are super great in every other aspects, from 1 to 10, I elect to rate them on the level of over 100. *smile*

I would like to thank the hotel stuff from the manager to the housekeepers for the amazing service that they gave me.Starting from day one with the beautiful receptionist and the complimentary upgrade they gave me.The stuff are so nice and u cant stop smiling from happiness because of the way the treat the guests.I will defiantly choose this hotel over and over again and will recommend anyone to try it to see what am saying.Great great serviceClean and big roomsEasy to reachAnd again amazing stuffThank you very much for making my visit valuable.

Although a little out here f the way the hotel does run a free shuttle service to and from the city centre and both airports.. taxis are very cheap as well... the hotel is clean and well presented, the staff are lovely and accommodating... the only downside is that maybe it’s well being floor could do with maybe a few more facilities such as a sauna, therapy rooms etc... apart from that our stay was good... food and drinks can be a little expensive overall compared to “local pricing”... overall it’s worth a stay

Very good Hotel. Have excellent rooms and staff. A bit far from city centre, but very quiet.

The hotel is close to the airport & that can be helpful to many. However the way they operate dose not give any felling of hospitality, definitely not up to 4* category. Starting from the room I can say it’s a clean room with nice bed but not so nice pillows. There is 4 pillows on a clearly small bed just enough for 1person. Don’t understand the concept of 4 pillows as they have no use during the sleep. (the reason I can think of having 4 is to find the one which it’s is proper to sleep as the quality of the pillows is bad). In the morning with the 1st sunshine there is a surprise waiting for you, depending on which room U are the sun or the sunlight will wake u up as it comes straight into your eyes. The mgmt have thought of something very smart, to apply Velcro to the current & the wall in order to shut the light out! The idea would have worked if the HK making sure that the Velcro is well attended, but am not sure they know it dose even exists. Going to the toilets I would say is a fair quality of toilet with enough amenities. However if u step into the shower the problem starts, there is no place to keep a shop or shower gel. The only option is on the floor (4*?I order room service and I would say until the order come up to my room everything went as expected. I had a burger, how wrong can you go with that! The only sauce with the burger was ketchup on the side of the plate & nothing on the burger. I asked the waiter if she could bring me some mayonnaise & she replied “it’s finished” & she left. I didn’t want to argue with her, I just went to the supermarket attached to the hotel & bought some. Earlier on the day I called the reception to tell me how the room heater work as coming form a hot country I was feeling cold. She said they will bring someone to my room, 2 ladies from HK came trying to do something, they said something in Russian (which I don’t understand & am supposedly a guest to their hotel & leftI thought they manage to turn it on but 20 min later the room was the same cold. I called once again the reception & they told me the heater is not working in any of the rooms as it is only for the winter. However, this time they asked me if I wanted a portable heater which they brought (wondering again y she didn’t try to help the 1st time)<br/>Coming to the breakfast. I can say they have an interesting quantity of items but they really lack on quality. Let’s start with the bread “old old old old” not sure how many days they are using the same loaf. Despite on that I think they only have 2 types of bread, am not sure thought cause the sign just says “bread”. Am wondering if anyone not only form the kitchen but the restaurant or the mgmt have ever thought in their hotel mighty have guest that are gluten free or simply guest that don’t eat white bread. Going on to the juice, I would expect to have a machine with a fresh orange juice or just fresh orange juice which is essential to a good breakfast. Yet am asking the hostess if there is fresh juice & she tells me “Yes”. Both of the juice apple & orange comes from a package below the dispenser. Hard to believe she never show that. Another quality observation is that even thought they have the equipment to keep the temperature of the food on the accepted levels they don’t use them (far from a 4* hotel). Just to give an example, that the eye will pop out to anyone having a basic knowledge of F&B. The toaster machine that it’s really hot is just next to the yogurts which they suppose to be on chill temperatures. Nobody has notice this? Furthermore, in a country that tea is in their daily costume u would expect to see few chooses of tea, although there is only one! Black tea (4*?). Last wile am writing this comments seating in the restaurant one of the Indian nationals passes in front of me putting a fork and a knife on the napkin poke for the breakfast holding them from the top and not from the bottom handle. I don’t want to know what he was doing before that.

