RJ’s Buffet in Naga

Excellent experience, as always.

Foods are really great especially their kare-kareng baka. Been here for 2 consecutive nights. The only negative comment I can say is that its a bit disappointing on our second night because there were 5 birthday celebrants. I have to endure almost have an hour of noisy birthday sounds and sad to say that we were not able to enjoy our chit chat. They sound omit the speakers and find a way to minimize it to avoid distraction to other customers.

Been here for a couple of times now. Foods are good but some are too sweet/salty. The staffs are nice and approachable. The place itself is spacious and perfect for family gatherings. As of Aug 2022, the price per person is 850.

The restaurant is open to public for lunch buffet and dinner buffet at very affordable price. It also caters hotel guests for free buffet breakfast. The food is good. The interior of the restaurant is amazing, it also has upper level.

This is their 3rd year celebration of Chinese New Year. Food are always the same and it takes a lot of time for them to refill the food. The one who cooks the steak doesnt know the difference of medium cook. They always give us rare cook. Haaaay!

Some foods served taste bland

Lots of delicious food served. However, there is one food that might be just for display. Because weve been looking forward to taste it but the chef always tells us that we can come back later. 😅

Didn’t like anything except the tea. Everything was low quality. Pancakes tasted awful, orange juice tasted awful and fake, everything was low quality.EDIT: After eating lunch here, everything was delicious. Delicious sushi, pasta, Kari Kari, desert, etc. Dropped a star because I didn’t like breakfast.

I was not expecting that much when I reserved but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the wide selection of food. Everything was delish! The only thing Id probably improve is the fried stuff in the Japanese section. Staff were also super nice and accommodating :)

This was the most classy and mouth watering buffet I went in the City of Naga.Unlimited ice cream, great dishes, fresh veggies, and beautiful and nice people around. The place was chic and glossy, I feel Ive been in the metro in some high star hotel. And it was quite affordable. Busog sarap talaga and satisfying.More from you RJs Buffet! Great!

Good food, friendly staff at maganda ang mga meeting rooms. Hindi nga lang soundproof kaya we can hear clearly whats going on to the room next to us.

Personally I am satisfied with the services afforded by Villa Caceres Hotel staff. I have encountered one incident I cannot help myself from not voicing out what I have witnessed. My grandson and I happened to have breakfast at a table next to a woman I hardly know. By my own quiet assessment she is not a bicolana as she speaks Tagalog as I heard her talk to one of the RJ receptionists. She was asking for one piece of pandesal for her a yr or two yr old son. The receptionist refused. The woman was trying to persuade the staff but was refused. She was in tears and I was truly distracted and found myself empathizing. The grannies came to the rescue and said they are willing to pay for the bread costing P150 for one piece of pandesal. She commented she was willing to pay may it cost P1000 just for her grandson. It was a bad and sad moment for me, much more to these guests who are not bicolanos.Protocols or rules can be overriden by a rare situation like this. For the sake of humanity and hospitality one pandesal wont hurt the income of RJ Buffet I should think. I wish I could step in to comfort the mother but decided to stat out of it. Not my business. I wrote this in order to open this issue to the concerned staff and management. Apuera de los buenos.
