After being a valuable customer along with 3 others for the company we got banned for life after entering a sprint race with no flags raised or apparent problems to ring up next time to find out we’ve been banned. They were happy to take our money an put us in a group with slower drivers knowing we were a lot faster. Totally shocking considering we’ve spent thousands with the company over the years an terrible customer service to not even have the decency to tell us during it or after the event.

Today I took most of my work colleagues for a 20 lap session and had a great time. Everyone enjoyed it and it was a really professional setup. Hats off. Karting venue done well and impressive. We will be back for another team day out.

Had such a lovely time at raceworld, the staff are all absolutely professional, helpful & caring people. I found the racing intimidating at first as something i’d never experienced before, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a way for me to have fun racing and feel safe at the same time, after them recommending times that are usually a little quieter than others for the track I will definitely be back to visit and race again :i loved it!

Booked a corporate team building day for my staff, the staff at raceworld could not have been more helpful and friendly and offered an excellent discount on the activity. I was impressed with the thought put into safety whilst still letting people have fun. It was excellent cant wait to go back

2021 edit: price rise and cutting track time have made the cost double in just a few months. Sad to say I am no longer a regular.2019 review: Great fun, friendly atmosphere, reasonable pricing. Monday nights have a discount which makes it good value.Smallish track and not super fast karts, however there is plenty here for beginners up to experienced drivers. Best indoor facility in the region. You will smell of petrol when you leave :)

Great instructions by staff, they even give you tips to improve your times. They take safety seriously and make sure youre comfortable the whole time.

Awesome track and top condition go karts. Staff are super friendly and willing to help. Also flew the track with FPV Racing drone for an average lap time of 12seconds ;highly recommend this track. The business has improved the track/karts and facilities on site greatly. Amazing day with family, friends or coworkers.

RaceWorld is AMAZING! we have been twice over the last year and each time it is made special by the incredibly knowledgeable, helpful & friendly staff. We have been with my youngest son who is 11 and loved the Kadet kart and even my 72 year old dad had a five star experience, well done everyone and thank you!! we will are already planning our next trip with more friends:)

Had an absolutely fantastic time here. 11 of us for a stag party (pre drinking obviously). Racing was brilliant and track fun as well as challenging, staff great and helpful too.

Thanks to the excellent staff at Raceworld who got me from my wheelchair into a kart with great care, the experience was amazing as not got much mobility. They went out of there way to make it easy for me, thanks again will sertinly go back

Great little track and well organised. Just walked in and was able to get 2x 10 minute lap sessions or a super prix afterwards.

Great time last minute thing whilst on holiday called up the guy was very helpful. Went down to raceworld got suited up greeted by very friendly staff there me and 3 boys had an awsome time. Very highly recomended. Fantastic place and very fun... Karts were amazing..

Wow what an incredible place but whats more incredible is the people that work there. Today we went up for activities week from a sen college and the help, encouragement bespoke plan that was made to suit our students was just amazing. The guys there couldnt do enough to help and it was the most amazing experience for our students and staff to see the enjoyment they had today. I cant thank everyone who was working enough today for everything you did.

I went yesterday and it was my first experience karting and I really enjoyed it . I wasnt especially quick and I came last in the race but Im fine with that as it was really fun.

Came with a group of 7 and did the 10 minutes practice which was good but then it came to the 20 lap race and we were grouped with another group, who were kids that crashed every 5 seconds causing our race that wed been looking forward to, to keep stopping which let the whole experience down and I think that groups should be made to race on their own so that different groups cant ruin other groups races. Great track, karts and staff otherwise 👌🏼

We had a great day here, the team were brilliant, the karts are well maintained and very well run. I would recommend this to anyone for either a big party or just on their own.

Brought a group of students for a mornings Karting session. The team couldnt have been more, friendly, or helpful. All had a great experience, we felt they offered value for money, high quality health and safety, and great customer service. Would highly recommend!!

