Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Houma

4 years ago I rated this place 5 stars. Since then the size of the chicken fingers has shrunk to about half and the fries have taken a turn that wasnt for the better.After todays lackluster meal, Im removing Canes from my list of restaurants.Service is always great, but pricing and shrinkflation are very clearly real things the chain is dealing with.

PREDICTION: If restaurants like Raising Canes and Chick-Fil-A cant find a way to lower their EXORBITANTLY overpriced chicken FINGERS then theyre headed for bankruptcy! The Hell Im gonna pay more for a Caniac combo than a Cracker Barrel home-cooked meal with THREE sides!?!?!? Got me Fed up yo 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The food is great!!But the lettuce on the chicken sandwich it looks VERY old and doesnt taste good; I like my lettuce crunchy.

The chicken tenders get smaller and smaller every time you go.

I have been to Raising Canes multiple times. Went today to pick up food. Order the 2 box combos. Should have just gotten a kids meal. It is unreal how small the chicken is! Weve been to others outside of Houma and still get a nice size piece of chicken. Not sure whats going on here, but its a bit ridiculous to pay $10.00 for a Box combo and get maybe 2 combined!

Service was great. Friendly staff. The coleslaw is still yucky. The bread Yummy. Chicken tenders are yep chicken tenders.

Management is very Unprofessional,rude and discourteous, inside is seldomly clean, and wait time is ridiculous, and the food portions are RIDICULOUSLY SMALL..THIS PLACE NEEDS TO DO SPRING CLEANING NEW MANAGEMENT, CORPORATE NEEDS TO VISIT THIS UN PLEASANT PLACE OF BUSINESS .. we are No longer Eating at Raising Canes on MLK in Houma,La.Thanks

The chicken sandwich was fried too hard for the price it should be to the perfection. Dont stop visiting Raising Canes, but there do needs to be some more work done to improve their chicken sandwich, but there maybe other items on the menu that is good. Y U M 🇺🇸drive through is fast considering the amount of people using this.. i went i side and it was clean and bright with an inviting atmosphere.. easy to order. Used my Caniac card and staff brought to table when order was ready. Still a good value and worth every cent !

Fast, friendly service & the food is delicious ESPECIALLY the canes sauce.

Everyone I know loves canes. My grand kids are crazy about it. The food is fast and good and service is quick and pleasant. Staff are well trained and nice.

I personally dont eat chicken but my whole family loves this restaurant. Whenever I want to surprise anyone Ill just get them Raising Canes. The only issue for me is the price but I usually dont buy chicken so I have no experience to compare it to.

Gone here for a few years; Kind staff, cool swag and I love to support my community buying items with benefits or donations made from that purchase. The stuffed dogs and shirts are the best. They even have unique saints and holiday cups sometimes.Chicken is always juicy and not too much batter. Quality is very consistent.

Eat here for lunch just about every day during the week. Cant go wrong for 5 dollars for fries, toast and drink

Is there anywhere else that sells chicken strips?🤔 Of course not! Raising Canes is UNMATCHED! This location just as good as the last.....even though the strips have gotten exceptionally smaller since Covid19...hmm idk.

Wasnt my best experience at a Raising Canes. The chicken just wasnt as good as it is at other Cane locations, this was the Houma, Louisiana location.

Chicken fingers. I dnt kno why the coleslaw but they have the best bread and great lemonade not like it used to be but still good. They get 5 stars from me because I never get attitude with my caniac combo just good service. Polite service

This is the most underrated/best place to eat in Louisiana. The food comes out faster than you can sit down, the bread, fries, and chicken are all the best in town! The effort they put into this restaurant really shows, and I would recommend this to anyone that has the time to come!

Love.Love. Love. They did a fantastic job on the food it was all cooked just right as always when I go to canes. The service was awesome I got my food and the line moved surprised faster than what you think for a place always so busy. Would definitely recommend going to canes and definitely will be going back.

Food was amazing and service was very fast, they are doing a lot of work to keep lines shorter, which was a problem a while ago. Overall a great experience!

Orders were correct. Service was polite and speedy. Food was hot and yummy.

We ordered 2 box combos & a 3 finger meal. The chicken was crispy & hot. The only thing I would change is the very long line. Fortunately the line went pretty fast.

The chicken fingers are always fresh and crispy. No processed chicken strips here. One Love.

Ran by my local Canes to grab supper and I was shocked at the service from the 2nd window... The guy acted as though me asking for a drink holder and extra napkins to clean up the side of the holder was such a huge problem... Then he just slung my food order at me with no thank you .. Very disappointed..

I have never had a bad experience when ordering and eating from Raising Canes. The lines during the lunch and dinner rush are notoriously, ridiculously long, but its so worth the wait for their fresh chicken tenders and, of course, the Canes sauce.

I usually like Canes and the workers are usually nice about accommodating those us with no vehicle at the door, with the inside being closed during this time, but tonight, an employee pretty much let me know in not so many words, I may or may not be welcome like any other customer if its passed a certain time.Even they were open to everyone else in the drive thru. And would be open inside under normal circumstances.All customers should be respected and accomadated. Wheres that one love motto at?Lost a customer.

Best chicken fingers around town. I LOVE THE CANIAC COMBO with no slow, extra toast. Great canes specialty sauce.

Food was hot & fresh upon arrival to table. Portion sizes were a hit for the price. Nothing spectacular about the chicken fingers but they were good.

Best Canes ever! Everything was really great. You can tell the grease has been kept fresh, by the taste of The Fries and Chicken. The Restaurant was super clean, and Counter persons very friendly!

Came eat after a doctors appt. Placed mu order and waited about 15 minutes by the register got tired so came sit down. Then i noticed everyone that showed up after me was eating and i still didnt receive my food so i go ask and my order was dismissed.The girl paced back and forth like she didnt know what to do at first then Finally after 30 minutes we get our food and they forget to give us our bread. Very dissatisfied with their service.

Really good chicken fingers. The flavor is great and love their house sauce. Just wish the would be more careful about trimming the chicken strips. I found most of my strips had the rubbery fat and grizzle left on and that was not appetizing.

Raising Canes has the absolute best chicken strips and dip hands down! No one can beat them! It is a little pricy though. Their lemonade & sweet tea is very excellent! Customer service is always excellent! Store is always clean and neat.

Was Never a fan of the "canes signature sauce" but I will Say that these are some of the most tender And moist chicken Fingers Ive ever eaten. My 4 hear old picky eater son will never finish his McDonalds Or Burger King or Chick-fillet Nuggets but, he devours these. This location Is 9 of 10 for cleanliness and 10 out of 10 for service. Just wish I could figure out how everybody gets lunch at 10:00 a.m. Right When Im trying to beat the lunch rush.

The food was great! We even had an issue with way too much salt on one order of French fries and the server exchanged then quickly and without a hassle! This was great because the fries are my favorite!
