Service was perfect, guy was patient with us really appreciated.

Their spicy chiken is very bland. Tasted like boiled chicken without any seasoning.

Had to find chicken pieces from burrito bowl.

I first came here after getting out of the hospital, and a spicy chicken burrito was a lovely welcome back to the outside world. Even now, when I live around the corner, a spicy chicken burrito is my little ritual after a doctors appointment. Never fails to make me feel better. Staff are lovely, attentive, and good at what they do. I recommend this place to everyone.

My favorite place for burritos. The staff was helpful. As a vegetarian person I have a great option here for both burrito bowl and wrap. I like this place very much.

Bussin, very bussin. Very close to Chipotle from the states, of course have its differences but its still good, made for spicy people also, unlimited drink, pretty nice, bathroom, decently clean and presentable, people and workers are very friendly

Tried the first time and it’s my last time.Size of the plate is small and the portion it’s soooo not generous. I ate everything and was more hungry.I buy food to fill my hunger. Not to be more hungry !!!

I have eaten a lot of times at Quesada and I have to admit it is very good. I always have grilled chicken with chipotle and paprika sauces and its very delicious for a fast food.On the other hand I cannot give them 5 stars, because they removed the bowls made of tortillas which were my favorites. The quantity of food decreased by a lot. Last time they replaced the churros with something shaped as a donut. I don’t know where they are going with these decisions…

They forget stuff all the tim when ordering through uber eats and its their fault, not the drivers

Yummy but I’ve ordered three times for delivery and they’ve never given me the hot sauce, garnish or sour cream. Kind of sucks because it feels like a silly oversight that makes the experience fall flat.

Good service but food really meh. If you want a good burrito go to a real Mexican resto

Didnt like it at all, quantity is very less, half of the bowl is empty and when we called about this to complaint, store manager is didnt even paid attention to it. I want to give 0 star...

They dont know the difference between Jalapeno and Green Pepper. I didnt even add green pepper when I placed the order online. The bowl was full of green pepper and red pepper. I asked to add twice the usual amount of hot and mild salsa. The entire thing tasted sweet.

Previously gave it 5 star, because this was my favorite spot, staff is friendly, food was incredible.However, they tried changing the steak into some soggy pile of garbage and havent went back since, till yesterday, turns out the downgrade didnt workout for them, so they decided to downgrade further and change to ground beef 😂 are you serious?? Ground beef ?? Imagine paying 18$ for ground beef burrito... LOLQuesada was a must have for me and friends atleast once every 2-3 weeks, now its a once ever if we have no other options.Sad really, I understand they need to make money but downgrading in quality isnt the way to do it, especially for restaurants...Consider bringing back the old steaks and stop being so money hungry, 18$ per person isnt cheap food. I would be damn shocked if they havent actually lost profits after removing the steak menu.SAD!

Its sort of a replacement for Chipotle in the U.S.. Not quite the same, of course. They dont offer Tabasco at the tables, which would make a big difference. But the actual food is good and the value is good too. The people there are just wonderful. They dont have pinto beans and they usually dont give enough black beans. They dont have any actual pico de gallo, but just something they can "chopped tomatoes." So theyre not perfect. But theyre pretty good.

It was good. They were nice. If we werent really hungry I wouldnt eat there again. It was like the subway sandwiches of Mexican food.

Last time i visited it was good quality food Today visited i am very unhappy. food no test at all , price very expensive with amount of food they give. inside counter they put two girl dont have any experience to make food. Iam not recommended this maxican food at all.

I love this place, its one of the few fast foods that is healthy and flexible for many diets, vege, vegan, keto, all no problem. The Beyond Meat burrito was surprisingly good especially spicy!

My boyfriend, friend and I came in for a quick bite to eat. I believe the man with the glasses was the manager and there was one other guy working. They could tell we were not from the area and were super nice to us. They were so excited to have us in their store. The food was amazing too! I will be going there again next tine I visit!

They have a nice fish burrito, which is very hard to find in this city. As far as fast food goes this place is great. Portions could be more generous for the price most times, but I think I was spoiled on my first visit with an extra-stuffed burrito; that time was late and my other visits since have all been nearer lunch. Its good enough that its the only place Ive been to three times since I moved to this city a few weeks ago.

The food is always tasty and enjoyable. My only issue is that my food is usually room temperature, not hot. That affects the overall taste. Aside from that, I enjoy going to this resto.

Awesome so many choices! I had a huge fresh bean and rice with lots of vegg burrito. Staff so nice too. Prices are right on!

A real bigass burrito! A little disorganized but I believe my server was new. Smart to toast it in the foil however it doesnt get as crispy and you cant tell if its grilled to customers liking. Churros are great and were fresh. No refried beans at this location.

After waiting patiently for service, another person walked in and was served before me by who I assume was the manager. I walked out and have no idea how good their food is. It aggravates me when management allows people to budge the line. This happened at about 2:53pm Oct 24.

A good place for burritos,. Good childrens meal offer (better than any competitorand the lime chicken option looks really good. My burrito was excellent and soft drinks are in tap. Also the first place Ive seen to offer tofu burritos! I didnt try them but I will next time. Thanks Quesada!

So Ill start off by saying that the team who served me my food are amazing. I have ordered from this location numerous times and the sheer volume of food that they manage to pack into my burrito is phenomenal. Pay no attention to the sensitive people who have never ordered food from a food joint before (there are some quite ridiculous claims , but from my personal experience and as well as the many friends ive brought with me, NONE of us have any negative comments to make concerning this location or any of their staff). This locations success is driven by its teams hard work and kindness, and when i mean kindness i legitimately mean that. So everyone at Quesada keep up the good work and pay no attention to those who try to tarnish your name.

This place offers good food and good enough service. The installations are visibly not optimal as I saw sauce fell into the napkin box more than once while some workstations were unused during rush hours. Overall you get a good meal, but you surely pay the price.

The food was dry, tasteless and bland. Guac was browning and they barely give you any. Sauces are strange and there is no tabasco.Staff was kind of rude, it was our first time ordering there and they rushed us. I would not go back again. I would rather drive 100km to go to Chipotle than to go to this place.

Id never eaten a burrito before, and this place has me wanting more gut busting deliciousness like they make it. Yes, i consider it fast food, but its better than the usual burger and fries joints.Id surely have two burritos per meal if it wasnt for the rather high price.Oh, and free WiFi!!

I realize its a chain restaurant (so not necessarily original, and no real personality), but the food at Quesada is good quality. Fresh and good tasting, at a generally reasonable price.
