Quitéria in Rio de Janeiro

The hotel is great! The atenttion provided by the Staff and the restaurant service is great. This people is always ready and willing to help you.Regarding the rooms, they are ok, no so big but very clean and warm.The hotel is next to the Beach, grat place and has 4 bikes that you can use for free.I stay here for 1 week and I really enjoyed it.

Had a fantastic stay at the Ipanema Inn, hope to return one day.

The Ipanema Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Rio. It’s on a very quiet and safe street just one block from the beach. The staff is so helpful and kind (most also speak English). The breakfast from Quiteria Cafe was included in our stay and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel — absolutely delicious and so many options. We were lucky to have had such an excellent place to eat right in the lobby. Our duplex room was spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the beach. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was the perfect place to stay while visiting Rio de Janeiro! The place is inviting, clean, and beautifully decorated. The rooms are on the small side, but they are clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. The included breakfast was some of the best food we had in Brazil! Everything was fresh and so delicious. The hotel also provides beach essentials like towels, umbrella, chairs. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is also close to many shops and restaurants. If you are visiting Ipanema beach, this place is a must stay!

Perfect location, 2mn walking to the beach. Nice, modern and quiet room, Excellent and huge breakfast and very nice service. The AC machine can be a bit noisy. Close to the metro and rua Garcia DAvila with very godd restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely stay at Ipanema Inn. The hotel is in a great location, a few steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops etc. They offer beach towel, chair and bikes which was neat. The room was a bit small but very clean. Breakfast was included and super yummy, kind of different from other hotels.I stayed there for 2 weeks and got very spoiled by their staff who were extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I won’t recall everyone’s name but Natalia, Rose, Miguel, and everyone there deliver outstanding customer service. I need to come back for sure.

Breakfast is not good anymore.The hotel now looks like a hostel. Not a proper hotel as used to be

Staff was wonderful they have only been open for a month most of the staff spoke English and breakfast was great

Went on a solo trip to Rio, and they made feel at home. Cozy rooms, breakfast at the restaurant Quiteria is amazing. Nata at front desk made me feel safe and comfortable. And this breathtaking beach is located 150 steps away!

What a lovely experience. This trip was the first international trip we took with our baby, and we were a little bit nervous. The staff were so kind and friendly--super sweet to us and our kid! Special thanks to Alguim who was especially friendly. They had a high chair for breakfast, a nice pack-n-play in the room, plus a baby bathtub, baby soap, and baby wipes. We felt at ease and welcome. Thanks for a great stay!

You cannot beat the location of this hotel which is located one block from the beach and in the midst of the best section of Ipanema. The staff are friendly. My room was clean but very small. I could barely get to the bathroom. The WiFi and AC were great. The downside is the boring breakfast, no variety for 4 days when I was there. You also have to pay for an espresso at breakfast. No coffee nor courtesy water in the room.Overall the hotel was overpriced when one has so many better options in Rio.

Fantastic check in. Got help with the luggage, lots of useful info, got us tickets to football match at Maracana. Great room! We are very happy.

Excellent hotel!After a long vacation in Brazil, this hotel gave us the best value for money.The service here is Very good, specially Marco from the front desk (he is AMAZING!!!that gave us 5 stars service, explained us on the city and reccomaned for places and resturants.Breakfast is very goodThe location is Amazing.This is 3 stars hotel that feel much higher! We defenetlly will back to here :)

Good price one block from the beach.

Excellent option when visiting Rio de Janeiro. Rooms are small, but sufficient to relax. For your relax, you will found what is necessary for your shower. Close to the beach and very well served by restaurants.

Quaint hotel with very accommodating staff. Comfortable bed and beach supplies provided (towels, umbrella, chairs).

Stayed there 4 nights recently. Really enjoyed. Super close to Ipanema Beach and surrounded by a neighborhood with many restaurants and stores. On-premise restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. Friendly and helpful staff

Buffet lunch- great portions, variety- Brazilian cuisine

The hotel was next to our Air BnB and made for a lovely breakfast option. Some of the staff spoke English and the breakfast price includes all you can eat buffet choices and several made to order items. Overall pretty good food and good service.

A great stay for a reasonable price. Only half a block from Ipanema Beach! Very clean rooms and great service. In hotel restaurant was terrific! Loved my stay and would definitely book there again.

Awesome!!! Great staff, great location Abd overall feel. My flight was delayed and I only checked in at 3am - they literally moved the world to help me. Helpful front desk staff and a great breakfast!

Excellent Hotel near of everything, beach, shopping, dinner, etc. the hotels staff are very friendly and always they are ready to help, the beachs stuff are free of cost (chair, umbrella, towels).. and the breakfast was incredible... recommended!

Great location one-half block from the beach , great staff, great beds, clean and well maintained property. Breakfast was also excellent, including both a buffet and food prepared to order included with the room.

Great hotel at 1 minute walk from Ipanema beach. Rooms are small but clean and tidy. Very nice staff, great breakfast and also at lunch and dinner the Quitêria Restaurant serves delicious dishes. Location could not be better. Hotel gives you towels, chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach.

Pleasant rooms, helpful friendly staff, close to Ipanema beach.

Stayed at the hotel for a long weekend. Food was incredible, both the breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner menu. Hotel service was excellent, and this is a perfect location just a half block from the beach. Great value.

Great location. Its a two-minute walk from Ipanema beach. Our room was pretty small but clean. Unfortunately we both caught a cold that was probably triggered by the cold air from the AC which was blowing right in our faces. The restaurant was very good. Staff was friendly and was handing out fresh beach towels every day.

Stayed here very recently. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and the surrounding area has good places to eat and drink all within a five minute walk. Would recommend if you do not want to be with the crowds on the Copacabana but still want a friendly neighbourhood to be in.
