The last four times I bought gas the gas receipt printer did not work. I complain to the manager and he made an excuse that other people pull the receipts out and it messes up the printer and that he wishes he could do something about it but he can’t. Terrible below the line excuse Maker…. I’m very busy and do not have time to go stand in line with other people buying cigarettes and lotto tickets!

They never have the decency to post their actual hours online. I pulled up at 11:30 after work, and they had a sign on the door that said they’re closed when their postings say 24hrs.

GREAT!! Love The Location-Easy In & Out! Very Clean & Very Well Stocked-Lots Of Variety-Hot Foods Are Just That-Convenient & Delicious. The only thing that ticks me off it that it says it opens at 5 am but the doors are locked at 5:05 am.... There was a person in there behind the register on his phone and got his attention, I showed him the time but didnt even care and waved me off... Can this please be fixed?

DO NOT !!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRINKS OR FOOD !!! THERE ARE ROACHES!! Ive first hand witnessed them crawling all over the soda machines !!

Nothing but bitter black women working here. I had one get an attitude with me because she broke my black and mild and I asked for my money back smh DO NOT GO HERE

This RaceTrac is frequently CLOSED in the mornings around 6am. workers are inside prepping food, but the doors are locked and no one can come inside. This has been going on for months. If it’s a staffing issue, shouldn’t this have been resolved by now????

Great place for my morning coffee, after they replace their old coffee machines with the new one, I can guarantee that their coffee is way better and less expensive than my local starbucks..4 star for not operating 24 hours like they used before

Even though there is staff inside and this is a supposed 24 hour location, they always seemed to be closed as if they cant be bothered with customers. The staff is literally dancing around the store and playing on their phones instead of being open to help customers! Thats a shame as Ive seen 6 ppl walk up and back away in the 7 minutes Ive been parked out front. Never again will I come here!

Never open past 10 lazy staff just go to QT

Aside from proclaiming to be a 24 hour business yet always being closed at the wrong time, this is a good place

I do stuff alot at night and need gas usually or something to drink etc. I have never ever been able to depend on ANY racetrac location near or afar to be open. Litteraly NEVER.

Apparently they’re not 24 hours anymore 🙄…even though someone is inside of the store.After 11pm, you might as well go to the QT right around the corner.

Love the people that work here during the day… getting REAL sick of it randomly being closed in the middle of the night… even though there’s always someone inside.This is NOT a 24 hour gas station.The hours that they’re closed aren’t even consistent.😐

Great service and very friendly staff!!! This is my Go-To gas station!! All fountain drinks are 99 cents and if you like frozen yogurt, you have to try Swirl World!!

They have always been friendly and helpful

The people at this Racetrav are always friendly and helpful, Ive never had an issue with service at this store. Even coming at all different hours of the day, the store is clean and the service is consistent! I wish I knew more peoples names there, Marley is always positive and helpful! The only thing that makes this Racetrac a pain to go to sometimes is getting out of the parking lot, but thats not their fault.

I love all race tracks They are great with customer service and prices and I like their reward program

Racetrack prices are usually a little better than qt, but I am in the mens restroom right now, I wouldnt eat off the floor, but this may be the cleanest gas station bathroom Ive ever been to in my life. Enough to make me wanna pull out my phone on the throne right now and tell the world that it is definitely well kept. Kudos to the staff on duty.

Always closed at night. What a waste of a 20 minute walk. Just shut down already and let a better business take your place.

Closed at 11:55pm. This site its having problems. No food oven for weeks, then not open during normal hours because short staffed. Becoming very unreliable. I hate QT, but at least they are reliably open.

I’m a Ractrac customer, meaning I go Racetrac as my preferred location....and I will drive the distance to go Racetrac because I like the fact you can use your debit card for the lottery, and I love the frozen yogurt, and the Pizza is really good, and of their gas prices are always agreeable! However, this location has poor customer service at least one of the associates are rude. I came into the store today, and Darwin or Daren, I know his name starts with a D, he’s the retail manager.... he is rude and has a short temper! He tried to argue with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction in his attitude! Conduct yourself professionally when you’re in customer service, or don’t work around people!

I love the coffee set up here at racetrack. There is always plenty of options to make your flavor, creamers, whip cream, sugars and sugar substitute. Very good selection of coffee flavors too my favorite is the Guatemala. Its got some kick.

Good and rapid service. Cigarettes a bit expensive. Please work the prices lower...Thank you....

WHATSSS UP RACETRAC..RaceTrac is by far the cleanest i have ever seen. I stop here at lest 4 times a week,at night. Jo the the manager is so Nice!! And Helpful..!!! I noticed whatever she was doing when someone walked in she would stop her task and greet that person with a big friendly smile and a ( Hello Welcome To RaceTrac). Its employees like that,that keep me coming back..P.SRaceTrac your donut vender is no good. Why Did you change donut venders? Please go back. I miss the donuts with the white cream filling with chocolate glaze. Also why dont you keep food like QT at night? People might want a warm snack! Night time is no different than day time. Maybe keep a few hamburger and chicken sandwiches for us people that work night shift!!! Keep up the good work RaceTrac at old 41 yall are the best.

I like this place, but wow it was tough going during lunchtime here today. Low on condiments (or out), one type of pizza (five slices of pepperoni but nothing else), and I totally missed the price board that is in smaller print at the top of the heated case! (My bad there, I admit!). Mornings are much more efficient -- and all the while a lot busier than the lunchtimes. I hope it gets back on top of things.

I like their gas. Keeps my motorcycle happy.

At this current moment I believe racetrack​ and qt hold the standard for public friendly gas stations. Always as expected same across the board

Sodapalooza is great and this store always seems to have plenty of options. Favorite place to stop on the way home from church.

8.17.17, Th 8:30p. Soundtrack over head playind Led Zeppelin (thus 5 stars), etc. Awesome. Friendly, engaging cashier. Soft ice-cream or yogurt with all fixins stocked. Best gas price around. And why I prefer RTs, nice outdoor seating, covered relaxation area with full granite like table tops and chairs.

Since there remodel its very disappointing the selection of products. It may as well be a fast food establishment.

This is the first time I have used this gas station. To my surprise, it was very clean... inside and out. As a matter of fact, there was a gentleman inside cleaning the floor. I tried jolly rancher apple slushy and it was bomb!

Racetrac, after their nationwide remodeling a few years back, has become my favorite gas station. They compete to match the lowest gas prices in the area and provide a top-notch convenience store shopping experience. This particular RaceTrac is the smaller version of the store, which is about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of their flagship stores. However, its well stocked and only lacking the soft-serve ice cream bar. My personal RaceTrac favorites are the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and the Fanta Pina Colada frozen drink! Highly Recommended.

Ill go to the one over here off of Old 41 in Kennesaw and is very clean very nice very friendly people. I go in there sometimes and get the Toasted Meatball Sub sandwich at the deli its made fresh everytime...i also go to play my lottery tickets.

Terrible store with rude clerks.the store is usually filthy and the last three times I was there they were out of multiple fountain drink options.

Much better experience post remodeling. Finally up to date with modern decor inside and a much better layout allowing you to get in and out quickly. Staff is also new and helpful.

Both cashiers werent paying attention as we approached and stood for 3 minutes in front of the registers.

Employees had friends near counter and were just cursing up a storm. F this, F that. I manage a company my self and would never have let behavior like that slide. Even the woman checking me out was talking and cursing with them.Completely unacceptable.
