Good food but dont like the coleslaw

Great hot food. Staff is usually young kids (which i had my order messed up a couple times lolbut othet than that great customer service and the food is always hotttt.

Tyler R and Kayla H attended to me and served me. They were awesome and attentive to me. I love how the staff has great working chemistry and the food? Chefs kiss for me. Its always fast, fresh and tastes amazing. I highly recommend anyone who enjoys chicken and tasty sides to choose Raising Canes. Not just for the food, but to engage with friendly staff too.

Its tough to beat the chicken fingers and fries. The sauce is amazing, we usually buy a cup of it to take home. They are very fast getting your order out, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Sweet tea is perfect as well.

Its overall pretty good for what you get, light, crispy, fresh and hot like made to order! Best in lex Id say for fried chicken.Corporate did increase prices of each item though.

Yall lucky I like the ice, because my chicken tasted like feet.

Like a big frat party. Music so loud. Everyone working there is yelling because they can’t hear each other. Go elsewhere you will thank me.

Light, flaky fresh chicken is key here! Amazing and delicious! Their special sauce is a good match. It tastes familiar but unique. This toast I could eat every day! Who would have thought a fast chicken joint with 4 items could be so incredible?

They could withstand to have a vegetarian option. At least the fries and Texas toast are good.

Great chicken fingers! The AC was a bit cold inside the restaurant and eating outside was fine other than the birds that landed on the table and chairs looking for food. Im not big on chicken sandwiches but lots of chicken in these fingers! Great sauce too!

Food was good but ordered a Diet Coke gave me Dr Pepper spent rest of night sick won’t be back

Why would anyone pay more for food they cant sit down to enjoy and will be cold by the time they get it home? Raised your prices and closed your dining room?!? Like so many others by the wayside. Never again. Bad business practice. Smh

Chicken cooked to perfection but tasteless. Loved the toast included in combo box. Their famous sauce was as tasteless as the chicken. Slaw was served warm, not cold and also tasteless. Some Seasoned Salt maybe?

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. It reminded me very much of Zaxbys. Though I have to say that I found the toast, that comes with most of their meals, to be the best Ive had. Everything was prepared well and tasted very yummy. The prices were similar to that of Zaxbys. Overall, I enjoyed Raising Canes.

Great food, but currently drive-thru only.They are not set up or staffed to handle volume in their drive-thru like Chick-fil-A.

Very long lines, 2 lines funnel into one, definitely another actual line would help. The chicken is always amazing and juicy, best fast food chicken, hands down

Dumbest drive thru. They have 2 lines going to one drive thru which people take advantage of by cutting. Had 4 cars force their way ahead of us that didnt have to wait any amount of time vs us being in line for 15 minutes.

The food is great; however, they have shut-down their dining room due to staffing #BecauseOfTheCOVID and as a result, traffic is backed-up from their drive-through across Sir Barton during meal hours, causing a serious traffic situation. Use caution when driving in the area, as cars are frequently not able to get into the drive at the light and hang out into the intersection. Decent food; not good corporate citizen.

The sauce is phenomenal, so is the bread. Honestly the chicken and fries arent anything special, and the pricing is too high for what youre getting. Im sure Ill be back anyway 😂😂

Waited in line for over because drive through was backed up to the main road. Finally after placing our order, we asked that the sweet teas be large, the price went from 13.49 to 18.57 , a 5$ jump just because we upsized two teas. Still didnt put condiments in the bag after asking 3 times . I understand everyone is having a financial issue, but when the price changes from the drive through speaker to the window nothing more than price gouging.

I stopped there because raising canes in the mall had the most wonderful milk shake. this one didnt have milk shakes. But the chicken tenders are just that. tender. I found food all over to be high but for under 10 dollars including the drink(damn good fountian cokewas alot of food for the money. nice atmosphere.

Do you have a undecisive wife or girlfriend or maybe it takes too long for your children to order from the menu? Well this is the place for you! You can either get chicken strips or a chicken sandwich that is all!!! Literally four things on the menu 3 chicken strip basket, 4 chicken strip basket, 6 chicken strip basket or chicken sandwich basket!Its great food made simple!

I dont understand what all the craze is about this food. Doesnt have any flavor and the famous sauce is not close to the fry sauce you get in Utah. The three stars are for the store and service which was very clean and friendly

Probably the best fast food moist white meat chicken you can buy! This time it was good however it just felt a bit on the lukewarm side and as it turns out the coleslaw tasted like it was rancid which was very disappointing 😞😕

Of all the Canes in town, this one is probably the best. The service is quick, the food is delicious, and theres plenty of space to sit with any size group. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit weird to navigate.

Whenever I come to Lexington, eating at Raising Canes is a most. I Love this Place. Very inexpensive and the food is always hot and fresh. Their tea is too die for. I wish they would open a store in Paducah, KY.

Stopped here with my family while we were driving home from vacation. They were fast, friendly, and their dining room was open so we could all stretch our legs a little while we ate. All around great food, great atmosphere

My wife and son ordered here for the first time wgen we were in Lexington and they cant stop bragging about it! They got the chicken tenders combo and I tasted theirs and it really was good.The only reason I didnt order from Raising Canes is I eat so much chicken already Im about to grow feathers. After tasting theirs however I will definitely order some the next time we are in Lexington and if I do turn into a chicken we can always use fresh eggs 😉😁

Chicken fingers were good and tasty, fries werent over or undercooked, very satisfying and the price was unbeatable.

The have THE BEST sweet tea in the WORLD! We live almost 2 hours away so its a treat getting to visit and make myself sick by drinking too much of it haha Their chicken is delicious and their Raising Cane sauce is awesome. I usually dont eat fries but I eat them here by dipping them in the sauce instead of ketchup. The employees are always very nice and the restaurant is always clean (including the bathrooms). I wish theyd put one up here where we live but I guess that would kind of break part of our visiting Lexington tradition. Still, though! My husband, our three kids, and I recommend this place to everyone! 🤤

The chicken was tender and juicy but I really prefer more flavor. Kids will love this place. The signature sauce was a little bland for all of the adults in our group. I wish they offered a spicy option. Coleslaw was just ok. We struggled to find a clean table. Wait staff was nice.

Im very VERY impressed. I had an interview a few days ago and the GM was freaking amazing and professional! Even let me have a meal. First time even eating there and as a previous cook by experience i was speechless on how amazingly fresh the chicken was and the speed of service and the staff was also friendly! I recommend this place for anyone! Best service and food i had in ages! Amazing work raising canes!!👏👏👏👏👏

Love this place. They have amazing sauce, fresh lemonade, brewed sweet tea, buttery toast, crispy chicken and crinkle fries. Not a big fan of their coleslaw, I think its a little dry but they are always willing to swap it out for an extra piece of toast, an extra sauce, or some extra fries. My kids love their food and always ask for their sweet tea and lemonade.

Chicken tenders were fresh & hot out the grease. Fries were very delicious & not salty.

Stopped here on the way to Cincinnati. Everything was really tasty. Chicken tenders, fries, caine sauce, and tea. Wonderful place for a quick bite to eat.
