In a modern high-rise overlooking Victoria Harbour, this straightforward hotel on Hong Kong Island is a 1.6-km stroll from the nightclubs and restaurants of old-world Lan Kwai Fong, and 2 km from the Peak Tram terminal.Bright, airy rooms feature flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and safes, as well as minifridges, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. All provide mountain, city or harbour views. Room service is offered.A casual restaurant with a terrace offers international dining. There's a rooftop outdoor pool with city views, as well as an exercise room and a business centre.
Booked a normal room. Good for one or two night stay, toilet is small, wifi is poor.
One month has passed and the hotel still have not refunded for a quarantine hotel after the government changed the quarantine time to 3 days. You only get generic emails in reply that refunds are in process and the hotel never picks up the phone. The absolute worst experience with any hotel anywhere in the world.AVOID AVOID AVOID
Highly Not Recommend it.Irresponsible and Irresponsive hotel staff. The point of contact Antony Wong from the Reservations Department didnt reply or provide necessary assistance as a hospitality professional. After being unable to refund, they are also not sending me a receipt as mentioned previously.
Please, if anybody can read this.I am currently quarantined right now here In Ramada Hong kong Harbour View. Room 3106Ive been calling since yesterday up to this day , hotel telephone is useless just ringing no one is answering.I need water.. We need water.. Just water please send us water..Poor, extremely poor service!
Never written a google review ever but this has gotten me doing so. This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. Was my fault that I hadn’t done much research before booking though. Facilities are worn out and messy - it appeared that it hasn’t been cleaned since the World War II. A/C is not working as the temperature is not manually adjustable. Insanely small room. It was like mis-entering a baby facility. Things provided in the room are survival minimals. Services and instructions are chaotic. I speak Cantonese and even I don’t have a single flying clue about what the staff are trying to do. How can it be designated as a Quarantine Hotel for foreigners??? Stay in this hotel only if you hate yourself so much. And, do some research before making any reservation. I don’t want anyone in this lovely world ending up like me. What a nightmare this is.
I had a terrible 3 day quarantine experience in this hotel. The condition was old. The room is small and the bed was unnecessarily big so it almost fill up the entire room, leaving very narrow space for moving around. Most of the time we have to stay on the bed. There is only a small folding table and a small round stool. If you have 2 persons, they expect one of you to sit on the bed or the window bay. I tried to dial "1" to the front desk asking for an additional chair/stool, but the phone just keep ringing. The Wifi disconnected all the time. The toilet/bathroom sliding door can only close halfway. No one cares to have it repaired. (You have no choice because you are under a quarantine order and the hotels just take advantage of this for greater profit)The food supplied by the hotel was terrible. I cant imagine they are supplied by "hotels".Although hotel quarantine is a legal requirement now, but hotel is hotel, not a prison cell. Those guests confined had not committed any crime, and they pay real money for the service. I think as hotel operators, they should try even better to make their guests more relax and comfortable in these three days (even 3 weeks some time ago), after their long struggle going through the torturing proceidures through the airports. When we finally can check out, we just want a bit information about the refund arrangement (we booked 7 days and only need to stay 3 day). The staff at the front desk unpatiently replied that it could take a few months for the refund. If they had informed us about this, it would have saved a lot of troubles for both side.
DIRTY room and lots of hair on the floor and in bathroom. Food deliveries were too slow over 1 hr wait and loud door banging...quite rude. Quarantine stay 3 nights of nightmare.
Used as an qualantine hotel. I emailed the hotel, but no reply. The phone response is not good, and I order delivery item to hotel I sent at the concierge desk, but they say never recieve item under your name . simply lost item.I was told the front desk I had a photo of the delivery person.and send Email to hotel .but no answer yetIt is very disappointinghope I can find my delivery package.
