Rally's in Muncie

Ordered ahead thru the app. Said food would be ready at 9:38. I got there at 9:40 and didnt get my food until 9:50. However, food was hot and the people working were very friendly.

Service was pretty good, quick and I didnt have to wait long. Food was great.

Took 1 hour to get 2, 4 peice cheese sticks and a medium French fries. And when we got to the passenger side drive threw window

I just ordered two mother crunchers chicken sandwiches and they were rubbery and real greasy and it was hard to chew the chicken was too dry and stringy and it tastes like the oil needs to be replaced and I am on South Madison and I had to wait 20 minutes through the drive-thru just to get an order

Took a long time to get through a line of about four cars. Fries for crispy and not greasy however funnel cake was greasy. Our sandwiches were pretty good.

Got the American burger! The perfect bite to eat!!! Mustard, ketchup, pickle.... As simple and delish as can be!!

We got the cheesecake sundays I got chocolate and it was amazing. I originally wanted the strawberry vanilla swirl cone but they were out of strawberry. The Sunday was a nice substitute I chose and Ill definitely be back for another one!

They gave me the wrong food. I asked for cheese chili cheese fries. They gave me chicken bites instead..

Rallys for the win. The fry seasoning is amazing ... and the Baconzilla burger is the burger I have dreamt about... And hope to dream about again. Too bad you dont have any stores in the Northeast! Please expand into Massachusetts!

Get basically the same thing every time I go here, strawberry and vanilla swirl cones. So delicious!

Dont go to Rallys on Madison. Service was extremely slow and when I got home the food was wrong. I tried to call and the phone was never answered. It was a waste of my $$ and my time.

I am a doordash driver. I waited 20 mins in the drive through for then to day the were out of 2 things ordered and have me get something else approved by the customer. I dont believe they got their moneys worth and I dont think they should offer doordash if they cant put the food out quicker.

RUDE EMPLOYEES. Had to get a manager who happened to be very helpful. Informed him of employees slamming the window in my face. They also didnt mark my drinks. The employee told me to take the lids off and I could tell the difference that way. Impossible as my drinks were coke and rootbeer.

Worst customer service ever. Workers are very rude and immature. They messed up our order and when I told them they slammed the window shut and refused to help me any further.

Food has went down hill. Employees were nice.

This is not the first time i have had food that was terrible from here undercooked chicken can make people very sick. You guys need to do better this is just disgusting and lazy, i ordered this for my 8 year old son

Its not the best burger never will be and I dont think they try it is cheap though and ok to eat better then mcdonalds next door

Personally, I’ve worked in fast food before and I know how overwhelming a drive thru job can be. However, there’s been multiple occasions where this Rally’s in particular has gotten my order incorrect, served old food (the taste alone was unsettlingand it has gotten me sick. I know with COVID going on, there’s probably many online orders and drive thru customers that come through. I understand how difficult a job like that can be, especially with the $ wage we’re given. Although, I don’t understand how difficult it can be to throw out old food and make new batches. Old food causes people to get sick. I’ve always said if I won’t eat the food I’m serving customers, I won’t serve it.It’s pretty hit or miss, and I’m assuming it’s due to being busy/the workers on duty. I just hope this improves soon! Getting sick from food is a safety hazard, and you never know who is going to be eating the food you serve in the drive thru. Imagine a child getting sick? It wouldn’t reflect too well on the business. But I’ve always had decent service. The food is just hit or miss.

Ordered a sandwich and a drink. When I got to the window all I had was a $20 and they didnt have change therefore I had to leave my order and go to some other place. Will probably not shop there again

This Rallys has the unfortunate distinction of being located right next to a McDonalds, which enjoys a completely congested drive-through at peak lunch and dinner hours while the Rallys appears uninhabited.But despite its less flashy exterior and slightly puzzling passenger-side "online order pick-up" window, Rallys is the superior choice by several miles. Its burger buns are fluffy and filling, its seasoned fries are excellent, it has cheesecake sundaes or something, and milkshakes, and /none of it gives me a stomachache/. Unlike McDonalds, where I have historically bought dinner almost every weekday on the way home, and inevitably regretted it.So, at the risk of no longer enjoying this establishment completely to myself, I recomend it wholeheartedly. If youre in the area and thinking of getting McDonalds, dont. Go to Rallys. Your GI tract will thank you.

Old man was wearing gloves and pulled up his pants and wiped his nose while handling my food.The water there is gross, made me feel sick after drinking it.

Love the different offerings at Rallys. Been one of my favorite places to stop and get myself recharged and ready to keep moving. I myself have never had any problems with the staff at any of the establishments I frequent go to as they have always been friendly and helpful.

Worst fries ever. Like potato mush put in breading and fried to a crisp. Bad customer relations. No salt, pepper, ketchup or napkins. This place sucks.

