Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Stockholm in Stockholm

The location is great but both rooms and breakfast are quite expensive.We were slightly disappointed that the staff was unable to fix a minor maintenance issue with our room but to their credit, they did offer us another room.

If you are vegan or vegetarian (or have allergiesdont bother with their breakfast. By far the absolute worst I have ever encountered in a swedish hotel. I paid €20 per day for breakfast. First day, I ate tomatoes and bread without anything on it because there was nothing except ham and cheese. I was told I obviously had to prebook vegan breakfast beforehand (never had this before, but apparently this was obvious). I did for the day after, and I got crossiant, falafel and a hot dog. No sides or anything. Falafel and hot dog for breakfast....So basically paid 40 euro for coffee each morning.

We are happy during our stay it’s pretty convenient to everything train station, restaurants, shopping malls and museums. The room was modern, spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Great selection of breakfast! ❤️

Great location, nice looking building and engaged staff. But the room was terribly average for the price, like sleeping in the early 2000s. The worst being the annoying whistling from the air fan which can’t be avoided according to the staff. And it seems that I am not the first guest annoyed by this, looking at the scratches on the ceiling next to the sound source. I have also strong doubt on the A/C - Heater fonction which doesn’t seem to work. I would strongly recommend to have the rooms upgraded, because it gives a cheap image of Radissons hotels, and I will surely avoid this chain in the future.

A fantastic stay with a disappointing end. Our friend booked the room with one occupant instead of two (our fault), on check in we were told there would be an additional charge of 250kr for the entire stay. On checkout we were told that this information was wrong and it was 250kr per night. They acknowledged we were given the wrong info but no attempt to meet us half way, just a shrug and "pay up".

Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended stay right at central station - all the convenience yet none of the noise. Rooms are modern, bright, comfortable and well laid out. Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Beds, bathroom, location all 💯. We had a high floor room so the view of the old city was astounding.

2295 kr and the room is boiling hot. No AC, no willingness to compensate or help us out. No effort at all.Choose another hotel if you want a full nights sleep.

Great location if you like trains. Rooms very hot, beds uncomfortable. Full of people going on cruises a d conferences. Breakfast very crowded,must feel like being on a cruise, so if cruises your thing.... Dont be fooled by the hotel name "waterfront" Station would be more apt

The hotel is very well located next to the central station and in the commercial heart of the city. Good views from the room. Spacious, food and very clean. Very friendly staff. Bar a bit congested in the evening (but we coincided with a convention). The restaurant very correct, with a very comfortable menu and impeccable service.Highly recommended.

Its OK, its a Radisson. This is located next to the station, never great. I only chose this hotel as being an Expedia VIP member there were certain guaranteed benefits including late guaranteed checkout and free parking. Reception manager wouldnt accept it was guaranteed, but relented in end. I dont want an argument on check in!If this hotel dont want to be part of the Expedia VIP programme fine they should withdraw from it otherwise provide some basic staff training. Room upgrade refused as told no availability(mmmm), but I accept that wasnt guaranteed anyway. All in all bad experience and Im back to the Sheraton in future, far superior similar price and at least I know from outsetthey arent part of the Expedia VIP programme !

Sad location between the station and a highway lane. Hot water problem, I couldnt shower in the evening and in the morning. Air conditioning cannot be stopped. In short, not much interest!

This is our first visit to Sweden and we felt unwelcomed by the hotel staff when we were told that absolutely no room was available for early check in when after some debate, surprisingly one room became available!The room was clean but the air conditioning isnt cold even though its set at the lowest temperature on the thermostat. The floor to ceiling window is nice but they cant be opened.The location is great just across the street from the central station and the sea view is nice.The bellboy, Holger, was very kind and helpful.Also, Adam Mattson from the reception was helpful with the upgrade.

Very beautiful view, the staff is extremely attentive. Beds are comfortable and cosy. Room design and quality could be better for such a category of hotel. And room service has some potential to improve.

I had a good stay in Radisson Blu Waterfront hotel. In addition, the superior room has a good view. The gym also has basic equipment and the breakfast is superb. For some reasons, the reception gave me the wrong room at first and a day later they gave me the refund. I hope they would pay attention to booking detail. I still gave 4 stars for a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel located next to the Stockholm Central Station.Easy to walk to old town or just take metro 🚇 to different part of the cities.Rooms are spacious and clean … hair drier and ironing board are also provided.Staff is nice and helpful,breakfast buffet is quite good.car park is available and costs 46€ per day ….

Excellent location, right across Central Station. Modern and spacious rooms with work desk.Check-in with self help kiosk was super quick and efficient.Only lacking is swimming pool which is a surprise for Radisson flagship hotel! Although they offer to use the adjacent Radisson Viking hotel which is not very practical.Breakfast was OK and not up to usual Radisson standard.Screen mirroring to TV is a pain and did not work by any of the methods.

Very well located right next to the train station.Friendly reception, courteous staff.Rooms clean but very thin walls. You can clearly hear the other hotel guests.Breakfast buffet very good. But very chaotic with the many other hotel guests.

The location of this hotel is the gem in the crown, its perfectly located for walking in any direction and the views from the higher floors are amazing (ask for a waterside view!Very modern and fresh design with everything you could need. The staff are also great and always say Yes!

Really beautiful new feeling hotel. We had great views from our room and the location was ideal for us (as we came straight from the station)Worth saying that while the area is nice enough and felt entirely safe, it was about a 10 minute walk to most of the main things you’d want to visit during your stayEven still, the convenience for the station meant we didn’t have far to carry our bags so I don’t mind the extra few steps to the sights each day

Best in locations, you can find coop supermarket, Pharmacy(apotek Design Torget, Urban Deli, Espresso House, Starbucks coffee, Mexican food, even Mcdonalds at the central station.The reception has candies and oranges and water until 10 pm.I chose the superior room with a scenic view, it has a nice view, 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan historic place and the shopping place.Staffs are very friendly and quick in response.

