Question Coffee Gishushu - Cafe in Kibungo, Rwanda
Good chilled place to relax while enjoying good coffee. If youre taking the coffee class, Yolanda is such an amazing instructor. Shes fun and she really understands how to help even the poorest of learners to understand the coffee brewing process. Highly recommend💯💯.
We did the coffee course during our stay in Kigali, its a project run by and for woman and to help the locals to grow better coffee in a sustainable way. We got a two hour course by a very nice female, university educated barista. Nice and well informed. First half was the explanation about coffee itself, discoverage, growth, areas treatment etc. And the next hour was the different ways to nose and taste and distinguish the different coffees. It wasa serieusly nice and well spend time and money.Arthur & Marian
Good coffee but they are always sold out of food (cake/pastryby early afternoon - why they havent considered increasing supply is beyond me.Also, what a waste of plastic. Everyone who is seated for coffee still automatically receive takeaway cups. For a company trying to promote sustainable coffee production, this is the biggest paradox.
The coffee is varied and really good. The reception is Happy to help you make a selection.Great outdoor garden seating or on Verandah. Friendly service. The coffee house looks like an authentic coffee mill. Great for foreigners and locals.
Easily kne of the places I would go back time and again. Affordable coffee nd amazing place to just sit and get work done on laptop
Very friendly place, great coffee
Very nice place for specialty coffee...mild, robust- describe your mannerism and preference and they will deliver that coffee type. Great outdoor spaces -wifi, cool, clean and airy. Mostly coffee and limited food accompaniments sandwiches and croissant.
The coffees excellent😍...the service not so much 😕
Wonderful atmosphere and killer coffee - they completely forgot to bring my and my brides order though, bad organization
Great place to get coffee. This place is great at empowering women in business.
Good Coffee, croissants and pain au chocolat better than most places in Kigali but nowhere close to the French originals as some claimit to be. Service is mediocre. Menu is extremely limited. Its popularity is exaggerated for lack of quality places in the city.
I love their speciality coffee and Good working space
Without doubt, this place provides the best coffee with excellent service.
I really enjoyed the coffee mint lemonade drink. Super refreshing and energizing. Service was excellent as usual.
Coffee is great, there is the alluring smell of coffee as you enter. You can order as you go. Nice outdoor café with actual coffee plants in the garden. Staff are friendly and attentive
Everyone already knows this spot. Best coffeehouse in Kigali. Staff is extremely nice. Seating is limited but all the spots are wonderful.
I love the coffee, but unfortunately they raised the prices by 50% so I wont be buying bags of coffee from them anymore.
Friendly staff with a wide range of coffee beans to try out
If you are looking for a calm place where to work or study, head straight to Question Coffee. Enough space for your personnal belongings and enough coffee for you to keep your sanity (especially when the burnt-out is near). Friendly staff and fast service! Remember to be quiet though, its the perfect spot to study or work.
This coffee place serves arabica coffee planted by 30,000 women farners.Bought coasters to put hot drinks but price was high usd 20 for 5 coasters
I liked it, really close to where im staying. Never managed to get here and get a cinnamon roll!
Nice spot, great coffee. Will def be back 🙂
I liked the coffee! It was worth of buying!
Best coffee and best coffee shop in Kigali. The staff are all lovely and friendly and professional. The setting is beautiful with a beautiful, old acacia tree in the garden. Very good wifi too.
Good coffee, but if you like dark roast, you might be disappointed. Still, lovely cafe and outdoor seating and the staff is wonderful.
Excellent cappuccino coffee and very good service by knowledgeable staff.Question Coffee was recommended to me by Kigali Serena Hotel; they serve Question Coffee to their guests. They also recommended their coffee tours.I was ready to eat lunch so surprised that we could only get patisserie. Now that I understand the business a bit better, I understand their focus.Thousands of Rwandan women benefit directly from the training and market for quality coffee.#diaryofamuzungu #VisitRwanda #coffee
One of the best place to set up a business meeting and for personal time, good for study, research and a time out with friends.Good and well prepared coffee is their brand and good customer service.
Really amazing place to have the best coffee in Kigali. Accessible location, good parking, drive through pickups. They have also a good WiFi connection where you can enjoy your work with amazing minds around you.
