Nice hotel located in middle of a huge shopping mall area

The hotel is located in a prime area but approx 4-5 km away from Ljbliyana city Centre. Rooms are very clean and the view from higher floors are amazing. There is a nice coffee shop near the reception and the Barman makes amazing cocktails. There is a separate parking just about 30m from the hotel and the charge is EUR 15 per day. Breakfast is nice but the menu is same every day , so after few days guests will get board.

Located near a huge shopping park, about 10 minutes drive from downtown Ljubljana. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was ok, bacons were cold. The staff closed the breakfast buffet even before the closing time. And right at 10:30 they turned off the light, quite passive aggressive way to tell the hotel guests to leave the restaurant.😆parking is not free as written on the Google map description, it costs 15€ per day.

The rooms are nice. Usage of the elevators on the other hand is a nightmare. These are very slow and will drag you first on all the floors before you arrive to the desired level. Receptionists are moving slowly like rheumatic snails. Getting to the underground parking lot is done with a car-elevator. For parking you pay extra.Nothing special of a hotel…

Amazing, huge and clean rooms, rly nice breakfast food.

Did not meet the expectations and previous expectations from Radisson hotels. Thin walls so you could hear the guest next door really well. Unclean shower and flush was not working. Rooms were rather basic. hotel is not centrally located either.

I had an accident and was in a hotel room for a week on my own. Nika the hotel manager was amazing. Will be eternally grateful to her.The hotel staff so carving. From room service to the cleaners. Made my week very bearable.Thankyou Nika and your staff.

Not worth the price. In a suite for 4,we got only 1 set of shampoo. Equipment not properly maintained. Shower would soak whole bathroom if not careful with pressure. Safe was locked and couldnt use it.

After cancellation of flights the air carier provided accommodation : hotel staff had to deal with very tired & disgruntled passengers ! Young concierge Aljaz had dealt with 02:00 am check in courteously ( whilst lots of passengerswere very grumpy!). Our room was lovely and comfortable, excellent breakfast selection .

Overall a nice hotel with friendly employees but the service was a bit wack and the room wasnt always that clean. For a 4 star hotel I expect the room neat and the service better. Players from the WK volley-ball were staying in the hotel which stopped us from eating in the hotel à la carte or even ordering room service. The breakfast was really good! The location wasnt so good although you have a lot of stores in the area and a big mall. Its a 20 min drive with the bus to the city center. You can also take a taxi for €8 to the city center too but the bus is cheaper. Overall we had a good and nice stay. 👍🏻

Staff is super unprofessional, we were told that breakfast starts from 6-30 and when we came it turned out to be a mistake and we missed it as we had a flight early in the morning. When I discovered that I left my headphones in the room (tracked by geolocationthey also failed to find it and send it back to me. + location is 55 min walk from the city center. Huge disappointment all in all.

The Hotel is perfekt for couples. It has a very modern touch, enormous building with soo many rooms. It‘s great. The restaurant is very good, they ask you what wine you want to drink. You can choose either a la carte or buffet for dinner.Breakfast is delicious and so much variety.Very friendly and competent stadf

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. There is a paid parking on site (15euroboth outdoor and indoor. breakfast is ok, to be honest worse than other Radissons Ive been to but still its an ok breakfast. Gym on the 15th floor is maybe not the best equiped but it has a nice view of the city. The only downside of that place has too little elevators for the 15 floor building so there is quite a traffic. Other than that recommended place to stay. Location is very nice, 10mib drive to the city center, located right next to a shopping mall with many shops and places to eat.For the price we paid (120€/Nightits a fair value. Certainly recommended.

Very nice business hotel, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are also quite large. Everything was clean. It was also quiet. The breakfast is far from impressive, yet it is OK.

If you want to eat food from the previus day feel free to stay here , dinner had the same cold spring rolls, lasagna and other fingerfood that people didnt eat from the previus night and believe me I know when food is not fresh. Unacceptable for a hotel like this

I got poisoned by the food at the restaurant and spent all night in front of the closet. When I called for help staff did not even bothered to help me and replied they can do nothing in this case. It was hot like hell in the room due to malfunctioned AC and there were no windows to open. Hotel did not even start investigation when I reported food poisoning and I had to insist at the check out. Manager did not ask me how I feel and charged me full price at the check out. Stay away from this hotel if you value your health and safety. Not worth Radisson batch and not even close to 4 star hotel.