Great set up, good briefing, would go back. Worth booking out the entire track yourself if you are a large group, to avoid an unfair mix of levels and greater risk of minor injury, this can be a tough sport, but fun.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Facilities are good and clean. Equipment is also really good. Well recommended. Prices are reasonable and its really fun. We will be back. Thanks very much guys.

Great day out for all ages.All staff were really kind, helpful and friendly, at the same time with a key focus on safety.Worth every penny.

We booked this for a birthday treat for my son and some friends and family. The track is great, the Karts are well maintained and the staff looked after us well. We had a bit of a hiccup due to some other over enthusiastic drivers and a misunderstanding about exclusivity but to their absolute credit Raceworld put this right for us. Well worth a trip and would recommend that you try to make up a group of seven so that you have your own friends and/or family to race against.

Great experience. Did the Sprint 20 with the girlfriend and had an absolute blast. The format is great and the staff couldn’t be any more friendly. Managed to speak to the owner for a brief moment and what a lovely man he is. I will definitely be coming back.

Good fun and felt well looked after. The only annoying thing was that the group was asked if we wanted to add extra laps for an extra £5.We were happy to stick with what we booked, but when the group overrides it, it’s quite hard to say no. I think they need to find a different way to offer this - perhaps by asking up front instead.

Staff very friendly. It was an office social and everyone had a great time. We will he returning later in the year, mainly as a grudge match and hopefully more staff will want to join in.

We had a works Christmas function carting here in December. I was extremely impressed with all the young staff nothing was any trouble and their attitude was very good to making us feel welcome.We are going back on the 16th Feb for another blast so look forward to it.Thanks again great job welldone all!

We drove 100 miles here an was not disappointed one bit, amazing track, fast nippy karts, professional staff with smiles and great knowledge an advice. Looked after in every aspect an any asks was no trouble.Would visit again and we had a truly wonderful time, we was all very competitive and the races was very very enjoyable the way it runThank you for an exhilarating day out

Brilliant experience, Ive done karting many times but this was the most fun and entertaining from start to finish. Kieran our race director was very professional but also a lot of fun and we had such a laugh with him.. The track is different to any other Ive been to with palm trees and painted track which looks brilliant. You get debriefs between races where they tell you your lap times and give you pointers on where you could be better and it obviously works as my lap times got better each time I went out. Very good 👍🏻

Such amazing dedicated staff and although expensive I suppose my son and his friends love the gran prix racing. The briefing after each session was informative and the staff funny . The venue itself is clean and well layed out with a viewing platform, plenty of seating and a race board

The staff here were so friendly and professional. Had a great time, its a fantastic experience. Depending on the event they take you through the racing line. I was surprised how little braking you were supposed to do. Fellow competitors were very friendly and supportive.

Ive organised numerous endurance events at Raceworld for Round Table Area 19 (Devonevery year since it opened. Every time I am amazed by just how good it is and this year really underlined this. As well as excellent Covid-19 protocols the revised track, both in length and ambiance, brighter lighting, fantastic karts with individual racing liveries and even the new corporate uniforms all combine to make Raceworld an adrenaline pumping fun filled occasion of the highest quality. Well be back next year 🍀🏁😷

Awesome session, did the drop in grand prix thing. 10 of us racing, 10 mins warm up, 10 mins qualifying then 20 lap race. A lot of fun, 50 squid, technical course with some tough turns to keep speed in. Ben helped amazingly and was really helpful when I needed to adjust my booking, he needs a payrise without a doubt.

An epic experience and a great team of staff to back it up with! Would recommend to any one

Surprise 50th birthday present from my wife and daughter, had a great time, very friendly and professional staff, great advice at half time on how to improve lap times. Highly recommended. Pit stop cafe good food and prices

The staff were amazingly helpful, polite, friendly and welcoming. Even my youngest was able to have a go in a "kiddie Kart". Fantastic place. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic evening! Really great fun and the karts are very quick - certainly got the adrenaline pumping! Plus the staff are all so friendly and helpful it’s a great experience whatever the weather is doing outside.
