Rajasthan Villa - Indian restaurant in Toulouse, France
Lovely ambiance and decor. Very few vegetarian main course options though. The food was very tasty but also very oily.
Amazing food.Tried couple of Indian restaurants in Tolouse, and this is the best one. Delicious, authentic Indian taste, you can order with less spices to sooth ur taste buds 🙂
Nice food, friendly efficient service. Good prices. Outside seating was quiet but well served.
One of the best Indian restaurant in Toulouse.
Very good service and food so delicious ❤️
Really good food, very tasty, very good service and a good location close to the Capitole. Prices were very reasonable, and the choice of dishes was excellent. It was the most enjoyable Indian meal since I moved to France! The plates need to be warmed before serving, and the food could have been hotter, but that was a minor issue that did not affect our enjoyment of the food. We will definitely return.
Amazing food, atmosphere, staff- best tandoori chicken on three continents I’ve had Indian food at. So so good, we’ll be back!
Outside freezing cold saturday evening, inside, warm but packed with people. Nevertheless, friendly service , quite quickly served and food was delicious. Even got a free apero and a shot at the end.
Excellent hospitality and excellent quality and healthy food
The food was Really good and the service as well.
Great food, friendly staff. Can recommend 100%
Simply delicious! Classy decor and great customer service.
Food was delicious...very polite staff
An amazing place to dinner, dishes are stuffing with very fair prices
Beautiful interior and great food. Very central but a bit pricey! Worth a visit!
Amazing decor. Lovely place for authentic food
Great indian Restaurant .The staff is very friendly and the food tasted great! Thnks
Excellent Restaurant. Very nice interieur
Good ambience. Delicious food. Good service as well.
Best hotel in Toulouse with bangla food. Staffs are excellent.
Went to the place for dinner.. Starting with the ambience it was good. we ordered all veg - chana curry, aloo bombay, dal, rice and plain naan. First of all the prices are too high as per the average taste and low quantity. They gave a complimentary drink which was good. All the curries had same gravy with alot of garam masala and red chilli. we ordered for 2 out of 5 in spicy and it was so spicy that even after eating, it was burning inside. The taste was very average and all the gravies were same. The naan was burnt and hard. Will never recommend anyone to go there. One of the worst Indian restaurant in terms of food taste in toulouse. you can see in picture the burnt naan and same gravy for all curries.
Nice interior. Many food options. A bit pricey but the food is great.
As one of the other reviewer said , only good thing about the place is ambiance or the interiors.Food is over priced, taste is just ok , quantity pathetic. My friend ordered butter chicken and the gravy did not looked like a normal butter chicken and has a strange yellowish color. We went there as a hotel we stayed in recommended the place, but we did not enjoyed our food.
The only thing good about the place is its interior, the rest is essentially fake Indian food. The food is pretty bland, the Nans were served alone as starters instead of main course, not to forget over priced. This restaurant is as unauthentic as it gets.
Fabulous, tasty variety of dishes and great service in the heart of this beautiful city.
Food was good enough! But there was a random cat that came in from outside and was eating meat out of the plates (licking the platesin the table that was not cleared and scattered the meat on the floor. It was disgusting and unhygienic and the restaurant staff did not care about it even after we complained.I personally wouldnt go to the restaurant that cares so less about its customers hygiene ever again.
The food was good but there was a cat which didnt belong to anyone in the restaurant and it was eating food from leftover plates on the table. The restaurant staff seemed not caring about it. It was not hygienic.
Good Indian in Toulouse. Very pretty interior. If you like spicy food let them know. The French sont like it hot.
Excellent place for good Indian Food, were very regular to this place, friendly staff. Strongly Recommend!
Unfortunately a far cry from other indian restaurants we have been recently. Main dishes were very small and arrived at the table barely warm. Kashmiri naan bread was totally bland and had none of the sweet stuffing it should have, but was covered with sugar. Nice looking restaurant inside, shame about the food.
Not actually Indian........Run by Bangladeshis just as every other so called Indian restaurant in Toulouse. The food is also the same. A crossover of Bangladesh and Indian cuisines. Had the biryani, which was not like any Indian biryani I have ever tasted. Service by the staff was good ....but I wouldnt recommend it for the food.
Average quality and not at all abundant food for quite high prices. The service was not too nice and rushed us to decide what we wanted. The interior design is outstanding. Try looking for a discount in The Fork for it.
Good place and great behaviour
Very good and rafined food. It tastes like in India. Good service and lovely decoration.
The food was Indian spicy and the Dal Curry and Chana Curry were exceptional! The complementary alcoholic drinks were refreshing. The understanding of our spice tolerance and hospitality is appreciable. The nan was too thick and disappointing though. The portions are quite small and price above average relative to other Indian restaurants around. When we reached the restaurant and wanted to go in, one of the staff asked me "Do you want to eat?". I dont know if it was humour but the way it was asked, I found it ridiculous.
Great service, friendly staff, delicious food! I can only recommend the place. Friendly tip, try booking with The Fork :)
Service was excellent, the jaipur curry and biriyani that we had were tasty, but this was not authentic indian cuisine, rather a watered down version for western tastes. Also, prices are on the high side.
Hardly any vegetarian option. Most of the food served was packaged tin food. Very bad experience.
Its a decent place for Indian food if youre in the heart of the tourist centre at Toulouse. Their service is a bit slow. The food is good. However it could be much better, given the prices they charge for all that they offer!
For taste I would have given 5 and 3 for the lenghty service. However the staff was respectful and very nice so this balances things. The ambiance is nice and the price is reasonable. I would go again.
One of the best Indian restaurant in Toulouse, France. It’s quality Food & Service, environment & decoration too good. I am very pleased about #RajsthanVilla . I will go again.
Slightly expensive but worth it! Outstanding interior decoration. Very nice service and good food.
Rajasthan Villa is the biggest Indian restaurant in Toulouse that I know of. Their interior decorations are outstanding. But people doesnt go to a restaurant to see how it looks. They want to eat some food that can make them happy, normally. In that case, this is a good one. They always serve fresh food, cooked to perfection. Service is good too. No wonder its the busiest in Toulouse. Its a must go place.
Wonderful food! Pleasant staff... The service is a bit slow but we enjoyed the laid-back, comfortable setting.
The food is very delicious, but little overpriced. The service really slow.
Good food. A little bit overpriced for Indian food though...funnily the server told me that my dish (a veg dishwas more of a side but it had more quantity than the chicken madras which was literally 7 small pieces of chicken. The food is really good though!
Enjoyable Indian restaurant, you get served quick with good quality indian food
Good food but pathatic service. Last time service was better.
Excellent decor and service but the food was just ok - perhaps in the French do not like as much spice as traditional Indian food allows, but all our dishes lacked heat and complexity. If you are used to authentic Indian, perhaps ask for extra spice.
Its a good place to waste you time, we waited more than 1h 30 mins to get our small food. Its so strange, generally I feel full after a meal, but for this restaurant, I was hungry after meal (at least 1,5 ! They were so unorganized that after a point, I thought that its a social experiment that measures our patience...And I saw people coming after us, eating and leaving before us, like a bollywood comedy movie. And there was no sugar in helva, for sure ! ( Its supposed to be with sugar )Finally, if you want to WASTE your time and money, you are welcome