It is an excellent hotel, modern, clean and friendly. Perfect breakfast buffet available.Unfortunately a bit far away from the central parts of the city and the old town, not walking distance but requiring to use the shuttle, bus or a taxi. For transport to the airport book directly from the hotel as this showed to be significantly cheaper.

the hotel was really fine, clean and nice. However, some super sports cars were given the privilege of occupying the hotel entrance. To make matters worse, you have to leave the hotel at two oclock in the morning with the engines revving at high speed. there were many cars. so we lost a night. awkward

Memorable Hotel, professionally managed and service is set to the highest standards.The restaurant staff was amazing, both breakfast and dinner shifts.I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Sretko Gagic, one of the most professional waiters I ever met, his well dedicated attention to details and work ethics/courtesy made me feel like being at home, while his welcoming smile and smart know-how during the service makes him an outstanding restaurant manager, leaving me also impressed with his sophisticated kitchen and dishes knowledge, I would come back to the Hotel anytime even if only to meet Mr. Gagic for his service and cordiality, surely knowing the Hotel management will recognize such talent and offer him even more challenging positions, where he will undoubtedly shine the Hotels star even more.Mr. Ahmad from the Breakfast shift, an amazing young man, is another waiter that left me speechless with his attitude and his promptness to help and assist anytime I need or ask for suggestions, which I appreciated a lot and wish to see him evolve as well in his job.I congratulate the Hotel for such personnel and all other restaurant, bar, reception, room service and cleaning staff.Radisson Blu Plaza, I wish you all the best of luck for the future time coming and I will gladly be coming back again, 2 months well spent in Slovenia!

ٌRoom was wide and clean. Breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel is close to a big shopping center. The staff are kind and friendly specially the Egyptian man in the food court. Only what was not OK for me is the lift on the left side of the hotel (takes long time to call and may not come at all)

Not too bad. However the room was not cool it was more on the warm side. The toilet button wasn’t working and the elevator was very slow and hot! Not a modern place but it was okay!

It was a really nice experience. The stuff was really helpful. The breakfast buffet was so tasty and the room was very clean. As an Egyptian, I was quite lucky to meet someone from radisons stuff who speaks arabic which helped me alot during my stay in Slovenia.Id recommend it!

Child protection on adult TV content should be applied...My 2&4 year old kids switched it on with just one click. 🙄 Apart from that, all perfect!🙂 I know it is mainly a business hotel, so maybe my comment isnt relevant. Business people deserve some instant joy.😄

Unprofessional reception.1. When check in, said my room type is as same as i requested for double room. I get a twin in the end. Reception said sorry told me wrong information when check in, they gave me twin room indeed. However, there is no any room available to change.2. I check in around 19:30, and about 21:30, 2 rooms, 4 luggage not been sent to my room yet. Reception said it is not possible making mistake as porter sent everything. Then they believed driver didnt take all luggage completely from bus.In the end, porter find the luggage in private room, they forgot it.3. The water temperature in my bath room is unstable, 10 second for extremely cold and 10 second for extremely hot.I call reception, they said worker is off duty, and there is no room could change. I asked him how i could get a shower, and he reply: " I DONT KNOW, I HAVE NO IDEA. "Make me crazy i get this answer from a reception of international chain hotel!

I had a very bad experience in this hotel, unfortunately we have booked for 4 days!1. The breakfast had a limited options2. The rooms are so hot and we had to change our room twice because the air conditioner was damaged and the couldnt fix it, even though we put the key card and didnt remove it at all!!3. The staff manners unprofessional at all, and they do what they want not what the customer want, the have to learn what the meaning of "costumer first".4. I didnt like to location, more than 15 minutes on car tell we reach the center, and the traffic makes it worseOf course I dont recommend it for anyone

Very nice business hotel. If you dont mind being outside of the center place, this is place for you. Very rich buffet breakfast, big rooms, very clean, good wifi (could work without problem).