Stayed there once on a business trip. The hotel had to be close to the airport, and it was. An average hotel far from the city center, with very helpful and nice staff. The hotel provides a shuttle to the center though. Everything about the hotel is average, simple, quiet.

Feel like at my home . My stays generally quite long period up to 14 days each time. Allways clean, staff helpfull, clean weather , safe parking, nice breakfast.Studio Room enough for even long term stay with small fully equipped kitchen.House keeping is ready to help you and keep you clean 24 hours.Good wishes to Ms. Cristina and Irina and Natalie.

This is an ok place. The room was pretty cold and it took me a fair amount of time on arrival night to figure out the temperature was not regulated by the thermostat but by radiators that were actually behind the curtains. (That actually is the both in Europe and you wonder the benefit of putting radiators to heat the window space behind the curtain instead of the room.Breakfast was ok but the cheeses were very similar. They goofed up my reservation by one day which caused a good number of aggravation but was ultimately solved.There is an attached shopping mall to this hotel.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, very attentive staff on the counter. Rated 4 stars, only because of the staff in the restaurant. Refused to serve me glass of water and asked me to buy a bottle, so eventually I went to the room just to sip some . Also impatient when see your plate is almost empty , they tent to remove it from the table without even ask you about it. Maybe they were trained like this, who knows, but this is what put you off

First of all the service is very much delayed for any order to room.No cuisine for Indian visitors.The taxi drip to airport Borispol from hotel was informed 350 Gr in local currency by reception staff but after reaching airport the driver demanded 596 Gr local currency.I am not at all comfortable in your hotel and will never visit.

Im not sure how to rate my stay.I was staying twice in 1 week just 6 days apart.First time we stayed everything went smooth checking etc.My room had a bad Smell. Talked to staff & i was upgraded to a better/bigger room. & they waived my late check out, ( 4 stars rating)2nd time we stayedWell not meUpon arriving to the hotel Ive realised its pretty booked up.I had 2 of my buddies join meThey booked the room before me so all it was left for me to do is book my room but....When trying to book my room online they didnt let me book. Every time i completed my booking i got an error saying please re-do your booking.This happened a few times & everytime i redid the booking the price went up.Bottom lineAfter spending 2 hours staff told me they are so sorry for the inconvenience & they have found a room for me in a different hotel 20 min from here.If youd like we can arrange a room for me for the price of $95While my 2 buddies were sleeping & me being from new York i had no choice but to book the room at the other a hotelSo what should my rating be?

For individual guests I highly recommend .If you dont have to be city center all the time.Breakfast is very good for 4*property .Rooms are quite new and good design .There is a real guest service .

The hotel has good facilities. The rooms have a nice furniture. Even though it is located far away from downtown, they have a regular shuttle service, but you have to book your place at the Reception for it. Also the hotel is connected to a shopping center, where you can find banks, interesting shops plus a relative large supermarket.

Been there on a business trip. Very quite and pretty confortable place, not too far from the airport, or to the city center. A convenient shuttle bus, can be easily arranged to take you downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available right in front of the hotel.

Great conference hall. Good kitchen. The shopping mall is adjacent to the building of the hotel. Big convenient parking. Pretty neat arrangement as for me.

I like this hotel very much. Only one disadvantage its location far from center and metro station. But there is very nice restaurant and convenient room.

Everything thing was good but there was nothing Indian food & little bit far from city center, Staff was very good friendly atmosphere and English speaking. I specifically mentioned the name Dasha who help us every time she gave us completely information about Kiev .

Nice hotel.next to supermarket and wine house, not the best experience but would still rate 4 star. AC climate control was not working during winter specially hence no ventilation even though it was cool due to outside condition. Some restaurants were not open, business.centre computers were in Russian/Ukrainian language. However staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superb hotel in deed. I had two superb nghts and the service was excellent. Staff was rich in hospitality and was really cheerful. 20 min drive from the airport but in close proximity to center.

The rooms look ok beautiful and clean. The service was great. I needed them to check the A/C and the came right away.
