Ok
Best food in South SudanAlways staying here when coming back from the field.
Great stuff, great food. Price a bit stip though. Otherwise, highly recommended 👌🏽
Nice place for an evening hangout..,
They have nice pizzas
Amazing restaurant we visit frequently. Friendly staff. Food great but pricy. The atmosphere and set up is amazing and the music is perfect all the time.
My go to place for good food and great service. Tried their fungi pizza last night and it was divine !!!! 😍😍😍They serve Indian cuisine, Ethiopian, fast food, Italian and more. Ideal for meetings, dates, solo dinner or drinks. The place is also secure and clean.
I received a warm welcome. It feels at home and they are very accommodative.
Nice rooms with beautiful lighting. The gym, and hotel are superb.
Good place to stay
Convenient location, close to the main road and American Embassy, restaurant is nice, very green and with variety of foods
Great cuisine. The Indian dishes at the garden are hot and delicious.
Safe and comfortable
Very nice hotel in Juba, South Sudan. Highly secured, very good food menus, cordial entertainment and in a word good to say.....
Beautiful and quite hotel with a well organized and standard restaurant. The Dawa Tea or Special Tea for me is rated as the second best in #Juba city at large. No swimming pool and no gym
Just near to American emmabcy one of the prominent location in juba. This reaturant serves some good food although they need to improve the quality of food and also the speed of service. Overall good place to eat place is bit congested.
I lodged here for 3 days in October 2019. 120 USD/day includes breakfast and few laundry items washed daily. Breakfast is a bit disappointing. The room is good enough, with AC and hot water in the shower. Good WIFI with the same log-in in the room and in the public spaces. Very large restaurant menu with Ethiopian and Indian dishes dominating the selection. Many "Italian" inspired dishes on menu too. which you cannot call Italian food since they are so far from being done right. Seems like a popular spot for expats to grab & drink/bite before curfew kicks in. Eritrean ownership.
Comfortable and secure location with a daily laundry service and a restaurant with plenty choices. I ended up ordering dhal makhani for a few days straight as it had a great comforting effect on me in the evenings. Served portions are generous and tasty. However, breakfast buffet would need a facelift as it is hardly satisfactory for western travellers. You may easily end up eating eggs every morning. Instant coffee should also be forbidden, especially in a place run by Ethiopians! The rooms are good size but crammed with (unnecessaryfurniture, which reduces the spaciousness effect, although it might be appreciated by longer-term occupants. Overall, recommended for your stay in Juba! Some staff are really nice and helpful - check-in and check-out to be inproved!
very good food in restaurant and room are clean and comfortable. very happy with my stay at the Rainbow.
Realiable services, good clean rooms, very friendly staff and nice food.
Rainbow feels home away from home. The management and all staff are very hospitable and caring. The rooms are super clean and tidy! The food is excellent with variety. WiFi is good. In a nutshell, it gives you the comfort of a home!
Good for Juba standards, 24 hour power and water, tiny rooms though, to small to really utilise the desk! Great security due to its location. Breakfast is good, but coffee and juices are extra (USD 5 for an Orange Juice, and Black Coffee is USD 1.20). The hotel releases its dogs at 11pm, therefore all guests have to be indoors by then.Worth staying if you need to be in that location.
Good food, many options to choose from; excellent shuttle service to and from the airport; very warm and friendly staff; excellent laundry service.Very remarkable service.
Is a good place considering you are in Juba. Rooms are extremely small but you have what you need including laundry daily. Food is good including breakfast and is well known for good Indian food.
Good food, good service, good rooms.
Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and the next-day laundry service was reliable. The gym needs some work.
Hotel is great, staff are lovely. The restaurant is fabulous. Extensive menu with Indian, Ethiopian, pizza and sandwich options. All cooked by two wonderful chefs in a really basic kitchen. Id eat in this restaurant in any city in the world and to find it in Juba is amazing. Highly recommended.
The service here is great. The menu is so very diverse but yet every meal tastes authentic. The employees treat everyone like family the atmosphere is very relaxed. From the Tiki cafe to the open air gardens you pick how to spend your days.
Friendly staff good food
The experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. All the staff is helpful and always with a smile. A special recommendation on the restaurant and the excellent food, specially the pizza and the indian dishes! Thanks to Mr. Merhawi, general manager that made sure my stay was perfect.
Good lunch spot in Juba
Rooms are dark and small. The food is good. Customer care can be improved.
I spent more than a month, the more you stay there the more you get upset with the quality of services ,watch over your belongings , if you forget something there after diner or lunch then it isn’t yours ( I think it’s the hotel’s responsibility to check on the tables after service for any belongings forgotten by customers, this would help them gain more trust by customers, waiters and waitresses most of them lack professionalism you have to wait for a long time to get your order sometimes they even forget about your order , sometimes they don’t even give you back the change after paying even if it’s more than 100 SSP , lack of privacy ( I was surprised when a team of 4 entered to my room opening the door with their own keys while I was resting in my room in the weekend )Rainbow needs to review lots of things , I hope that the company will improve its services on the coming future.
Hospitality is wonderful! Variety of cousines.
Very good place in the middle of Juba.
Great location, very good Indian, Ethiopian/Eritrean, as well as sandwiches and burgers.
Heading back to Juba soon. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The chef at the Rainbow is top notch!
Nice and helpful staff, good location. The outdoor pool and lounge area are nice. Everything else could use some real work - including the quality of rooms, food and internet.
A very calm and beautiful place... With good Indian and Ethiopian food
Nice, secure and cizy. Very good staff
The service is slow and the food is not good
Nice place and I am hopping to visit it more times
Good basic standard-dont expect anything fancy...Good quality tasty food with good choice, and a good coffee.Rooms are small bute equipped with en-suite, tv and air condition.Generator noise and guard dogs barking at night, but reasonably safe (given the location)..
Good accommodation, good good, cool drinks and Loks realen safe
A Good place to stay in Juba South Sudan
An OK little spot with an ok little restaurant. By local standards, it is a good little spot. Internet is patchy so dont be planning to download this movies, unless you are staying for a few months. Close to the US embassy and not to far from the airport in case you need to evacuate in a hurry.
The service is very slow and I could sense a bit of racial or color discrimination when it comes to how you are being served.
Quick Access to the Airport. Mattresses are hard!!!!
Ok for short period.Good indian food for Juba standards
In this momet, this is the best hotel in Juba, where I was