Meets the standards youre used to at a Radisson Blu. Well appointed room, good breakfast and an okay gym.Located where Slovenias big shopping mall is its a bit away from historic city center but taxis are affordable and its not a bad walk.Big shout out to Roc and other team members whos name I didnt manage to remember. They organized a mandatory covid test and great taxi driver who made sure I had what was needed and got to the airport on time - THANK YOU!

Beautiful hotel, as well as rooms. Everything is clean and tidy. Location is pretty good. Delicious food. I had a pleasant stay.

I made the same mistake for the second time. Great hotel with furniture,comfort,nice breakfast but very poor in service. How is possible that i cannot reach the hotel reception by phone via interior and exterior line? What would happen if i needed an ambulance. Definetely i will not stay again in this hotel and make a third mistake.

Very comfortable hotel located in Ljubljana, close to the ring and to a big shopping centre. Rooms are wide and clean, personnel is quick and prices are fair. There is a restaurant and the continental breakfast is generous.

The guy on reception was no helpful, thats why we late my husbands ice hockey game. We was waiting 35 minutes. Its so sad, because other people was nice yesterday.

Do not stay at this hotel! Unhelpful staff and false information provided.This hotel is nowhere near the city centre and when myself and my partner booked this hotel through Booking.com, the website claimed that there was bus that ran from outside the hotel to the city but this wasn’t the case. Infact we had to get taxis backwards and forwards which cost €8-12 a go.The room, well this wasn’t up to standard either, we booked a double bed and ended up with two single beds with next to no pillows or duvets. There weren’t even spare pillows or sheets in the cupboard to use. To make matters worse, room 806, felt it be necessary to shout and scream at 4am on Sunday morning which topped our stayed off!The man on reception was unapologetic and when I raised a complaint again in the morning he didn’t really want to know.Avoid. Book in the city centre which is well worth a visit.

Clean and comfortable, located in the outskirts of the city, but close to a McDonalds, no Netflix on TVs and the parking is quite expensive at 10€ per day considering its an industrial zone and you can park practically anywhere close to the hotel for free. If you have a car dont use the taxi the hotel recommends as there is plenty of parking space in the city centre and its usually 1.50€ per hour.

The sign in on the front desk was weary slow. The room was clean but we had a dog and they put as in one room- with bad smell, we have to bay candle to make it tolerable. And a gratitude water in the room would be great.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is lovely. They say theyre pet friendly but our dog wasnt allowed anywhere but the room. It also seemed they had never had a dog before. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and Id recommend it.

Nice hotel, however location wise a bit far from what Ljubljana has to offer. Unless you like to live among a shopping center - then perfect for you.Good for business trips, decent rooms, only two complaints: no complimentary water (aside of tap which is pottable), and quite loud AC unit. During the day not an issue but in the night time it likes to get loud out of nowhere.Good breakfasts, excellent coffee/lunch breaks during conferences.

Good hotel. Good food. Customer service was good too. Easy parking. The decor and quality of rooms were excellent. I would give it a 4.5 star. I felt that the hotel was a bit cold for families. There was no touch of welcoming young kids which I experienced in other 4 star chain hotels like Best Western or Hilton.

It is worth it.This is a business Hotel, which is okay.The fact that some Staff at the reception cant speak proper english is a bit sad.But theyre friendly and supportive. The gym is nice and for free, and the rooms are clean and good organized.The breakfast selection is big enough for every taste, and the Bar has also a lot to offer.All over you can say it was a nice stay, but yet not perfect. :I would visit again.

Incredible hotel located about 20 minutes from the Ljubljana airport. The staff went over and above my expectations on every request. For example, I needed to borrow a travel adaptor and a fan for my room during my stay. The reception staff immediately granted the asks and even brought them to my room. The breakfast buffet is a must! The food is delicious and a mix of common European and Slovenian breakfast options. There is also a great restaurant located on the first and second floors that is open late. The view of the mountains from the roof is awesome! I highly recommend snapping a few pictures from the roof top!
