Amazing food, drinks, desserts, service, ambience! Truly a 5* establishment!

Für 2 Nächte haben wir uns auf der Rückkehr vom Nordkap im Baumhaus einquartiert und waren hier jeden Morgen und Abend essen. Das Restaurant ist einfach schön und das internationale Personal ist wirklich äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank und bis bald. 🇫🇮🇪🇺🇩🇪

This was our first visit to the restaurant. After an initial misunderstanding which resulted in requesting to speak with the manager, our experience here was great. Our waiter Mert was fantastic, the food and atmosphere was great. We would definitely come back.

Alku- ja jälkiruoka olivat hyviä, mutta pääruokaan olisi voinut olla jotain siihen liittyvää kastiketta. Muuten hyvä.

vappubrunssi oli todella mahtava. Kaikenlaista syötävää löytyi ja asiakaspalvelu oli täydellistä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen paikkaa.

Incredible restaurant with great service! Would recommend the wild boar or the reindeer as both were brilliant. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rovaniemi and wants a bit of fine dining.

Excellent, innovative menu. Dishes are flavorful & plating is beautiful. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful setting with modern art on the walls that gives it an even cooler vibe. Do not skip dessert!

Tasty. Friendly. Small portions. Expensive wine. Nice food but nothing that special. Had three meals here as staying at the hotel. Breakfasts ok. Only went three times as near us. Could be better.

Average food, terrible tasting menu. Would recommend to taste raindeer. On the orher side the portion is too tiny (approx. 70 grams of meat).

Food is not bad. But too long time waiting. It took them 2 hours to bring 3 dishes from 6 course menu. Other 3 portions we decided not to wait. Noone even said sorry. Very disappointing. Will definitely never come back

Terrible restaurant, pocos empleados, el sabor de la comida malo, la atención en general es terrible. Una lástima para estar en un hotel de cinco estrellas. Si no quieren echar a perder sus vacaciones en Rovaniemi, no vengan a este lugar.

I would like to thanks the waiters working on Rakas Restaurants & Bar, they were so polite especially the smart lady that talks on English. Her language tongue was perfect and her espresso that served was too delicious 😅👍🏼 I wasn’t able to get her name!

The food was delicious and staff very attentive and kind. The place looks tidy and modern.

Lapsenlapseni halusi ilahduttaa isoäitiään ja tarjota brunssin ravintola Rakkaassa. Tulimme 6 11.21 klo 10.30. Tarjoilu oli hotelliaamiainen, joka oli hyvin niukka. Tarjoiluvadit ja padat lähes tyhjinä. Harmitta. Aikaisemmat käynnit ovat olleet todella hyviä kokemuksia Lisäksi henkilökunta käyttää vain englantia. Kun ollaan Suomessa eikö voisi saada palvelua myös Suomen kielellä.brunssibrunssi

Ihana ravintola 😊 hieno sisustus ja maistuvaa ruokaa. Käpylamput sopivat todella hyvin tilaan, myös takka luo mukavaa tunnelmaa heti sisään tullessa. Erityisesti brunssit olleet joka kerta käymisen arvoisia, elävä musiikki on tehnyt käynneistä vielä parempia. Autolle ei ole paikkoja ravintolan edessä. Rauhallisella paikalla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palveluasumista 😊

I went to this restaurant twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner because we were staying at the Arctic Hotel. Both experiences were equally horrible. The service was non existent. We were ignored a majority of the time, my steak was undercooked and the food was just okay. Would not recommend. The best thing is the dessert. Go to Roka instead.

Top class ambience with a fantastic person to serve us, who suggested done truly fabulous dishes. The only downside was the difficulty we had in finding the place, as the sign boards were useless in the last 100 metres and we didnt know that it was inside the Arctic Treehouse Hotel

Fantastic place fantastic meals

Staff was extremely friendly, but the waitress was absent minded and the main course was not well prepared. Soup was delicious and we got an extra dessert which was excellent.

The place looks great but the Reindeer Shank the mashed potatoes werent seasoned well.I do suggest if you have an option to choose to go elsewhere do take that option.The 3 stars are for the decor mostly and for the food Ill give 2 stars

The place is cosy, its part of the hotel with good Finnish food. The salted reindeer with mash potato was a good option

Service was so and so. They did not have good selection of drinks and waitress had limited knowledge of wine paring. Food was okay. Location is nice.

Beautiful architcture, very good service and fantastic local food.Loved to sit in the terance enjoying the sun and surronding nature.The taste compination in king crab soup blow me away, loved the pudding and baked alaska as dessert

Decent food, horrible service due to the terrestrially being understaffed. Ordered two glasses of wine, didnt even get to see the bottle! Of course, I am sure that the server is just overworked and didnt have time to do what you would expect from fine dining. The hotel seriously needs to consider hiring extra staff. Also waited 15 minutes for the menu!!