I have never been so sick. Rallys was the only thing I had during my day. I spent the last few hours hugging my toilet. Everytime im sick, all I that comes up is my boneless wings and the taste.. Worst experience ever, no more Rallys...EVER.

They was very nice and polite and everything was perfect all of the order was on time the food was hot and delicious.

First thing we noticed is the staff was all wearing their shirts pulled up showing their bellies, which in the food industry nobody wants to see that when being served your food. Second, they messed up our order. We ordered the FULLY loaded fries which comes with chili, cheese, sour cream and bacon on them. All they had was cheese and bacon bits, which was not very much. Next they forgot one of our sandwiches and we had to go back to the store. Good thing we only live 1.5 miles away. When we went back thru the drive thru, they realized they forgot the sandwich and gave us a free fry for the trouble. The food was good and hot and the staff was friendly, other than the order being wrong, it was decent.

Sandwiches Hamburger are great!! Dont care too much for their fries. But not because of them. Just not my liking.

Too slow and the staff are rude. But the worse was this guy that works there Kenny. His nails had dirt on them and he didnt wear gloves when we said something he rolled his eyes and walked away. Wont be eating there again.

Ordered $50 worth of food did not even get pulled up and less then 5 mins got my whole order correct hot and fresh love this place

Just about everytime I have ordered from there it has been wrong. I havent went there for months and been going to the other location. I figured I would try again and thistime I ordered a cheese champ and then they didnt put cheese on it. And also very little condiments on it. The fries were good tho.

We was only ones in drive thru ordered only 2 sandwiches... they pulled us up and we waited 25 mins for two burgers thier excuse was it takes a long time to cook the meat wth? So much for fast food

The food has gone down hill.Not always crews fault.They are expected to make sandwiches ahead of time and put in warmer.This is the worst thing. Ive had cold foodcome out of these warmers.They need to get rid of food warmers.All food should be made "fresh to order". It should be a matter of luck to show up at the right time theyre making up the food to get hot and fresh. Theyre not hotenough! And sandwiches need to be discarded if not sold in short period of time.Last time a fish sandwich....undercooked.Had liquid batter still on inside...But left too long in warmer over cookedoutside so hard it couldnt be chewed.Sad place. But not the only sad Rallys.Oregon, Ohio (Toledosame thing.Rallys used to be a good place when they made fresh food.Bring back the "Chunky Chicken Salad" from the 90s.

I go to Rallys when I can... the closest one is in a different town than where I live (15-20 miles away). The tastes of the burgers are worth the drive, by themselves. Great food....

The drive thru was slow and they did not have my mushroom sauce but the sandwich was a good price

Its very good food overall. I wish their fries was like how they use to be. They use to have this sandwich called Texas Roadhouse burger with thick bread. After that I kinda stop going there. Ive been back a few times. Rally burgers 2 for $3 is good.

Ordered 2 identical sandwiches and a diet coke. Received two different sandwiches and a regular coke which I had to dump out. It wasnt a difficult order but you wouldnt know it based on what I received.

I love Rallys food (its one of my favorite fast food chains,so its extremely disappointing to go here. Ive tried over and over, through the past three (almost four,years to "give it another try" and every time, Im just disappointed.This specific establishment is absolutely terrible at choosing employment and its so dirty inside that I no longer feel comfortable ordering food there. Not to mention the wait is insane. I sat in drive through for about 20 minutes with no response over the receiver (nothing but static and no reply after the initial "welcome,"and ended up having to pull out of drive through and go in. It took an extra 10 minutes after coming in (with another *customer* stating that "itll be a minute,"before even being asked for my order.Previously Ive had issues with the cooks (though thankfully not this time,messing up orders, slopping food together, and just ruining the food. This time I have issues with the cashiers and the individuals that bag the food. The cashiers left off a lot of items that were asked for and the individual bagging left items out of my order that were actually on the receipt.I think, overall, the term Id use for this specific establishment would be "incompetent."

***Edited from 1⭐ to 3 ⭐ for food quality.***But, Dont go there expecting quick service placing your order OR receiving it either. Only stopped because my client wanted to eat there. Just a good thing I had allowed an hour for lunch before we attended a meeting nearby. I will however give them a better mark on freshness and taste of my Rallyburger. Mozzarella sticks were ok... Parking lot very tight- a man pulled in so close to me that his mirror was touching mine and had to ask him to move so I could get in. Not Rallys fault, but does jade my overall review/experience....

We had to wait in line for what seems 10 min. And when we got our food home it was cold and the French fries had been cooked twice and hard . We have not been there for awhile and I am disappointed in the food. The lady who took our order was nice and apologized for taking so long. Not go back 😭.

The cashier was extremely rude. Dont refuse to repeat back an order or total then blame the customer when you are too lazy to do your job! They made the wrong meal for the coupon then tore apart my burger to take their extra patty back. Its almost like she wanted me to come in there and make my own food

They are always best to get your order to you. And they keep the lines moving fast so your order is ready you hardly ever waiting line!