Breakfast is complete and beds are very soft (linens too). The view from the "panoramic" rooms are beautiful! I loved working on the desk while looking outside. Room service dinner was good as well. I spent almost a week at this hotel and overall, it was good - especially the location. (The building is a bit old, but not an issue and well maintained)

Best Hotel we wished for.Big rooms, and luxury. Presidential suite had the best view of stockholm overlooking at 3 corners on the top floor.Easy access on the main station. To everywhere in Stockholm and Arlanda express.Walkable distance to all poi and all restaurants around.Breakfast extensive and luxurious. Could get anything you could dream of eating.Room massive tv with casting facilities.Safe. Mini fridge. Free wifi.Just loved it!

Order said room with city view. 80% of the view was directly into a concrete wall.. Good service and friendly personnel. Thermostat in room did not work and room got to warm for me to sleep.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel, hotel front desk are very nice polite and professional.Waiters in breakfast buffet were bit weird and rude, even after calling them few times they were ignoring people.

The hotel was located by the central train station which made travelling around a blast. The service and cleanliness of the foods were out of this world. They had a massive selection of room service and the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic stay for 2-nights during a city break trip to Stockholm. The rooms are one of the best well-lit hotel rooms Ive stayed in, very nice in the evening. Huge windows allow natural light in during the day. Theres an option to open a skinny side window for some fresh air.The mattress was extremely comfortable, soft but very supportive, the sheets were super comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. Room overall was pleasant to come back to after a day of exploring.We had included breakfast in our stay which was very worth it, the breakfast buffet had a huge selection and seating area was large with a nice glass room at the end with a view of City Hall.Check-in was fast and friendly. Self-check out was great, super easy to just drop your card keys in a box and leave.Location was great, central station is a bit of a puzzle when first arriving but there are shortcuts through the station to get quicker access to the hotel entrance

Great hotel with ideal location to discover Stockholm. Directly at the central station you can reach all interesting places by metro. But also on foot you can discover a lot.The rooms are very large and the beds very comfortable. The view of the city from the room was fantastic. The reception was super nice and helpful.

I recently changed jobs and started travelling to Stockholm 1-2 times a month. I was looking for a hotel where I could feel most comfortable. I decided to stick with Radisson Waterfront. It is nicely located, and if you want a stunning waterfront view - book yourself to one of those Business class rooms on 15th floor. Breakfast is very good, room service menu is reasonable and there is a gym, albeit quite small (no spa though). But the greatest thing about the hotel is the customer care - many thanks to Vaidius at the reception for recommending and booking a quiet room in a corner for me - so that I could get a good night sleep.

Its all about the fantastic views.The reason to book this hotel is mainly the amazing view.- Book a Premium Room with Panoramic View and a 1 King bed. As high up as possible, (16th floor).- Breakfast- Everything you could want.In addition, generous times during the weekend, you can have breakfast until 12 oclock.- Central location.From Central Station you go indoors towards the Klaraberg Viaduct and more or less directly into the entrance to the hotel.- The rooms are completely quiet, no disturbing noises, the bed was perfect as well as the cleaning.- FeelingThe hotel is functional rather than romantic and cozy.

Apart from great location and nice rooms, this hotel really stands out for its awesome staff - friendly, proffesional and they always get everything right. Sometimes I almost wish Id had some problem with my stay, as every interaction with the front desk puts a smile on my face :)The hotel also deserves recognition for doing a lot to ensure its business is eco-friendly. Many hotels talk about it, but in this one it actually feels honest. Big thumbs up!

We liked absolutely everything! Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful approach at the reception when we arrived. Restaurant staff is so helpful and professional, breakfast is stunning, rooms are modern and we had an amazing view on the old town and sea. Location is excellent. Highly recommended from travel agent and will come again!

One of mine - if not THE favorite hotels for me in Stockholm. Central, close to transport and nice quality breakfast. Gym is a little small with several users sometimes - but really nice layout and equipment.Rooms are very fresh and comfortable space. However, the toilet sink is (for mefeels a little crammed.Service has been good at all times. *thumbs up*

To stay at this hotel was a pleasure for us. The room was perfect, quiet and comfortable, everything you need for a good staying, you have it. We arrive early at around 12 pm but they accommodated us immediately. The cleaning was impeccable. When we check out we want it two separate invoices for both of us and it wasn’t a problem.

We got a good offert from booking, breakfast included. The hotel is in a very good situation, and very well connected, airport train included. Its a big hotel, seems focused for business travellers.. Breakfast time is very crowded, but service is good.. Except if you have a particular slight issue, like we did. When we did the reservation, we ask for a double bed. When we arrive there, there were two beds in the room. We ask for to arrange it, and the kindly accept, but nobody did it.. They dont managed it so well..

The location can’t be beat. It’s right in the center of Stockholm and only 100 feet from the subway, train, and bus station.The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and fairly priced.The rooms are the perfect size with modern decor. The bathroom is slightly strange in that there is no shower door and water can spill onto the rest of the floor. Also, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom which I thought was peculiar. However, there are plenty of outlets in the room itself.My room was noisy at times. I can easily hear people in the hallway, and there was a lot of noise from the floor above me. I don’t know if that floor is for housekeeping because it sounded like they were moving equipment around a lot.Housekeeping wouldn’t usually service my room until the afternoon. The only real amenity is the gym in the basement. Occasionally there would be a line at the elevators because of the limit of 2 people at a time.They are responsive to guest requests. I accidentally booked a room with 2 twin beds instead of a king, and they combined the beds for me to make it a king.Overall, I like the hotel and would stay there again.
