The seats are worn out. But I go here frequently for some alone time or with friends.The drinks are awesome!The last chicken wrap was very oily and the fries were dry.

It was nice, my 2nd time going there and I just say I am happy,.loved the cocktails and their food

Most of the time some food on their menu is not always available

When its crowded they cannot cater fairly to different customers buying alcohol is like a pit hole of excretion.

The GHETTO POOR SERVICE waitress was RUDE and failed to explain when we asked for the menu that on Sundays only braai is served

BAD EXPERIENCE!! The SERVICE was SLOW! The WAITRESSES were JUST CHILLING and IGNORING US! We were served by THREE DIFFERENT WAITRESSES and THE FOOD only CAME AFTER AN HOUR but when it came THE ORDER WAS WRONG!🙄 AND WE WERE told to wait for the right order AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR!!

RGC is one of the best clubs to go to around Rustenburg, the food and service are on point. And the renovations made this place more welcoming, thanks to your DJs for good music.

The place is great,great service but theres this one assistant manager or what ever he is,that boy is rude he doesnt know how to talk to people,everyone was complaining about him

Improved & beautifully refurbished, new management & staff, so still poor planning, either there were no drinks on the re-grand-opening, or they came really hot even still water..

1).No 1).No hubbly during the week.. and you cant even bring yours.2).We wanted to have a chat with the manager since the waiter seemed like he didnt understand what we were asking.. but the manager on duty didnt even bother coming to us for assistance.. instead he just gave the waiter a feedback on something that we werent even asking about and continued watching God knows what on his colleagues phone. So we left

If you are looking for a place that has good music, excellent service, delicious food, tasty cocktails and is comfortable, look no further-this is your place. There are platters for groups, there are individual dishes for when you want to eat alone, the also accommodate events such as baby showers and bridal showers. It always feels like home when Im here. I love this place.

My food was cold. And had after taste, the manager didnt even acknowledge when I complained.I will never recommend nor go back.

Their cocktails are terrible and taste like syrup with listerine. The waitress that served us she was also so bad, she only attended us after hours and despite us returning the terrible cocktails she still charged us full prices for the cocktails without inspecting what was wrong from the side, and if the cocktail was as per the expectation. Clearly their customers service is very bad and really have a lot to do to stay competitive, they have to understand the impact that bad customer experience can have in the sustainability of their business

Decent food...beautiful service...Good for an evening out especially without any intention to talk as the music is a loud.

Not impressed with the food and super slow service. We were the only people in the restaurant, ordered breakfast and it took 45mins to arrive... the steak was tough and inedible and the sausages were tiny.

Best place for eats, drinks & entertainment.

I dont think the owner bothers for customer satisfaction because 80% of the stuff you on the menu is not available. And when you think you found something eat they cant make for you but its on the menu. Turn off

The tables outside are unstable.The tables look e freely bare.No salt/pepper shakers.The waitresses do a good job and their service is good.Just the aesthetics need to be looked into to
