الفندق بصفه عامه جيد.يحتاج إلى بعض الاهتمام في فرش الغرف لو انها تتبدل بالبلاط افضلتحتاج الغرف إلى جلسات عربيهتحتاج النوافذ الزجاجيه إلى تلميعتحتاج اغطية السرر إلى تنظيف وتعقيم وتعطير مستمريحتاج الفندق إلى تفعيل عمليت الحجز المسبق لتنظيم عملية الدخول والخروج

بطبيعة الحال افضل فندق في حضرموتيشوبه فقط ان العمر الافتراضي لأثاث الفندق قد مر من فترة ويفترض إعادة تأثيثه..والا فالخدمة اكثر أمانا وأكثر احتراما من اي فندق آخر

موقع ممتاز على البحرسلبياته الكهرباء عند انطفاء العامه يتم فصل التكييف على اغلب الغرف

المكان سياحي جميل جدا ولكن الأسعار مختلف تماما دبل الدبلمقارنة بالأماكن الآخرى المكان جميل من حقهم لو الأسعار مختلفه

منتجع رائع يحتاج صيانه وتحسين الخدمات

يعتبر افضل فندق في المكلا، وهو مؤمن جدا ، طبعا ليس بمستوى الفنادق العالميه مثل فور سيزن وغيرها ولاكن يعتبر اغلى واجمل فندق في المكلا

كل شي فية جيد جدا لاكن اسعار الماكولات والمشروبات اسعارها مبالغ فيها جدا على خلاف اسعار السوق ل نفس الاصناف

المكان رائع والخدمه ممتازه ... لاكن الفندق ينقصه الكثير من الصيانه وقد يكون سبب عدم الصيانه هو العدد البسيط للنزلاء نظرا" للوضع الراهن المرتبط بالحرب في اليمن

مصنف خمسة نجوم ولكن للاسف لابرقى الاالى ثلاثة نجوم بالكثير اربعة فقط لموقعه على البحر اماخدماته هزيله

It will be better if the cleanliness of the floor around the pool is maintained.

Dirty room and toilet, hotels in Al Ghaiydah with arabia toilets were more clean than this hotel although this hotel is the most expensive in the whole this region. Receptionists were nice and friendly, and restaurant crew same as well, although food is always salty 😇

Good service with nice view of the Mukalla city

Great hotel but is a bit far from the city. The high prices is another thing!

It was for sure the best time spent in my honeymoon, even with messed up situation at that time in Mukalla. No doubt, Ill visit Ramada hotel when I come back again.

الفندق يتمتع بإطلالة جميلة والأكل لذيذ لكن لا خدمات قريبة ولا الخدمة في المستوى المطلوب, تعامل الموظفين ليس بالشكل المطلوب كذلك وخدمة الغرف يجب أن يكونوا أكثر تهذيباً, بالنسبة للغرف لا بأس بها لكنها تفتقر لأبسط الأشياء كالشامبو والشاور جل والمناشف وغلاية الماء وعدة الشاي!!!

Beautiful hotel, simple services compared to the public situation in the Al-Mukala is very good services, a safe place for you and your family, quiet place.

Rooms are humid, air conditioning is not at its best level, drinking water is not complementary and you have to ask and pay for it. breakfast is poor in its options and juices are not free.

Quiet and romantic hotel, I have spent a nice time with my kids. However, it needs to be renovated.

AC not working, I cannot sleep. Too hot

The hotel has a very beautiful view over the sea. It has a swimming pool and all the upper floors rooms have a magical view over the sea. However, the hotel needs renovations and furniture was overused.Also, the room was without any amenities.

we spent just one night for the first time few days back..and it is place to visit.yes you have to have a car because its far .very quite and i like the fridge.it is so unique.never seen fridge like that before.haha.highly recommended to sea lovers like me .so calm n peace.like u not in Yemen.

The best hotel in Mukalla, i spent 6 days there with a very nice hospitality. I am planning to stay there again, i really liked it and comfortable with the service that they provided to me.