I have booked Ramada Harbour View HK in around June or July for my planned return from India through Bangkok.Booking was simple. However, later I read tons of negative messages in Facebook and here in Google reviews about the hotel. People were complaining about dirty sheets, smell, mold, size of the rooms, food. Literally - everything. My stay in Ramada was not that bad. Here is why.Pros.:- Bathtub. For me - it is important. Even though it was tiny - a chance to have a bath is priceless.- The room was clean. Enough water, shower gel and shampoo, etc. It is prepared for your 3-day stay.- The view. Even though I am terrified by the heights.- Windows can be opened. Ramada crew does not recommend it though.- Bed was spacey.- Small foldable table for food and work.- Staff usually replies and tries to help. Not with air conditioner though (look below).- Security helped me get my headphones I forgot. Also, staff sent me a pdf of the receipt confirming my stay in Ramada. Feedback was also quick - about refunds and other things.- Refund was done not in 200 working days as stated in the article and previously by the staff but sooner than 20 working days.Cons.:- The bathroom was a little bit unclean - I could find one or two hair remains from previous guests. Not that critical but for some sensitive people it may be a red line.- Check-out process is literally get out - they ask you to leave with no receipt or scan of your payment. You go out and wait for a can, go to the subway or the bus. For some people, who find hospitality and check-out procedures very important - it may be a bummer.- Water was not that hot (for the shower and bath tub). However, after my call, it became noticeably warmer.- Last day - air conditioner just stopped working.
I had a very positive 3-day quarantine experience here with helpful staff, clean room, and nice view. The room was old but in a good condition, wifi worked well and food, well it did not look good, but actually the taste was just fine. I once received an outside delivery and was brought up to my room within 10 minutes. I would come here again for a stay.
This hotel is such a joke, so badly is it not funny that whoever even owns this hotel must even be a joke
This hotel is so bad it’s funny…I seriously had a laughing fit when I entered the room. In my case, I had no choice but to come here since it was the only hotel available for the mandatory quarantine (one wonders why…). But hey, fans of “The Grand Budapest Hotel” might actually enjoy the places rustic and unclean charms. As you enter the room, a basin welcomes you to your right. Not inside the bathroom, outside. Which is very practical when you come to think of it, as your partner can uncomfortably drop the kids off at the pool while you wash your nose.On the left, a dwarf-sized bathroom welcomes you. You’ll need to ride the toilet side-saddle in order to fit. The towels have clearly accompanied many other guests as well, which the various yellow and red stains happily attest too (a free souvenir, no extra cost!).Now before you step into the actual room, two fancy mirrors look back at you in the wall. And one step further. Tadaaaa. The dream of every Indian princess. The Grand Budapest Hotel’s royal wallpapers cover 2/4 walls. (As it’s understandable such luxury had to be mitigated, thus the half painted white cream colored walls that make up the other half of the room). And high above you, a glorious plastic chandelier lights up the room and hey! Gold glossy curtains, whose odor offers again many memories of past adventures. You’ll also be pleased to find yet another mirror miladies!!! All complete with a bedside table which, how practical of them, has a safe in it - lest your matching upholstery should be stolen in the quarantine. This piece would yet again be worthy of a Wes Anderson movie. Now, my two absolute favorites:The room was cleaned with such love and care that staff could not help but leave little black hairs in the room for us to be reminded of their lovely craft. How dreamy. And last but not least, the super opulent menu. I thought I should just post pictures for I lack the words to describe such a masterpiece. FYI the photos are not doubled up - lunch is the same as dinner, so you can relive the experience again. And it’s not a black and white picture. The white tonality of the food is strictly For aesthetic purposes again I’m sure.A movie setting within your grasp, all for a modest HKD 800 a night. What a steal!
Vary bad experience in Quarantine stay 1 week in Ramada hotel Rome is vary short only bed no walking space no copburd no refrigerator and food is vary bad🤮 need
Oh dear here goes another bad review for this dreadful quarantine hotel! How did it get four stars as a hotel, certainly not for the quality of its rooms, two or three stars would be more appropriate. When we arrived they made us wait before check in for 20 minutes with the excuse that the rooms weren’t ready. Really? At 8pm at night? What kind of organization is that. The room I had (still very expensivewas small and cramped with two single beds, a toilet that was so close to the bath (yes, a baththat you couldn’t sit without your knees wide apart, and dark décor from the 70’s. No comfortable chair, a fold out table, internet that didn’t work most of the time. Terrrrrrrrible repetitive food, no complimentary tea or coffee, hard beds, and pillows so hard they give you a crick in the neck. Air conditioning you couldn’t adjust for temperature. Well I am sure you are asking surely there was something positive. Well yes there was: The window could open… Can’t think of anything else. I’m sure that if I was a shareholder I would be laughing. The room price was double what it was earlier in the year and it was stuffed full, courtesy of the governments ridiculous covid policies that protect no one. I will never stay in a Ramada again….
