Quesada Burritos & Tacos in Anmore

Ordered a burrito bowl BOGO offer on Uber eats. The portion size per bowl was literally less than half! Ridiculous customer service!

Rice wasnt cooked enough and the burrito was loaded with it. The whole burrito was super dry and honestly the worst burrito Ive ever had.

Very great place for food and please come and order more 👌👌👌🔥🔥😋😋😋😋❤️❤️

The worst burrito bowl I have ever had. They are cheap with their toppings and the workers were rude when I asked for extra toppings. Go anywhere else

The roasted veggie burrito was decent. The black beans were undercooked or not in a paste. Felt like they were being cheap on giving out ingredients.I asked for the hot sauce, on top of having jalapeños inside the burrit. It barely scratched my spicy itch. Mildly disappointed.Nevertheless, it was a good meal that I enjoyed. Staff was courteous and happy.

Got the large burrito, but it was so small even smaller than regular size at other places. The meat was a bit cold as well. Not coming back here anymore.

Food is bland and all I can taste is spice. I got a Burrito bowl and they cheapened out on adding sour cream, rice, and cheese. All I taste is greens and spice. Don’t waste your time getting food from here it’s below average.

Staff was very friendly and guiding since it was my first time at Quesada and they took their time serving me. Poor cousin to Burrito Boyz.1st & last order placed for drunken chicken quesadilla which was sadly flavorless & pre-packaged quacamole is used at this establishment. Better to grab a frozen bean burrito at the local convenience store.

I was in and out in a few minutes with my food. This might have been because the bowl wasnt filled nearly as much as other locations Ive regularly visited. Ive never seen so little refried beans in a bowl bowl the somehow the skipped on rice a bit. The ancho pork serving was fine. The lady rushed it but the cashier was friendly. Not very satisfied with my purchase today.

Best place for burritos. The toppings are always fresh, and the sauces are yummy. Regular size is really good compared to other similar Mexican franchises.

This place has amazing customer Service, there is not one person I’ve dealt with that was not kind! The food and the portions are great! I’ve been there several times and it’s always extremely clean! I’ve always felt 100% safe coming here during the pandemic as they follow all safety protocols. I highly recommend the ground beef.

Toppings are very fresh and yummy. They did not skimp on the young either. Ordered 3 tacos with the world and each has a different protein; beef, pork and ... ... Beyond.Ive had Beyond meat before, in a bigger, and really enjoyed it. This Beyond taco was interesting. Not great but definately better than "meh" or "not bad". Its was better than, say, tofu or just beans. Not fair to call it bland but its kinda boring in terms of taste but so is beef sometimes. However, if I was a non animal product eater I would definately order Being taco from here on a regular. In fact is order it over the beef too.The pork taco was great! Excellent and very satisfying after reading the beyond and then the beef.🌮 shells were crunchy and not flimsy or brittle.Finished with a churro, which was just ok.Staff was very friendly; and in masks glades etc. and social distancing was enforced.

It was my first time having a burrito from Quesada. I got a spicy chicken burrito and it was the best burrito Ive had. The employees were very kind and the service was fast. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The price for a regular burrito is pretty good and the service here was okay but weirdly enough I was the only person in the store until another person came in the service was fast and the burrito itself was pretty good its a pretty good burrito place. I would say give it a chance if your curious

We got black been tacos and bit into a rock. i am lucky I didnt break a tooth.We took the rock, showed the owner and all he said was " they come like that sometimes"Not even an apology let alone a refund on our rock filled tacos.I used to work in another qusada and I know that the beans they buy have rocks in them and require sorting out the rocks. This is standard in most bulk beans orders for mexican restaurants.Sure I get that it happens but not only is the owner here not quality controlling his staff to do their jobs but handled the situation poorlyHave not returned since, be carefull when you get black beans. Or maybe go to a location where the owner cares.

Tv is very loud and makes it hard to hear the workers ontop of their rather strong accents. But other than that, the food was very good and covid precautions were well established.

I had my 1st Burrito at this location for lunch & all I can say is WOW!! AMAZING! The spicy chicken wasnt too spicy but the jalapenos I had added made it just right! I will be back again. Pricing was not unreasonable. The location was clean & the staff was friendly

The beyond meat was dry and rubbery. I eat these all the time but when I Tried to return it, they looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. No refund was offered, So then she took my bowl back over the counter and was going to add fresh beyond meat.....? I said no, don’t worry about it and then was offered a fresh bowl....I left.

Some of the employees dont know how to prepare the food properly, very sloppy when they make the food, didnt appreciate the service today. Didnt feel I got a clean burrito served to me and they used dirty wrap because they burned my wrap the first time, need better training from their owner. Food is good but get some better friendly employees who smile and prepare the food with some dignity.

Can’t say this place was awesome. Chicken tasted old, and server was going so fast it was hard to understand her or decide what I wanted on my food. The place was empty so there was no reason to be rushing. On top of that, my tacos were extremely soggy when i went to take a bite. Do not recommend, not this location at least.

Everyone that says this place is great works at/owns the restaurant (if you can call it that).The food is ALL stale (meat, taco shells, burrito shells, nachosand the portions are for 2 year olds. I ordered 2 large dishes and after paying the $30, I was hungrier than when I first got there.The service is ok but I dont care about service from take out places because...well, Im not a weirdo.Go to Bar Burrito or Chipotle if you are in Woodbridge and save your money and satisfy your appetite. Very bad and rude experience. We had a lot to order as we were group of 6 and went there for a birthday treat. The guy who was making our Tacos, Burritos, Bowl and Quesadilla was highly dis-interested and extremely cheap when it came to adding stuff. What we got as end product was nothing but empty tortilla and tacos.Other than that, when my friend asked to add little more corn, he was straight out rude. He behaved like we were owing something to him.Overall, bad experience.We loved the Brampton Quesada with all our heart and gave 5 star review to that one. But, for this one, I hope things would have been same.To management, this happened on May 23rd, 8:30 PM.

