The Naan (especially the Garlic Cheese oneis just amazing, one of the best I have had in Sendai. The Curry also has a nice flavor, not too heavy on the stomach and just right in portion size. Good prices.

My favourite Indian restaurant in Japan. Wonderful service, and the food is so cheap and delicious. Strongly recommend it!

Lovely place, amazing curry and service! The staff were so friendly and the menu is available in Japanese and English. I would recommend the baingan ka bharta with medium spice, its a delicious vegetarian curry dish. It paired perfectly with the garlic naan.

One of halal restaurants in Sendai, Miyagi Pref. If you are getting tired of Japanese food then you can try this restaurant as it serves Indian Food. The place is a bit small but you still can enjoy your food nicely. The waiter is friendly and can speak Bahasa Indonesia since he worked in Malaysia before moving to SendaiThe taste is good and the portion is super big that I cant finish it by myself. If you are a lover of Indian Curry you may gonna love it since it rich in taste. I recommend to eat it with Naan (the breadinstead of with rice.. the curry taste better with NaanIm not sure if the price is considered expensive or not since most of the food in Sendai price the same

This restaurant can cook very high level of HOT and SPICY foods for my south east asian taste. Very recommended 👍🏻

An amazing experience of Indian dishes. By the way I have visited this place several times therefore my frequency there speaks volumes about the place. Well I fell in love with their chicken tandoori 😋.

The place is located at the center of the city, close to the hotel where I live. All food is claimed to be halal, so this is a muslim-friendly restaurant. However, i felt personally that the inside place is so small and crampted. The food is O.K., it doesnt taste that special, but the food size is the thing that is should be appreciated because it is large amount of kari and naan. Also the service time is considerably fast. Price is also not bad. Overall 4/5.

Food was good and halal. Really liked how they are managing hygiene during corona time. Service was good enough but looks like they are popular. It was our first visit and we found 90% customers were Japanese ! Which felt nice ! Best of luck and keep up the good work.

Very lame place overall.First, we got received in a very bad manner. The guy who was in charge of it, pointed at a table and just said “there”. He seemed very angry or something. He literally threw the menu in the table for us to take a look at it. When we ordered, he told us the price, and we payed. After that, they put our food in take-out containers, when we were wanting to eat in. Disgusted by this “waiter” attitude we left the place.The food was alright, nothing crazy. But this guy really made the food taste like sh*t because of his attitude.I think there might be plenty of way better Indian restaurants in Sendai.I recommend you try to avoid this place

The waiters is so kind, they even can speak some basic Indonesian words lol. The food is also tasty, its nice. Want to go there again.

We went with a larger group, about 9 people, including a small child. We called ahead to make sure we got a table that sat us all. The food is delicious, and reasonably priced; the mango lassi is lovely. At the time they had a special for being open for 30 years or so (I forget the actual number of years but it was in the double digits!Our friend goes their often so she’s familiar with the staff, and they were so friendly! The service is great, and they even gave our little one some ice cream at the end. Thanks, Raj restaurant, I can’t wait to eat there again. :)

Great food, affordable prices and very friendly staff. The location is great as well.

I found here very cheap and tasty. The restaurant is a bit small but they used the space very efficiently. It is better to make reservation if you are going with a group of people. There are two big tables at the back of the restaurant. Try tandoori chicken leg and prawns.

I recommend this wonderful restaurant to not only Japanese customers but also foreigners.You can choose whatever you want to and all of them are delicious! You can choose the currys hot revel.And I also love cheese-nan. Its like a pizza, but it tastes different when you eat it with curry. My favorite is RAJ special set. Please try it!

One of my favorite Indian food restaurants in Sendai! You can ask them to make the food crazy hot upon your demand, and they can also give free green chili with your order!The food quality is very satisfying for what you pay, and also the staff are nice and friendly!

They serve "All halal food". Dinner set 890 yen. Nan is huge and tender.

I love this place because you can get various vegetarian curries. And the Nan bread is huge. The set meal of Curry and Nan is about 650 yen. Very good 👍

Nice English-Japanese speaking staff with amazing cooking skills. They offer different types of Indian food, I recommend eating mutton curry with either normal nan or cheese nan and with mango lassi (joghurty drinkVegetarian options are also available. Its clean and a small place, take-out or reservation are also possible.