To avoid for a quarantine. Small room, the bath stick to the toilet and the food is disgusting.
moldy walls, terrible smell in the room, rude customer service. please dont choose this hotel for quarantine or anything
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was terrible and if you love to stay in saunas well then this is the best hotel for you because you cant change the temperature of your room. And to add onto the heat, you also have to deal with the room being very worn down, dusty, and have nails underneath your bed. The room looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years and has a terrible smell the second you walk in. Its very unacceptable when you have to spend a decent amount of money for a quarantine hotel and are given the worst treatment possible. If you are looking for a quarantine hotel, STAY AWAY FROM HERE, the photos are lies.
Absolutely horrible. The rooms are small and smelly. Obviously people smoke in them. The food was unedible, when it arrived. Worst e perience ever.
The worst hotel ever in my life, the room is really outdated “VERY DIRTY” “SEEM LIKE NO ONE DO THE CLEANING” “HAIR EVERYWHERE” and small (the display room is a lie), the wifi is really unstable and most importantly the staffs are rude. I waited an hour for my delivery after they have arrived the hotel, the food was already cold. Will not recommend to anyone. This is a 1 star hotel.
poor service, when I asked for bottled water, they replied 120HKD for 10bottles and asked me to drink the pipe water. the meals are really disgusting, I can make a lot better if I cooked myself. the attitude of the receptionist is really rude, very no manners.
Service was by far the worst Ive ever experienced. Also if you like sleeping in a puddle of sweat and sitting in a sauna. Then this hotel is for you because they keep the air-conditioning running at a toasty 28c all year round. If you can spare a few extra $$ go to the Best Western down the road, far better service, slightly bigger rooms and the air-conditioning actually works!Only come here if you hate yourself or you want to experience what a jail might feel like. (This review was during mandatory quarintine timesbut dont see it improving drastically even in post-covid.......
No proper service , I have ordered food and they are not providing it after 3 hours also . They don’t care their customers. One of the worst hotel . Don’t opt for it . You will die with hunger
Did my 7 days quarantine in this hotel and service is awful. Room have no table, chair too small. If you order food it will take them 30mins to 1 hour before they bring your food. I suggest look for a much better hotel
Actually this hotel does not deserve any star. Worst hotel ever seen although cheaper but does not mean you forget what a hotel should prepare before guest arrives. Even government facilities (hotelsfor people who tested positive are much better even they are free. Staff is so rude. So many things these people should work on
Extremely NOT recommended to stay this hotel !! I came here for 7 days quarantine and this hotel is super terrible - Food is disgusting taste - Service attitude of staff, even on phone call service still show how unprofessional attitude - The room is so smelly and dusty, old and dirty, pillow & bed smelly - felt like 7 days in hells !!
I stayed in Ramada HarbourView at early Feb 2022, 14 days quarantine time flied by, thanks to the hotel’s amazing service. The hotel really provided amazing service and really got underrated here, really wanna speak up for the hotel, for all teams, every staff who work very hard.I’ve re-read all those comments after the stay, some of them are true, and then i realized the hotel had constantly improving during these period, which really deserved a thumbs up.Highlights - good side1. unbeatable seaview2. strong air conditioner3. steady hot shower water supply4. 3 meals a day, quite balance diet5. staff are nice, top level hospitality6. not small, space for yoga matbad side1. toilet bowl position2. unnecessary bath tub3. only one shallow sink4. carpet cleanliness5. bed sheet cleanlinessService: 5 starsevery team give their best, given that i was paying ~600hkd /night, what i get is definitely worth. i once called for 1 more toilet roll, they gave me a few more, plus some boxes of facial tissue. and there one time i called for special dietary request, they even call back few hours later to follow up. friends send over stuff to me, and it deliver to me right away, never over 10mins.its about their passion, the care about guests, also the attention to details that worth the 5 stars.Room status: 3.5 starslucky to be arranged a higher floor, amazing sea view, with big window, i dont feel like staying in shoe box. window can be open a little to get some fresh air from the world outside.decent room size in HK standard, given 600hkd per night, room to put yoga mat.only thing is the hotel is not new, damages here and there, but really very mile. the hotel is trying hard to maintain it in its best form.*bit hesitated of the patterned carpet, i just avoid stepping on it bare foot.*spots on the white bed sheet, i found them covering with correction pen, this is why points deducted here too.Food: 4.5 stars3 meals a day, very on time every day, i am mostly happy with what they offer, and i never order any delivery.i am very concern about what to put into my stomach, and keeping a healthier eating style. their meals contains carbs, protein, and fiber, that’s what i need.yea they repeat sometimes, and yea the protein are mostly chicken, and yea sometimes the meat are over cooked, spaghetti are not al dente, but for me, that’s what 600HKD offered. you wont expected 3 star michelin Forum restaurant food from their meal box right.0.5 pt down as there’s too much carbs that so fulfilling, i wont to have less, but they cant change as meal box are pre-prepared. but they have veggie i mean choices for whom they have religious / health request.*just remember one more thing, i guess this happens only on winter, coz their air conditioner is too strong, and the weather is cold and humid, only one blanket isnt enough thru the night, i ask for extra quilt or bedding, they said they will just gave me “old” one, i guess they mean not brand new, as the brand new one cost 100HKD.interesting.anyway, overall a very very nice 14 days quarantine experience.
