We loved our two nights in a suite here. Very quiet at night with excellent beds and bedding. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the service is first class. Our server this morning was Octavio and he could not have been more kind. One thing I recommend is that the restaurant should play music rather than television through its speakers. It would add to the atmosphere greatly.

It was good for 7 years until today 7/1/2022 17:10 hrs when I have been told I cannot take pictures inside the hotel unless I pay a fee and and sign a paper.Then why should I pay for a suite for a week when I cannot use the installations.Front desk and security were so disrespectful with my family and myself (wife and kids)

Such a beautiful establishment let down by poor maintenance and staff that lack enough training to provide the premium experience promoted by the hotel.The management explained this is due to a 50% staff cut but does not excuse charging a premium and then under delivering.

We spent 4 nights here. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Decent price and a great atmosphere. Especially Saul was the best guy. Thank you so much gave us an unforgettable experience. Muchas gracias

Expensive, but not Worth it, we got a jacuzzi that didnt work, small and cold pool, expensive and untasteful food, I will never come back to this old dump!!!

Minerva Zapién and I would like to give Quinta Real of Aquascalientes major props.. this might have been the best hotel we ever stayed, it is without a doubt bang for buck we have ever experienced. Great people, great service, perfect room, perfect mattress, great pillows, endless hot water, good pressure, clean pool, easy parking, fabulous restaurant which was fairly priced, excellent food, incredible ambience.. should I go on ??

Some of the staff was just irreverent. I feltThey tried to nickle and dime us because we booked through expedia. We collectively booked about 6 rooms one of them for a whole week stay, we purchased a private dinner for 22 people, and still when the bride wanted to take photos they still charged us so she could take photos. Plus when we were all rushing to get to the church and also when the bride was entering her room to change. I understand businesses need to make a profit but after almost spending 30,000 pesos here I would have expected a bit more.. next time for sure AirBnB.. for the amount of rooms we could have gotten a better experience somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff but not enough waiters at the restaurant (especially during breakfast). Room service available. Breakfast and overall food was good and not expensive. Lunch was not that tasty. Nightly rates were convenient. Great location. Spacious rooms with views to the patios. Received complimentary wifi. Parking spots or valet available. Overall, a good hotel in Aguascalientes.

Nice looking. Friendly staff. But bit old and smells old. Could also be cleaner.Plus booking.com trick with not including vat on the price being surprised with that in the end.

The hotel was clean and the food was good but the service and the room conditions were not the greatest. The AC unit did not work so the room was extreamly hot. I called the front desk and their solution was to sent a small AC unit that was extreamly loud and did not fix the issue. I asked to get some ice and never got it. The drinks and candy from the mini bar were hot too. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice ambiance, comfortable room, excellent restaurant and waiter services. The facilities are nicely decorated and the atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing.

No air conditioning and failed to get us a room with ac.Their solution took 2 hours to arrive and it’s a mini ac.The charge for the internet WHO STILL CHARGES FOR THE INTERNET.Not worth the price at all

Hotel is nice and staff is helpful but it could use an urgent renovation, very few light sockets, furniture is also a bit old but my main concern is the food. You cant consider your self a high end place having the tasteless food they have there and on top of it is very expensive

Very nice building with antique architecture. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide the best service. They cooked me something that was not in the menu. The food has a very good taste. The rooms are spacious and the bed is great. Very close to the Nissan plants and downtown fairs area

Quinta Real is a beautiful five star colonial style hotel with extreme potential. However, the deteriorating room quality and poor customer service will eventually lead to its own demise. From squeaky beds, to old feathered pillows with jagged edges sticking out and picking your face at night, to a hair in my food, Quinta Real is NOT worthy of its five stars.

Not good at all. Carpet in my room was dirty and old. AC not working very well. Food at the restaurant wasnt as expected.It is not a cheap hotel so I was expecting something better.We attended a convention and most of the attendees were disappointed with the hotel. The hotel itself is nice but once you live the experience it becomes a disappointment.

When I first arrived, they told me that breakfast was included, next day after eating breakfast (chilaquiles and black beanswith my wife (she ate the samewe had to pay $500 MXN or about $25 dollars. That is theft and fake publicity.

A very good choice for all of Mexico. The one in Aguascalientes is exceptional. The staff and accommodations are exquisite.

Rooms are great and comfortable. The service is good as well. Mine was a short stay because I was on business but the breakfast included in the rate is not good at all, I opted to order from the menu instead.
