Milk tea doesn’t have enough milk, it tastes like a sugary concentrate. It also takes forever to get your order. Wouldn’t go again. I had to fix the tea after coming home.

the drinks came out really fast and the boba pearls themselves were great. perfectly chewy and sweet :)

Ive been in plenty of Quickly location and this has the priciest popcorn chicken $10. There was only one worker and this is probably due to the pandemic. The drink was ok. I didnt expect much. No public restroom here.

This guy was working here solo and accommodated all 14 of us when we suddenly came in, and quickly! Thank you so much lol

Literally the worst service ever. Girl with bangs was hella rude and she yelling out orders like she was mad at the world. Got our drink wrong, didn’t refund us, and didn’t make us the right drink. Stockton location is way better and that says something.

i thought i reviewed this place a year ago. well joint is as good as i remember it to be. not this particular place but the joint itself. great drinks, and good snacks.

A LOT of offerings from boba to smoothies and desserts. Theres definitely something for everyone and the quality is really good. Only critique is the lack of staffing (which is understandable), though with only one person working it can be a bit of a wait when theres a line.

One person working because hes too stingy to hire anyone else takes more than 20 mins for a drink and isnt at alll polite or friendly

Perfect boba & they still require masks! The boba is amazing. Other local boba teas (green tea / coffeeIve tried can be somewhat bitter, but these were just the right amount of sweetness! We had Jasmine Green Milk Tea & Coffee Milk Tea ❤ They did require and enforce mask wearing of anyone who walked in. They also ask patrons to wait outside for their order. I feel very safe and will definitely be back!

Limited menu for covid, makes sense. The popcorn chicken is also limited to one portion per drink. Boba isnt the best, but its hard to find a place with good boba that also does snacks.

This place is one my family most favorite place to come and get the best Bobas ! The variety is amazing and my family is trying to try each and everyone of them !

Try their oreo snow. So good. Also try the hazelnut milk tea with extra boba if you have a strong sweet tooth.

wrong drink, lied about running out of the right drink even though it wasnt crossed out on the menu like all the other "sold out" ones. Didnt bother to give me a different drink or a refund.

The drinks here are consistently pretty bad; if you get anything that isnt a plain milk tea, be prepared to get a syrupy mess with undissolved flavoring powder. The foods alright though.

wish i could give it zero stars the not only was our tea not iced and warm but the assumed manager got mad at us for accidentally spilling a drink but then kicked us out when we asked politely for a new one was extremely rude and will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone

Good service I went there for the first time a few weeks ago and it was GREAT I go there every few days now and the fastest ive ever received my drink was less than a minute, The workers are very nice and there was a new lady when I went today I say ive tipped over 10$ now and it tastes great, best boba ive EVER had (Thank you Quickly)

Very fast service, as the name implies. If youre like me and like your drinks less sweet, or if youre a health-conscious person, you can ask for less sugar, since their drinks are on the sweet side.

Very friendly staff, I got the strawberry milk tea and enjoyed it very much.

A good variety of flavors to choose from. This bubble tea place seems to make them a bit sweeter than most places, which is my only small issue.

The drinks were really bad and we had to repay just to fix them and they still tasted really bad and I get quickly alot in my home town and I got the same as I usually do and its tasted DISGUSTING and over all the server was really rude

I like the boba here. Great variety of flavors. I do warn that the price of the popcorn chicken is kinda a rip off. Ive been to about 10 different boba places, so yeah. Staff is really nice, but when the place is busy, the service isnt too quick. Its more of a to-go type of place although the aesthetics of the place is really nice.

This place has always been super snazzy. I hear that they are shutting down due to lack of staff. People that are interested in a job; you should totally apply! Save the boba quick stop. Now get to it; Quickly.

Best option for boba in Santa Cruz. This location gets really busy, but the wait is never too long. They have an endless list of flavors and blended/iced/smoothie/milkshake options.

Nice staff, but not quality boba. The milk tea a powdery/syrup-like consistency. Fair for a quick fix for milk tea, but not recommended otherwise.

The drinks are amazing, the boba is always well cooked, and I really like the jelly here. The only reason why I gave four stars instead of five is because of the service. A man who works at quickly (may be the owneris incredibly rude. He refused to let me and my friends use their bathroom after we politely asked. And, when I had the edge of my shoe on a chair, he came over, aggressively pointing at his own shoe and me. I took my foot down and immediately apologized; he left without a word. Very rude, considering I come in here almost weekly with family and friends, and have spent much of my own money here. Its a shame, because the drinks are so good!

I know this place is a chain, but their drinks are SO GOOD! I cant resist coming here every time I make a trip downtown. The only problem is they are 99% of the time sold out of something -- usually food. They also have a problem with staffing, and sometimes have to close early because there are not enough people to work the place. Still definitely consider coming here, as it is the best boba in town.

Prices are fair; fast service; they should add drinks with selected ingredients to their menu to make it easier for new customers to choose a drink.

I had boba from many other places and so far this was the worst tasting boba I ever had. It was my first time getting boba from this place and it will be my last. I got the rose milk tea and asked if I could exchange it they said said no, it tasted so disgusting that I throw it away right there.

Decent Boba here in SC, service isnt great. They get sort if annoyed when they have to do an order they messed up on. Overall and ok place in SC

I stopped by while exploring Santa Cruz and tried their mango milk tea. The drink tasted like the milk had gone bad from how unusually sour it was, which was concerning. The service wasnt friendly and when I asked to exchange my drink, they said they would have to charge for the new drink.

Cute place and good selection of boba, but usually out of stock of any one thing.

Not the best place for AMAZING boba. However, it does fit the average consumer in the sense that it can give you that hit of nostalgia so youre satiated on boba until you go to LA and get the superior boba experience. However, this place aint great.

This place just refused to serve an eight-year-old girl because the owner could not understand her. The eight-year-old girl is autistic and the owner doesnt speak good English. He pointed at the sign that says we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.Boycott this place at all costs. Horrible owners and a horrible experience.

I started buying boba from here because the original boba place (Boba Cruzshut down. Quickly is okay but it doesnt compare to Boba Cruz. Boba Cruz had more of an authentic taste. At quickly I order a frutti tea ,its black tea with passion fruit a strawberry flavor, I add boba and lychee jelly. This is a "make your own " tea. I make it like this because it tastes similar to boba cruz classic "strawberry peachy lychee" tea. i will always think Bobs Cruz was the best boba i ever tasted, but quickly Is a close second.

2016.06.06: Good, but not great. Definitely was not "quickly" since the machine was broken. And our tea was too sweet. Great choices of flavors, though.