In the mood of celebrating Cinco de Mayo 2019 with $5 Burrito

The Beyond Meat is very good, nice serving size as well (I did get a large bowl). Guac was a bit on the small side, but otherwise its a great healthy meal for those watching their weight. I say this because the portions are not over done. If you are looking for big helpings of each topping, you might be a little underwhelmed. Overall though, Im glad Quesada started working with Beyond Meat. The spices they used really gave the crumbles a kick. Soy-free and gluten-free as well.

The spicy chicken tasted like dog food to me. I know thats a terrible thing to say but its the only comparison I could make. Its dark meat and sketcky. Other than the meat the other ingredients were fresh. I will not be eating here again.

I ordered catering done with a couple of weeks notice. It was executed well even though I would have appreciated a little bit more communication between the catering staff and myself. The food was about 15 minutes late for delivery. Everyone loved the food so thank you for an amazing service. This was my first time dealing with catering so thank you for doing a great job. I recommend this place to anyone for catering needs.There were some miscommunications with the catering staff but everything was resolved in the end. They did charge my card after the food was delivered so if that happens to you dont Greek out like I did. LOL. The food arrived.Thank you Shakila for the reassurance through out the week.

Horrible food, how do you make a queseda without enough cheese to hold it together. Chicken was flavourless and not even basic toppings like peppers was available. Considering this is the name of the place I expected better.

Best food! Always fresh, the staff there always show a positive attitude every time I return. Portion is the most out of every location I’ve been to. Definitely the place to go to. Can not compare to Burrito Boyz or mucho burrito, this place is 100x better from taste, portion, and price. Love the customer service given!

I really dont get why its so bad. First of all, the food is amazing and big for portions but it is a little overpriced. The only issue I had with this place is that I asked for medium salsa for my chips about 3 times, i thought he would of heard but I had to get back up after getting my food for ask another time. Overall I do recommend this place over Mucho Burrito or Chipotle but this is a bit far from where I reside

Service and food is ok but the rice and chicken is a bit dry. But all the other toppings work well and help compliment the burrito The bigass burrito is huge!

The worst Mexican I have ever had. Both the chicken & steak bowls were disgusting - the meat was inedible. The customer service though, that was something special. No, we dont have guacamole, no we dont have sauce. You dont have sauce, or youre too lazy to go out the back & get it?

Solid, clean food. Bowls are a bit on the small side. Burritos are the way to go if youre really hungry. For me, fish tacos are the best with the ancho pork tacos following up closely behind.

I was a bit unsure of this place after reading the reviews, but wanted a burrito and this was the closest place. The customer service was fantastic. The lady who served me was a total sweetheart. I wish Id gotten her name, but she had darker hair (maybe dark purple?in a ponytail and wore eyeliner. She made my day! Absolutely lovely woman.The food itself was good - chicken was a bit dry, but thats my only complaint.

I used the loyalty card, which says "Redeem 12 stamps for a free regular burrito." I ordered a regular fish burrito and then they told me that the loyalty card cant be redeemed for a fish burrito. When I asked why, they said that its because its the most expensive burrito. How is that a reasonable explanation for not allowing me to redeem for it? All of types of burritos are different prices, so how do they justify just removing the most expensive one? It doesnt say anything about not being able to redeem for fish on the card. What a scam.

Being a vegetarian now Quesada has become one of my top places to grab fast food from that is actually a decently healthy option. Not sure why people are complaining about the service here so much. I have been going here for 4+ years almost 3-4 times a week now and the staff know me and put in my order even without asking since I tend to get the same things almost all the time. They have always been friendly and considering the volume they go through, quite fast as well. Only con I have is that this location tends to vary on the spiciness of their sauces. I come for the Habanero Mayo but for a while it was being made at different levels of hot. Still amazingly tasty though!

SERVICE SUCKS. NO customer service skills.Typical franchisee who cares little about maintaining corporate policy and just downright cheap. Portions were tiny. Had to ask for extra toppings all through the process. Luckily Vaughan Mills is getting a way better Mexican option.Will never go back here.Even if someone offers to pay!Its a shame really, the food was not bad. But not good enough to put up with their level of service.

Refused to take our winning cinco de mayo coupon. For the family 4 pack.If I could negative star this I would. Customer service so badWe were just at the Quesada in Ontario at the 90 edgeley blvd #104 location. And they refused to enter our promotional code for our free family 4 pack of burritos. They didnt even try to copy the code to return to HQ which is mentioned on the Bottom of this email.I gave them my phone to see the coupon and they still refused to take the coupon. Even saying they dont have the items!!This is the closest Quesada location for our date and these two employees (older woman and guy with curly hairdidnt not even try to be helpful to us.This isnt what Ive experienced at the Dixie and Eglington location which had 100% better service. As repeat customers we were excited for tonight and purposely drove to this location to eat our meal.My wife and I ended going to the unit next door to have half price wings instead of even trying to deal with the disgraceful service at this Quesada location.If this is way they treat repeat customers. Its no wonder the location was empty when we arrived. Id be surprised to see them treat paying us timers any better.I can only hope these were not the owners of the location. Suffice to say we will probably not be back to this location again.SadlyJonathan.
