The person who put fries in the container should’ve seen the MELTED PLASTIC ALL OVER THE FRIES. Took them back and the manager didn’t want to do anything just wanted to give me new food like nothing happened. Asked to fill out a paper and she gave me a laminated paper with a dry erase marker.

Good food, cute atmosphere that my kids like. Every time I come here my food is fresh and tasty. I dont have any complaints! Store and bathrooms kept clean, shows good employees and management!

Ordered a caniac combo with no coleslaw, extra fries. Received 4 small chicken fingers, 2 toasts, coleslaw, and NO FRIES. The lady I paid for the meal with was very nice, but my order was completely wrong in every way possible. Will never return to this location, such a waste of money.

Considering that chicken fingers is all they do I think they should be much better than they are. Ive only been here twice and each time I wonder why I came. The chicken is so bland. No spice, no flavor, and seems like no seasoning whatsoever. The only 2 redeeming qualities of this place are the sauce and the toast. Dont think Ill be back again.

Had the Box Dinner and it was delicious! The Box consists of 4 Tenders, bread, fries, cole slaw, and sauce. It was yummy! Great service, friendly staff, and great food. The food is always fresh and hot.

Its a great location, drive thru line can be long, but if you want good food so does everyone else. Ive been using the app recently to order before I get there and this has worked out amazingly. Food is hot and ready after only a short wait and they always make sure I have plenty of ketchup and hot sauce. The Thursday evening manager has that place running smoothly and efficiently great job!

This was my first mobile Take Out order on my phone. Everything was super smooth and fast. A lot more convenient way to order if you are able to. This canes thats great service!

Aint it pretty sad when you spend $13+ for some food only for them to get the order wrong? I mean theres literally only what three items on the menu and they still find a way to mess that up? If I pay $13 for a caniac combo Id at least like to get all the food I paid for.. Ill just go to Chick-fil-A next time where you actually get what you pay for.

Everyone was super nice. Food was on point and quick as usual. Was pretty clean for the most part. We did have to wipe the table off where we sat, hence the 4 stars. Im sure this could have been a one off instance but I have to call it like I see it during my visit.

Thursday at around noon, while waiting to see Tristens Doctor, we ate at his favorite restaurant in Beaumont, Texas, Raising Canes at 4160 Dowlen Road, across from Parkdale Mall. I was greeted at the counter, by a very sweet young lady with a beautiful attitude and a smile to match. I immediately felt like I was eating with family. I have dentures and it makes eating anything crunchy or hard almost impossible, the chicken strips were awesome crunchy batter with very tender chicken inside. I love the their bread and sweet tea, theyre the best. Tristen loves the Raising Canes Special Dipping Sauce, always ordering extra. We had a great lunch.

Food is always pretty good, but for some reason it is usually difficult to find a clean table. More attention should be given to keeping the tables clean.

Just ordered from there. There was a piece of cotton in my sons drink. Totally grossed out.

You dont realy see the staff other than the window but. The food was amazing the chicken was juicy the sweet tea was sweet and good and there sauce and bread is a must would recommend to people who are tired of the usual poppeyes or kfc

Lower your expectations at this location. Ive been a few times and every time its just not that good. The chickens always overcooked but the breading is still falling off everywhere. The fries are limp and their coleslaw sucks. The only reason I keep going back is because my friends or my kids think its awesome. The only thing they have going for them is the cane sauce. I wonder if I can buy cane sauce and use it on their competitors chicken.

The chicken was excellent. Im only giving it 4 stars because the fries were pretty basic, but the chicken strips were banging and the garlic toast was out of this world. The sauce that they make is incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back for sure.

The food was great hot fresh properly portion And as was the drink. They do need to try little harder at sounding like they are greatful a customer came instead of rushed short rude sounding and aggravated Worse than mono tone so to speak As an operations gm of fast food I really wanted to leave by my son begged me let him get his food Just saying as the order taker u are the one that sets the mood and attitude and 92% of the time I will be the reason a customer goes or stays! Again food and drink were great! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! STAY BLESSED

very sweet staff, there was one man who’s name started with a V I believe.... he let me use apple pay at the drive thru when my card broke. also fast which is great competition with the chick-fil-a next door. great food. always miss canes when I go to NY.