The hotel was great and I enjoyed the City view from my room. Nice breakfast and clean environment. But no parking as the hotel is along the famousQueens road with team trains
Has recently completed a 7 days qurantine at this hotel. Frankly, for the price paid vs what was provided. The hotel provide the bare basics and minimum essential. Food is below average. While the unbearable are the bed, really smelly pillows, small yet tiny stool and worst of all no proper table in the room.
Very bad customer service. They ask us to pay one night room penalty to change the day for our stay even though I explain my situation about the difficulty to book at the same time the flight ticket and the quarantine hotel. They say they can not find room whenwe ask to move the day when we ask first even if there is room available when you try to book online through trip.com
❗If your are staying here for your 21 days quarantine then read my review first❗No.1 The room and the view are pretty good.No.2 The quarantine food was very poor wecant change the menu.No.3 we should odder spicies food form outside.No.4 If the water bottle is finished then they take extra charge for water.
I did 2 week QT here and it was the most basic stay, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, I only booked it because there was nothing else available for my dates. The room was dirty, the bed was rock hard, pillows lumpy and the room was small (the only free floor space was the size of my yoga mat). The food was inedible, although I luckily knew this in advance and ordered a meal delivery plan (Nutrition Kitchenfor weekdays and Im so thankful I did, on weekends when I ordered Food Panda or Deliveroo, it could take the hotel staff 1.5 hours to bring up my food which was very frustrating. Also the fridge they provided was laughable, it was so small it couldnt even fit a small sized bottle of water. I had to buy a bar fridge from Fortress and get it delivered to be able to keep supplies. I could go on with more downfalls of the room but all in all, I would say - think twice before booking the Ramada if you have any other options.
I strongly recommend against staying here, especially if you are doing quarantine.I understand this is a cheap hotel, but that doesnt mean it should lack the most basic furniture. The rooms dont have any chairs. The most they will give you is a small stool. Brace yourself for some serious back problems if you are doing a 21-day quarantine. The rooms dont have any tables. If you complain, they will give you a small table with one leg that easily falls over. Good luck using that 8+ hours a day if you are working through your quarantine. The room has poor overhead lighting and no bedside lights. Get ready for some dark evenings. The room phone is ancient and is a struggle to have conversations with. The food is awful. If you order food online, they will let it sit in reception getting cold before they bring it to you.Internet is slow.
Do Not book this hotel for quarantine. You will find cheap food, dirty room, dirty bed sheet, super dirt water boiler, small TV(about 23inches), no proper working desk and chair, bad interior finishing, bad interior color, bad lighting(can Not read at night time), even the hotel phone line disconnected. The most ridiculous thing is the room service, you can not find respect here. One star mark is over the review. I hope it is no star here. All bros and sis RIP if you are still inside. Crying.....
Plus - Cheap hotel for quarantine.Minus - Fake rating of 4 star. Should be 2.5 star max. Their carpets are not cleaned ever with hair all over the carpet in the room. Imagine seeing those hair for 21 days...
I understand it’s a hard work to work in a quarantine hotel, I didn’t really complain the fact that they don’t have pescatarian diet but honestly the staff is really rude. Everytime when they deliver food/stuff, she would literally bam 💥 the door or kick the door to notice me there’s some food. Honestly I feel like I’m paying to stay at a prison with tedious meals, “correctional service”, cell full of insects and false info of the size of room. Which is never worth what I’m paying and I hope everyone would never book this quarantine “hotel” and this “hotel” would be out of business.