Good Coffee, nice ambienceThey also sell Coffee Brewing Equipments
No.1 coffee in Rwanda.Best place to take a coffee as well as buy coffee bean for souvenirs
This is definitely the spot you have to go to if your looking for a place to relax or get a delicious cup of coffee. When purchasing your coffee look at the sign to see the method that you have to use to get the most out of your coffee. I went with the caramel latte iced and wow that was phenomenal. Even bought some coffee myself and the nice part is they grind it right there for you. Depending on your method of brewing. For future travel and food adventures follow my Instagram @officialgetfresh
Amazing coffee and pastries. Good variety and service. The environment is really pleasant
Friendly staff.Wide variety of coffee. Tried two machiatos - one with berry undertones and one with milk chocolate undertones. Both were delicious 🤤. I am not a coffee connoisseur but I could tell it was premium coffee 👌🏾.Also had a slice of lemon cake, it was fresh. The place is also clean and the environment outside was a pleasure to take in. There is this courtyard with lush greenery, and then there are two cafe areas one on either side of the coffee shop. It’s also quiet, so you could come to work here too. So options galore for the type of the atmosphere you’re looking for.I wish I came here earlier, it’s just lovely ♥️.
Rwandan female coffee co-op. Excellent coffee to drink there are bring home. Great staff nice atmosphere, well worth the visit
The layout is quite nice and spacious. Appears to be very popular as I couldnt get anywhere to seat at 10.00 am. My cappuccino was good , the service was fast but I cant rate other services as I couldnt stay
Question coffee, unquestionably the best café in town! Great service, great coffee experience, nice atmosphere. Fellow Kigali based interior designer Studio Marler did amazing designs with the space.
Great spacious spot with excellent coffee. Fast wifi, you can work from here. Also they sell Rwandan coffee beans - great gift.
Amazing coffee. Thus far the best Ive had in Rwanda! Highly recommend it.
The one of the best coffee shop in town,In addition to coffee, you can find nice gifts for your friends,An organization which supports women presence in the business as well,In many perspectives, the one of the best destination to spend time in Kigali
This place has such strong hipster vibes, it feels like youre sitting somewhere in Europe, not Kigali. The coffee was good and the atmosphere fine,
I’ve been to Question Coffee a couple times and enjoyed it thoroughly each time. The first time I had an affogato and the second time, a spiced latte. Both were delicious and came in these unique servers. Not sure if it was the time of day that I visited, but the accompanying food selection was a bit limited. The Women’s Bakery pretzel that I had was quite enjoyable, but at the time I was hoping for a sandwich or pastry. No problem though! I will still return :Looking forward to trying a tour or the coffee Masterclass sometime.
This roastery /cafe has local Rwandan coffee beans powered by sustainable growers. They offer to brew your drink in many different forms to.There is a range of coffee beans available for purchase too. They offer a 2 hour tasting class for the coffee lovers. My only suggestion if they want to grow the cafe side is to expand on the food range available as they only had Croissants (that ran out at 10.30am)There is lots of great outdoor seating (unless it rains)Free WiFi available for customers too
Best coffee around Kigali. Great peaceful escape. Grown and Operated by Rwandan Women.
Best Coffee Joint 👌 excellent Courteous staff Serene and quite environment.. Coffee Joint Worth visiting. Quick Service and WiFi and laptop working area sufficient for smaller to medium size grps.
This place has such strong hipster vibes, it feels like youre sitting somewhere in Europe, not Kigali. The coffee was good and the atmosphere fine, though there is little else on the menu apart from the coffee and a few pastries.
Awesome Awesome coffee...and the master class is amazing amazing. Theve got that perfect medium light roast, you knowwww! Dont get dark roast and starbucks. And they have coffee tools and appliances got a pour over kit. Already feeling like a coffee Jedi.
Great cafe! The iced and hot coffee were the best I had in Rwanda along with delicious croissants and pretzels. The driveway is a bit difficult bc of the hill but overall fantastic place!
Best coffee in Kigali! They roast their own coffee that is sourced from a woman’s farm co-operative. Also, you can sign up for coffee classes or for a really Emerson’s experience you can take the all-day farm tour experience.Don’t miss this gem when you visit Kigali!
Best coffee weve had in Kigali. Had the white cold brew and iced spicy latte. Diverse selection of coffee - hot and cold. They also have an array of coffee beans for sale in the shop.Plenty of outdoor, covered seating with beautiful views of a garden and the valley below. Blend of people working on laptops and socializing in both small and large groups. Wifi was decent when we were there. Great place to sit for a couple hours to work or to have a catch-up.
Nice place, slightly pricey. Has an accompanied tourist component where they show you actual coffee plantation if you want. At additional $.
