I’m planning to stay there.

Appart idéal propre tout équipé avec parking ( surtout a Jérusalem). Très bon accueil.

Nice apartment. Cloud improve the cleaning level though

Rooms never cleaned once during 3 nights stay. Sheets and towels do not get changed daily, toilets rolls do not get changed daily. Do not expect your room to get cleaned! Check out the other reviews which say exactly the same thing. Staff will tell you it’s normal not to clean rooms?! For the price it is a massive waste of money. Look elsewhere in Jerusalem.

הגענו לכאן בהתראה קצרה, לאחר חוויה פחות טובה במקום אחר.. היה מדהים! שירות מקסים, עם הרבה הבנה והקשבה לצרכים שלנו!מקום מרגיע וכיפי, ותמורה מעולה למחיר

שירות נהדר, מאוד אנושי ונחמד, מאוד לבביים.. חדרים מסודרים ונקיים, הכל בטוב טעם, איזור שקט ונעים של ירושלים.

מקום מעולה, עם שירות חדרים מצוין נהנו מאוד

Building is nice, apartments are small but comfortable. Great location, quiet side street in a lovely neighborhood, just off of a main street (Beit Lechem Rd).However, the cleaning person was terrible. We were there 2 weeks, repeatedly asked him to be sure to clean the toilet, and he NEVER DID! Had to ask if we wanted sheets changed more often than every few days.

יתכן שניתן לשפר פה ושם את רמת התחזוקה אבל........הדבר מתגמד מול העובדה שאין זו קלישאה פרסומית, המקום הוא באמת בית בירושלים, הצוות, היחס, החמימות, הנכונות לעזור בכל נושא....אין עליך ליאור, הן הרבו רבים כמוך!!!!

사실 서비스는 필요없었기때문에 별5개줌. 객실은 작지만 깔끔한편이고 주변이 조용해서 숙소로 머물기에 좋다. 작은 룸과 스위트를 일행들이 함께 사용했는데 같이 요리하고 식사하며 즐기기에 좋다

המיקום טוב, החדרים מרווחים. ניקיון סביר, אבל עלול להפריע לאדם איסטניסט. שירות טוב. המתקנים בחדר מאוד בסיסיים. מחיר יקר ביחס לתמורה.

Nice and quiet place. Rooms are clean. There are also cooking tools.

אירוח מושלם במלון מקסים. המיקום מעולה והחניה היא בונוס בירושלים. מלון נקי, מאובזר, מסודר וכייפי. מתאים במיוחד לשהות עם ילדים, חדרים גדולים, מעוצבים ומטופחים שיש בהם את כל מה שאפשר לרצות בחופשה, כולל מטבח, מקרר, כיריים ומיקרוגל שמאפשרים בישול קל בחדר. בהחלט מומלץ ונחזור לשם שוב בהזדמנות הראשונה לחופשה נוספת בירושלים.

התארחנו שני זוגות , הזמנו 2 דירות. מלוכלך, ריח רע מאוד, המיטה לא נוחה, מגבות וסדינים עם כתמים...בשבת בבוקר ברחנו משם...

הגענו זוג עם 2 ילדים ללילה אחד.החדרים ברמה טובה, נקיים והשירות בקבלה היה מעולה. בנוסף ישנה חניה תת קרקעית מצוינת. המטבח מאובזר, והמקלחת נקייה.חסרון אחד קטן הוא מחסור במזגן נפרד לחדר הורים.

מלון דירות, אנחנו לקחנו דירה של 2 חדרים, מטבח מאובזר עם מקרר, מיקרוגל, טוסטר, כיריים חשמליות, המקום נקי, השרות סבבה. בחדר היה מגהץ ומייבש שיער. לנו הפריע שלא היה מזגן בחדר של ההורים, רק מאוורר תקרה... למקום יש חניות פרטיות. סהכ אחלה מקום ללינה במחיר טוב.

ארוחת בוקר מאכזבת, כוסות המיץ הגיעו מלוכלכות מהמשקה הקודם.קערות הסלט היו עם מדבקת מחיר ולא נרחצו לפני שהגישו בהן.....ביקשנו לחם ללא גלוטן הגיע לחם דגנים עם גלוטן.

מלון דירות נוח ונעים, חניה זמינה בחינם, היחידה כוללת סלון קטן מטבחון מצוייד וחדר שינה תקשורת מצויינת עם המקום ונכונות להנעים לנו את השהות בכל דבר שחשוב לנו. ליאור קיבל אותנו במאור פנים ונתן לנו תחושה של בית