Food is of a poor qualityHence we have to order food panda lotsThey dont deliver my order at a reasonable timeOnce it was delivered to room after 2 hours after order received downstairsFridge not working so I asked them to deliver ice to keep my diabetic injections cool.Again when u request things often waited few hoursRarely they deliver immediatelyRemote control does not workRoom size tinyShould be be labelled as a 4 star hotel at all
I stayed at the hotel for my 21 days quarantine but sad to say that the food and the hotel service is poor! The food they served taste like you are eating in a very low class hotel well no wonder they have poor reviews. Everyday I order food outside and very disappointed they will deliver the food to your room after 1hour or more. Hotel management is not friendly especially when you call the frontdesk for request or inquiry. Please do not book this hotel for your quarantine! I hope HK government will take action on this.
Me & my partner had to stay in Ramada Harbour View Hotel for quarantine period for 21 nights. The night we arrived, we checked in at the reception at 12 midnight & they gave us food containers that were supposed to be served to guests in between 6-7pm. So the food was already sitting at the reception for few hours & it was cold by the time it was given to us. Second, when we entered the room, it was not in its best state, as there was dust everywhere. We did not have the energy to do the cleaning at night, as we were already tired of all the formalities the airport staff did before allowing us back to the hotel. We were already at the airport for 5-6 hours before coming to the hotel. The next morning when we woke up, we did all the cleaning of the room, as if it wasn’t clean at all. Even the carpet in the room seemed like it wasn’t cleaned for ages. There were hair everywhere on the carpet. We requested the hotel staff to provide us vacuum but unfortunately they did not allow, & provided us an alternative cleaning kit, which did not even include the right materials for us to clean the carpet. So I ended up sitting with my phone torch light & picking up every hair stuck on the carpet. Third, it was the water not going down the drains in the washroom. We again called & told the staff about it but they only provided us with a pump which pulled out a lot of dirt from the drains. I was disgusted by it.However, we still are in quarantine at the hotel & cannot wait to get out of this dirty room. Overall, we are not happy with the entire experience of staying at Ramada Harbour View. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. ️P.S. even the food is not according to standard in this hotel. We already paid for 3 meals included in our package of 21 nights quarantine. But we still had to order from outside every single day. Atleast the hotel should provide packages with & without meals included. It should be the guest choice whether or not they want food in their package or not. Arrrrh. ️ Anyways …
Don’t even wanna give one star for this hotel. Front desk was unkind. I was in this hotel for quarantine. This hotel always ask for patient. Foods that we ordered will be arrive when we call the front desk at least three times and the foods are always delivered cold. The foods we ordered fromOutside will deliver to our room after one hour plus of waiting. I have no idea why do customers need to beg for the delivery to the room. (+ while calling front desk will scold you for calling them while the customers waited for their delivery for more than 2hours)Due to this hotel, my impression of Hongkong dropped and I never wanna visit this hotel ever again. Also the toilet door was broken and unable to close. And the beddings were dusty. It was my worst memory in my life while staying in this hotel. I’ll never come back to this hotel ever again.
I stayed at the hotel for about a week. I rated three mainly because of the view from my room. ><The room is smaller than I imagined. When I first arrived, I needed to do some cleaning on the carpet coz there was hair on it.Staffs are very helpful and good.
Did my two-week quarantine at this hotel. Similar to everyone elses experience, this place is only ideal if you really really wanna save money. And to make it work, you really have to eat the inedible meals that comes with the quarantine package. Or else, the food delivery fees will add up and youre probably better off at a far more reputable place. Also note, your delivery will only reach your room 45-90 minutes after it arrives at your hotel. This place is a 2.5 star hotel at most. The room is small with no proper working desk. Pretty sure my neighbour was smoking because the room kept smelling of cigarettes. The toilet is extremely small. If youre a large person, be prepared for an uncomfortable number two.The WIFI is non-existent and if you need WIFI to work, DONT BOOK THIS PLACE. I struggled to get connected most of the time and yes, streaming films smoothly is almost impossible. My A/C doesnt work too. It is perpetually fixed at 26.5 degrees. Some days I was perspiring. I did not contact the reception because what are they gonna do about it....The view is alright I guess. It doesnt hurt to see the sea.I havent had any bad experience with the customer service. The staff has been nice with me.Overall, I would not recommend quarantining at this hotel for two weeks if you can afford somewhere better.
Quarantine at this hotel at your own peril !Not repeating others reported uncleanliness, lousy meal etc.Staff are polite in their response to complains but then nothing done.Food left at door w/o or late notification resulting food got cold.Bad neck pain after only 2 days work with the bench desk having to sit so near and high on the bed. No chair in room.WiFi very weak. Can hardly watch streaming movies. and frequently cut off.Only consolation was the Housekeeping was polite & prompt to request for replacement linen and toiletries.Friends stayed at two other hotels at same rate have much better room quality, food and services.
