Quiet Haven Hotel in Kigali

Quiet Haven Nyanza was a quiet place to rest after a long travel. The beds were comfortable and the idea of a closet inside the bathroom was unique. The room was spacious with a tiny balcony. I liked the quality of the wifi and was able to comfortably sit on the chairs outside too. However, they need more staff who could speak English or French. I struggled making a request for my breakfast.

Lost all interest since 1st January 2022, when only the security officer welcomed us and we stood for hours in there... with no one coming to usher us in & when we walked out not even the receptionist cared... Was so concerned about the proprietors.

Definitely not a "Quiet" Haven. Extremely incompetent staff. Poor room conditions. Dont wate your time staying here.

A very comfortable lodging tucked away in a serene location in the hilly city of Kigali, Rwanda. The name is well conceived; it is a decent place to get away for quiet reflection.

Staying here for the 24 hour quarantine. Their rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. Service was amazing as well as the food I was served. All the staff members were very welcoming and respectful. I appreciate the lovely service and warm welcome. Would absolutely recommend.

Stayed for the 24hrs mandatory quarantine. Airport pickup kept me there for 2 hours waiting for passengers on 3 different flights (defeats the whole quarantine purpose), the room was way below anything a typical 3-stars hotel would have to offer, food was below average, there was a weird noise the whole night + staff continue making noise in the hall knowing that rooms are closeby and don’t have enough soundproofing.

Good place to stay very comfortable and the staff is very comfortable, courteous and helpful.The best thing is the food its awesome healthy and fresh .. People looking for a comfortable stay with good food and that too in budget then this place is the best

Very nice accommodation for the mandatory 24hr Quarantine after traveling! There was hot water!!!! Very friendly and excellent staff. Lovely breakfast on my own veranda overlooking the city and the convention center!

Nice view from the terrasse bar! Friendly outdoor seating in the gardens facing the barman who will surprise you with tempting cocktails!

It is quiet and near to the road but it has small and few rooms. It has fair prices.

Quiet environment but with potential for improvement. Each room is unique in its own way. Ground level rooms quite small though the upper level rooms are quite spacious and well serviced. All TV channels only friendly to French and Rwandese speakers. Moderate warm hospitality of staff

Beautiful hotel cosy rooms, outside bar with good music. The best barmen ever. The restaurant has good food and daily 3 course meals day and night. Free wifi, the best hang out spot by far

This place was quaint and cosy. Rooms were a bit small but clean. Air conditioned rooms and staff are friendly.

This place a better place for shopping books and arts instruments. They have tools that are not easy to find in Rwanda

I attended an event there called "Board Games and BBQ", which is a monthly event. It was quite interesting meeting people and make new friends on the table of board games. BBQ fish was well done too. I enjoyed my time there.

Very nice hotel with good restaurant. For lower mid-range hotels, we havent found anything better. Very convenient to local restaurants and transportation and very helpful staff.

The service at this hotel is extremely good. There is a nice little restaurant inside the hotel. You can take a morning stroll inside the hotel campus. Lots of open space for a budget hotel like this. The management is willing to assist and aspire for a quality service. Nice place to stay. This is my fourth visit to this hotel and I like this place.