מדובר באופציה מאוד נוחה ומשתלמת למשפחות. מדובר בשלושה בנייני דירות, עם חניון פרטי ומסודר מתחתם. בכל בניין יש מעלית מהחניון עד הדירות, הדירות די מאובזרות ונמחיר סל הכל היה נוח.קצת התאכזבנו ממראה הדירה. התרשמנו מהאינטרנט שהמלון יחסית בסדר, אבל במציאות - הגירה נראתה ישנה יותר.כמה דברים שיכלו לשפר לנו את השהות - סגירת התריסים בדירה הייתה קשה ואפילו בחלקה בלתי אפשרית, התריס נתקע ולכן לא יכולנו לעשות חושך לילדים. היה רצוי שיהיו בדירה אמצעי ניקוי (מטאטא/מגב/סמרטוטלמקרה שנצטרך לנקות. מעלית - ניתן היה לציין כי המעלית לא עובדת על שעון שבת, או לחילופין - להעביר את המעלית לשעון שבת שכמעט כל הבניין דתי, כמו שהיה הבניין שלנו. ודבר אחרון - לאור התקופה התקשרנו מראש ושאלנו האם יש מרחבים מוגנים בדירות. נאמר לנו שבכל דירה יש ממ"ד. במציאות - בכל דירה יש חדר שהיה במקור ממד, אך הורידו ממנו את דלת הממד ולכן הוא לא באמת מגן במידה וחלילה יהיה צורך. אני מרגישה מרומת, לאחר שבדקתי במיוחד שהחדרים שם מוגנים ובסוף התברר שזה לא תקני

המלצה חמה מאוד על בית דירות רפאל רזידנס!!!עוד מרגע ההזמנה הטלפונית נתקלתי בשירות אדיב, מסביר ולבבי.יש לציין שטרום תקופת הקורונה נהגנו להתארח בבתי מלון, היינו בדעה כי חופשה היא בתי מלון עם כל השירותים הנלווים לחופשה מפנקת.כיוון שטרם פתחו את בתי המלון ובכל זאת היינו זקוקים להפוגה מהשכרה החלטנו לסגור בבית דירות ולהפיק מכך את המיטב, הגענו למקום מקסים באזור מרכזי מאוד, קרוב להמון מסעדות ומעדניות קטנות חנויות בוטיק מיוחדות והמון אופציות לארוחות מגוונות סביבנו, אומנם בטייק אווי אך מצאנו שזה נפלא ללקט את ארוחת הבורערב ממספר מקומות מיוחדים ולהנות ממעדנים.חדר הגן במלון היה פשוט מושלם נקוי ומרווח מאוד, מאובזר היטב והיה בו כל מה שצריך לחופשה זוגית ואפילו משפחתית.הצוות היה אדיב מאוד וענה לכל בקשותינו, הדבר היחיד עליו הצטערנו היה שאת ליל שישי סגרנו במלון דירות אחר אחרת היינו נשארים שם בשמחה רבה.אני י ממליצה בחום על רפאל רזידנס ובהחלט עוד נשוב להתארח שם.

The hotel is very dirty, noisy and the worst is the management team. The road surrounding the building is terrible.They double charge the two night prices. After we discover and tell them, it has been more than two weekd by now and we have not had any reply from the hotel.

We lived staying at Rafael Residence! Great part of town and friendly staff.

Location is great; apartment is beautiful & cozy; owners were always quick to rectify any issues & great to work with.The evenings / nights can be noisy as it is located above many restaurants/ bars. But ear plugs fixes that!!

The place and staff are great! I stayed Thursday till Saturday night (left after shabbat). I requested early checkin to prepare for my wedding there, and the staff was so accomodating and helpful about it. When I checked in, I was given both an electric and regular (shabbatkey right away. While getting ready I randomly asked if they had a standing mirror. Someone from the front desk brought one up a few minutes later. My parents also got ready at the hotel and needed a taxi to get to the hall. Again, someone from the front desk called one for us. The room itself was equipped with a full mini kitchen: separate Dairy and Meat pans, mugs and glasses, silverware, fridge, freezer and stovetop. The Rafael Residence is also in a great location - so close to nice kosher restuarants and walking distance to the old city and first train station. *Note* on the site it says that guests will get a 10% discount at the neighboring restaurant (the Grande Cafebut when we asked, we were told the resturant and hotel no longer have this arrangement.I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others!

Booked a few rooms for a family weekend and it was great. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the rooms were really nice, the location was great and the parking very convenient.

Not sure if I would stay again at this property. It was pretty expensive for what you get. It is a small apartment with a kitchenette. The bathroom was super tiny and the tub shower was weirdly mounted sideways so the water from the shower head would hit the shower curtain... There is not AC in the bedroom, you have to leave the door open so the cool air can "possibly" cool the bedroom as well. A little shabby... The office was quite helpful the first day... The second day, the guy was super busy and overwhelmed but did his best to try and help us until he got so swamped with phone calls that he forgot about us... $200 would get you a nicer hotel somewhere else... But it was very close to the free shuttle to the old City of Jerusalem, which was very convenient!

I was there on Friday night. On the top floor were a lot of people who celebrated the Shabbat meal and made an unbearable noise until a very late hour. Many guests complained. The hotel staff said they would take care of it but nothing helped.They did not want to destroy the joy of Shabbat for the religious public, even though it is a public place where people are hosted and sleeping.

AMAZING studio! Clean, modern, with all possible facilities and free parking included! Look no further, this is the one..

The bed sheets had blood on it with a variety of hair strands that were left by previous occupants. The hair was found on both beds. Therefore, it was a consistent lack of thorough cleaning. This was a very unsanitary place. They do surface cleaning, not deep cleaning. Overall, they need more cleaners on staff to spend quality time cleaning as they charge a quality price, but fail to deliver a clean or healthy environment.
