Agreat place to stay, very quiet. Beds not as soft as I like but all is good.

Clean accommodation with kitchenette. Walls are a little thin but bed very comfortable. Breakfast pack was sufficient

Whilst it appears youbhave found a little gem when you enter the driveway. Unfortunately, on leaving, we were told the reason it is not up to the normal standard of cleanliness and hygiene for a Quest is due to covid19, not due to lack of staff members. I would expect the standard to go up not down like other companies due to this. I will return... but not until cleaning is back to standard level.

This place is outstanding and I could not recommend it more. We stayed here for 3 nights with my family and I could not fault it. It is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything!! The rooms are super clean, I was a bit worried about travelling during the pandemic but oh my gosh, this place is so clean I feel very comfortable here. The cleaners here do such an amazing job, even the fold out bed that we were using for my child looked brand new. The cleaners take great care of everything here. Ive watched them during the day maintaining the pool and the BBQ area and the yard, cleaning spider webbs picking up rubbish doing the garden. They take pride in this place and it really shows.Ive been to lots of places around Australia and this place honestly is in my top list places of palces. The BBQ area is great it has everything you need to cook a BBQ, big table outside in the grass to enjoy the weather. The rooms had a big dinner table plus dryer washing machine and even a clothes airer.I will be back here again and this time I will bring more family to join us. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my stay amazing and thank you to Kerry and the cleaners who worked through the holidays and do such an amazing job to make my visit from Melbourne one to remember.

Rooms are average, but what you would expect from a rural hotel such as this. Bathrooms are well cleaned and same with the bedrooms. The living room was quite musty (probably due to dust)and had to turn on AC to alleviate this.All the services and amenities are provided to acceptable standards as advertised.NOTE: The natural-lighting of many of single floor apartments are not as advertised, with my apartment especially being quite dark during the day which is something you may want to remember before booking.

The two-bedroom apartment we stayed was very nice. Parking was available right in front of the accommodation, which was very convenient. Had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy. The front office ladies were lovely and very informative. Location was very good. Overall, we enjoyed the two nights in sale with Quest.

Check in/check out process was super easy, and the young blonde woman in reception was very friendly. Room was tidy & clean & well equipped for what we needed for our stay. Only feedback is that the bed was a bit hard, and it’s a bit overpriced for what it is - in a small country town. Apart from that - it was great. 👍🏼

Nice and clean place to stay, friendly cleaning service. All the usual facilities provided for in each room, the only thing was the dryer was not working and no note to say so, but overall great accomadation.

Pros:Central location.Free parking.Local amenities accessible on foot or by car.Good blockout curtains/blinds.Okay beds.Easy check-in & check out.Cons:Very dated, drab and and poor attention to detail.Grubby shower and bath. General cleaning standards very poor.Stains in various places i.e kitchen sink, on carpet and on bed linen.Toilet unclean.Used foil in oven.Greasy kitchenware.Strand of hair found on sofa and dining table.No restaurant/cafe on site, so no breakfast available.Snacks/light refreshments available in room at the bar, $4 for a small bar of chocolate! Daylight robbery!Awful smell of sewage coming from drain in master ensuite which is overbearing particularly at night when youre trying to sleep.Awful flat pillows not great if you like a firm support for your back.Although parking is free, it is unsecured - sign stating park at your own risk!Outdoor pool available - however does not look clean at all.Overpriced room for quality and issues stated above.

Amazing rooms and facilities. Everything worked perfectly - the WiFi, the TV, the air conditioning, the fridge, the fans, the washer and the dryer. Amazing pool and public BBQ. Amenities everywhere under walking distance - pubs, fast food, super markets and all other general items. We just loved this place.

Big cabinet with iron board and iron and some hangers3. Some drawers for small stuff4. 2 x night stand with enough room to plug your charging cable if you fiddle around a bit5. Window to see the side of the apartment since is on the ground floor.The staff are friendly to speak with and considerate and uphold safety protocol during COVID. They even give you a bag of coffee or tea or sugar in a zip lock bag when you ask for some which is a great way to ensure handling small things with minimum contact.Also, WiFi is good enough to get it in your room as I stay some places with bad WiFi signal.Overall my stay is nice.

Everytime im in sale i stay here the rooms are stunning and very spacious! The beds are super comfy they have everything you need! The staff make your stay especially Shannon she is amazing and so helpful!

Beautifully appointed, exceptional clean and spacious rooms. Easily the best accommodation in Sale for our family of 5, the pool and pool area are also fabulous. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Great place to stay - transit. Smooth and quick check in. Plenty of parking close to your room. Swipe card access. Room is comfortable. If its a hot day theres an outdoor swimming pool, laundry. Good all.round value for money.

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment I was so impressed with the size it was a lot larger than I was expecting. Very clean, well stocked kitchen & great in room laundry facilities.

Quest Sale is a pleasant place to stay. I stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom villa. The room was very clean, well laid out and stocked with all the necessary furniture and accessories to make my stay pleasant including a great washer and dryer. My only complaint would be that the speed of the wifi during peak periods rendered unusable. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Was booked in for 2 nights and left after one. Tiny rooms, paper thin walls, rock hard pillows. I travel a lot for work and stay at a variety of different places, this is on the never again list.

I’ve stayed in a few quests over the years and this is up there with the best of them. Good sized clean rooms, all of the amenities you’d expect and a great outdoor areas. The service was exemplary too

Modern, clean and well appointment rooms. The instant coffee was the best Ive ever had at a motel, almost tasted like a French press! Bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. Basic kitchen in the studio rooms is enough to make a quick meal. The outdoor BBQ and pool area is lovely.

Really nice Quest this one, modern, spacious and well designed. Rooms are modern, well appointed and my 2 bedroom unit had an en suite. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Definitely stay here, its a good motel, especially for corporate travellers going through sale. Also close to pubs, eateries etc.

Very awesome location and spaceous build ,you can park your car straight away infront of your room. Have all the modern amenities and pool but in the middle of car parking area. No inside restaurant but surrounded with alots of restaurants having great menus and bars.

Rooms were large clean with a kitchenette staff were helpful. Theres a pool bbq area and a gym.

Stayed at Quest Sale for a recent work conference. Well appointed rooms, clean and all amenities. Pool looked nice (I didnt take a dip but was tempted!Friendly helpful staff, and located in a good spot in town. Would recommend.

Booked the quest for wedding guests to stay, they put everyone in rooms close by. Beautiful place!

Big rooms, air-con, nice pool area. Our room was comfortable but could do with a repaint & minor renovate.

TV Reception was poor, bed was solid as a rock and the walls were paper thin so I was lucky enough to enjoy a very persistent cough from my neighbour all night

A well designed contemporary motel with a first class standard of finishes. Room spotlessly presented, staff couldnt be more helpful. This is as good as motels get and I should know as I design them.

Friendly staff, great rooms and very clean! Was bumped over from siesta (accross the roadbut will be definately staying here from now on! Huge DVD collection at reception to borrow as well!

This was a lovely hotel. Great service from staff when we checked in and checked out.The rooms felt very secure being within a keycard/secure entry door for our group of rooms, so two secure doors.It was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.

very ordinary place to stay! the list of issues1. rooms way smaller than they appear on website advertising2. adjoining room was not made known to us3. King bed was actually two single beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable4. Air conditioner was very dusty we had to clean filters ourselves or risk being rained on by dust.5. Room dirty on arrival with cup marks and grease on kitchen benches.6. View from window was a high fence and at night there was a street light that shone in the window, very difficult to sleep.7. room full of dust and leaves.if you are considering staying here don,t it is not good value for money