My most favorite place for fast takeout but always perfect. Canes system delivers a perfect meal nearly every time. The Box Combo is ideal

Every time I go there is something wrong with my order. They almost always forget the extra sauce that I pay for and today they shorted me a chicken strip. The food is good. I just wouldnt expect your order to ever be correct.

First time to this location - was out of town. Chicken tenders were good. Although, the order was made wrong which I understand happens. Went back around the drive thru to get it fixed and the cashier was very rude, like it was my fault the order was wrong and we wanted the items we paid for. She definitely needs more coaching on customer service. Tea was barely sweet.

We eat lunch here almost every Saturday. The staff is so pleasant, theres rarely a line to order, and the place is spotlessly clean. We get the box chicken finger combo, substituting extra Texas toast for the cole slaw. The chicken is crispy and not overly seasoned. I love their dipping sauce and their sweet tea is really good (not too strong, not too weak, just the right amount of sweet). Not a huge fan of the crinkle-cut fries, but you cant have everything.

Chicken fingers are exceptional here! The Canes sauce is delicious as well....only issue is that they charge for any extra sauce that you want...🤨... Condiments are typically included most places and I perceive this practice to be a little cheap. The chicken fingers are a bit pricy... but they will sub out the slaw for extra fries or an extra bread...so kudos for that!

Next we tried the Summer Breeze ($8and Citrus Salmon ($7 - pictured). These were each 3 pieces of fish with varied toppings and sauce (per the descriptions). They were both super fresh! Additionally, we had a few pieces of peppered tuna ($2 eachand they were good.

Very friendly atmosphere. Always great chicken nuggets & french fries with Texas toast. Cole slaw well worth ordering on side too.If you go inside in a bad mood, you will be cheered up by friendly employees & great food.

my grand daughter and I ate here. we had chicken strips with gravy. The chicken was very tender and moist and we really enjoyed the sweet tea. The staff were friendly and the environment is casual. I recommend these guys for a quick bite that doesnt seem like fast food.

I havent found anything spectacular about Raising Canes. Chicken is okay, hunger is satisfied and prices are comparable, but just doesnt stand out above other places. Their signature dipping sauce is really good. Everything else is pretty standard.

With raising canes you can never go wrong! The food is always to perfection as well as the sweet tea! The lone was long at this location but it was well worth the wait! I wish we had more raising canes around!!

Friendly helpful and theyre very good at what they do. Really good chicken fingers the sauce is excellent the fries are really good... I am impressed this is my first visit but it wont be my last. Oh yeah I forgot your sweet tea is really good too. The place is clean as well. I know it sounds like a spokesperson but Im not LOL

The Food is delicious, served hot and always taste fresh!! The service is personable and professional!! Great place for every age or social group or just simply to hang out with a friend. Have dined here many times and have never been disappointed

I dont understand why people like this place. Ive eaten at the store twice, and had food catered by them twice at work. In every case, the chicken strips are bland, rubbery and just not appetizing. Chicken strips anywhere else are better. The french fries are worse - they are crinkle cut fries like you get in the freezer section of a grocery store. Theyre starchy and mealy, even when fresh. Id almost swear they were microwaved.Im just not impressed with the bland food. Give me Popeyes any day of the week over this.

The food was not seasoned well. The service was horrible. Its took me over 20 minutes to get my food. Its took me a long time to order my food with one person ahead of me. Customers have been waiting for an extremely long time to get it acknowledged by the staff who were holding conversations with each other. The only positive thing that I could say was the girl who is taking orders for the people who were in the drive-through she literally jumped in to help out in the kitchenwhy the people at the register had no customers and held a conversation

I cant say this has been my normal experience. This was one of my favorite chicken places. Has always been simple but delicious. Unfortunately I was disappointed and couldnt even finish one strip. The grease was either burnt or old and the tasted horrible. I would try again my only bad experience.
