REALİST HOTEL in Beylikdüzü

Reception staff are very nice especially brother Waleed, good location near bus station and cheap. However, old furniture and toilet, no toilet chair cover, missing soap & shampoo, dark aisle. Very very slow room service.

This HOTEL not more bedroom no breakfast available its less than continental ! They dont have bell man for carrying bag the receptionist is responsible for carrying the bagThe Lady she is working in reception is unpolite when i asking her in telephone for bellman she my said no no we dont have you are responsible for carrying the bags down cary it one by one and she said i have call naw and hanging up the phone during the call !!!!

Its nice cozy hotel, has great location next to the Metrobus Station, airconditioning quite reasonable prices, the staff are friendly. Its clean, but floors of rooms need more mopping and need to separate the smoking floors from non smoking ones. Hotel offering very simple, hope they can level it up and add more options and coffee. But, the whole experience was good. And do recommend it especially for families. Thank you for all staff.

I had a good time here with my family is a very good place to stay and the service is nice and the guy there who work as front desk officer a nice guy his names is umit he welcome customer so nice thank you so much for making I and my family feel at home in your hotel

My stay was amazing here. Came for business purposes for 3days. Hotel staff was so nice and polite. Rooms were clean and very quite. I was next to the busiest road in istanbul but upstairs there was literally no sound. I liked it very much

I had many good experiences in this Hotel, firs of all they treated the guests very well, also the rooms were really clean and silent. This Hotel located near the metrobus and it is a good point. I had the experience of eating delicious food.

Excellent hotel services and location. The entire staff was extremely helpful at all times. The only name I can remember is receptionist Umit, goes the extra mile each and every time I requested assistance. Thank you all at Realist Hotel.

Overall my experience was great, room clean but one of the members i ask him to pay taxi for airport (400TL), i gave him 100$ and return only 50$, when i ask where is the rest (10$), he start to made up stories that the atm machine had problems 🤷

Its a very good hotel

The hotel was very wonderful, i have never had such a tremendous experience in any hotel before that. The hotel staff were exceptional and delightful as well. Everyone from the Reception, to the helping ground staff, everyone was eager to help. Thank you. Will definitely send my friends there.

My stay was excellent with this Hotel, way much higher than my expectations, from the services to each and every hotel staff member, everyone was delightful and always welcoming, friendly staff. felt like home away from home. Room service was beyond greatest, cleanliness and my late night hunger needs, everything was completed by the staff in a very nice manner. Hotel location was perfect for me and for everyone who are constantly moving around Istanbul, just next to the City’s Metrobus Station, everything went calmly and smoothly. Great soundproof system, despite being next to the Main road on the perfect location ever, the rooms upstairs were soundproof, so i had no noisy problems ever. Looking forward to come here again with my Family.

Im complaining to Mr. Furkan, my vehicle damaged and no one undertook. Terrible hotel. I myself paid 170 TL per day. I got my wife in the same room for a day 270tl extra was taken. Haram. It is not possible to sleep without sound from outside the room. The hallways smells of cigarettes. The toilet smells igrenc.Muhammed Topcu from room 308

A pleasant stay in Realist Hotel @ staff support and in general as well. The rooms are cool and clean...best thing is the location; restaurants and mall are situated just next to the property. My family liked to stay further but we had to move to the locality with famous tourist spots.

Good hotel for a good price. Very comfortable rooms. No view from the window. Redemption is very helpful. Parking may be a problem if you are travelling with a car.

Strategically located nead the metro bus station, easy to commute from and to it, and near one big mall. Breakfast can be improved.