Patience and CompassionMy dad has finished the 21 days quarantine there. Nothing to complain about room & meal, as its no doubt "you get what you pay for".Im so appreciated with the care & respect that staff have given to my elderly dad during his stay. For those more than usual phone call enquiries, also a couple of times daily delivery of food & necessities....On behalf of my family, please accept our utmost gratefulness to your whole team!!
To avoid absolutely..Doing my quarantine there, many negative points noted:- food is horrible and never served on time- room was dirty when i checked in, not sure it was cleant (used soap of previous customer in the bathroom, leftover hairs in sink, face mask under the bed.)- too many cockroaches everywhere. I asked for a repellent spray from the reception, and I never received any. Really poor service. The only positive point is they are flexible regarding refund policy due to the current situation.
Worst customer service and management. First of all the food they give is not edible and If you order food through food panda they deliver after 2 hours to 2.5 hours. It’s a joke how they are managing things. No fridge in the room. It’s a mini kid fridge you can’t even put two drinks inside. Lot of insects in room. If you leave your food open the ants will be all over the food. We paid for comfort but it’s quite the opposite.
Awful place. Had a horrible 7 days quarantine here, now I understand why it was the only place available. Tiny rooms (like really tiny). Dirty and not cleaned well, very dated feel to everything. My a/c was stuck on 22.5 (nobody cared). It takes them an HOUR to deliver food to your room after it’s arrived.Lots of noise, horrible uncomfortable beds. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.Found clumps of some ladies hair (mine is very short and brownall over the room.
- This place is cheap (400 HK a nightfor quarantine.- I got harbour view which is the only good thing.- The room is quite dirty with mold, I saw a baby cockroach on my first day.- The food is inedible and served tepid anyway. This is a problem cause I ended up spending quite a lot on food delivery to compensate, meaning Id recommend to spend a little more for a reasonable quarantine package and avoid that disgusting food surprise.- The AC does not work well, if you open the curtains, get ready to sweat, which is difficult to support in a tiny room where windows cannot be opened. If you put the AC on powerful mode, it doesnt change much except for an annoying buzzing sound that will keep you awake.- The bed is very hard, which was ok for sleeping. However, there is no desk and chair so I spent the whole week on it, which eventually hurt my back and neck.Bottom line I probably dont have covid after 5 negative tests results within 100 hours, but my stomach, my head, my back and my neck are all hurting... Thats quite a price to pay for someone fully vaccinated.Spend a little more to avoid this place.
We stayed for 2 weeks quarantine in this hotel.Very tiny room, less than 200 Sq Ft including shower/toilet.Very dirty, mold everywhere in the bathroom, very dirty carpet with stains everywhere.Zero storage, not even a small shelve. The fridge was a joke, not even big enough for a single bottle of 500ml of water. When we arrived in the room the bed sheets had not been changed, sheets were stained, traces of lipstick and I dont want to try to imagine what else. We asked for new ones and we were provided with only duvet cover, no bed sheet. We had to insist to get bed sheets.Provided quarantine food was really bad, very poorly presented and cold most of the time. The service is rock bottom, most staff very unfriendly on the phone (cant get out during quarantine, so everything is done over the phone)Luckily they accepted outside food delivery, but it always took a long time to get from reception to our room, we had to call each time to get it delivered to the room. Never less than 20 minutes and up to 45 minutes. Result : food not hot when it get to the room, and no microwave in room.Avoid this hotel, its cheap but not worth a single dollar.Worst hotel ever.
This is a government-designated quarantine hotel. When I came into the room, there were many ants coming outside the cracks in the bathroom floor. The shower curtains were also smelly as if they never cleaned it. Also, I had to complain to the hotel as the pillow sheets and the sheets had a foul smell as if they did not use detergent or have washed it properly. Finally, never order takeout as even when the food arrives at the hotel, they take forever to bring it up to you. I have been already waiting for an hour and twenty minutes for my food to be brought to my room, and I am still waiting. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, especially for 21 nights without being allowed to leave the room, the hotel has made zero effort to make my experience more pleasant.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Rooms do not correspond with the photos. Air conditioning does not work and the temperature is set by management, it is blocked to change. Bad cleanliness, internal smell of rooms bad. Bathroom very small, old and dirty. The room is small, less than what was officially reported on the website, old and worn. Horrible beds and little choice of double beds. Impressive how website of hotels as booking; hotels.com and others allow this establishment to be advertised as it is.
