First night here,but so far so good.

The place is very nice and well comfortable

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for 1 and half month on vacation in freetown… imagine 2 boys 7 and 2 year old… best decision I ever maid securing my family on a first time vacation from the United States.. it had everything and I wanted and accommodation was well equipped for my boys… it was safe, clean, AC extremely cold ( lovelyand food and staff was great… the area most important is safe and clean and smooth roads… great job to management I will and I am definitely staying here again…

I am from America and witnessed how the rich look down on the poor. I witnessed hotel management argue with a native paying customer about moving a vehicle that has suddenly broken down. The owner son had no compassion and treated paying customers like trash. I will not stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to my fellow bloggers in USA rude service pillows case was stain and the A C unit is out dated. I will give this a 0 just because how the owner treated customers from homeland. Nasty attitude nasty service

REGENT PALACE HOTEL!!!Few hours ago, we celebrated my moms birthday at this place and the place is LOVELY. My mom, 2 siblings and I wanted to celebrate somewhere less congested where we can truly relax. I am glad we chose this place. I am on a "No Meat Diet" for a week and was very picky about restaurant menus.At this place, the food was just BEAUT.The starters we ordered were: Hummus, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Meat Kebab, Chicken Kebab & Meat Kebab.And the mains we ordered were: Veggie Pasta Salad, Jollof & Fried Rice with Fish & Meat.I got the Hummus, Vegetable Spring Rolls & Veggie Pasta Salad and it was honestly stunning. It was perfect and just melted in my mouth!!!Place: REGENT PALACE HOTELView: The view is breathtaking. Great ambience.Food: Food was good and portions were hearty. Loved the starters (Hummus & Veggie Spring Rolls)Customer Service: Great service, efficient communication and I truly love the top-notch friendly and very professional customer service Ive received from everyone who attended to us.Overall Score: 10/10Ill definitely go back.

A beautiful hotel in terms of appearance, unfortunately in the wrong location, the main street which is directly in front of the hotel, contributes a lot to the noise and dust nuisance. The rooms are well equipped, but the several times mentioned problems with the wardrobe and the bed were accepted but never fixed, and the safety standard is not given! It is easy to get into the room through the windows in the hallway.The parapet glass that is on the floors is a danger to life and limb, especially for children.The plastic glass does not give a hold and is not present at all in some places.A glass that was completely broken was only replaced after a long time.The bathrooms are modernly equipped, but the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, the sewer pipe from the hand basin was removed but not replaced by the time we left.The rooms facing the street are not recommended, the plumbing fitter probably forgot to use an odor stopper and in the rainy season the water is permanently on the floor.Drinks were ordered several times but unfortunately the hotel bar has no drinks! Answer Hotel has no money to buy drinks or to carry out necessary repairsConclusion management miserable right?

It’s a nice place to be..very comfy beds, delicious meals and great customer service. I recommend it.

The services were eh but, the food, decor, and the room we’re mediocre. And the beds were so uncomfortable

This cool place by there name you know for sure that is one place you need to see on earth before your last breath, palace is not just the name they treat you like king and Queen you deserve that, putting smile on your beautiful and handsome face is there first task and make you feel like you are in cloud nine.

My stay was very nice. The best hotel ive been to in freetown.
