The best breakfast joint in Peterborough by far! Their food is fresh and the menu is large. The coffee is hot and strong. The service is top notch. Andrea is doing an incredible job! She takes the time to get to know all the customers and makes just enough small talk to make you feel at home. The food is delicious and the portions are large. We will return for sure!

Absolutely love the atmosphere, the friendly staff leave you feeling like a friend coming to visit rather than another table.Everything was perfectly cooked and the coffee was divine.Will come back when Im down this way again.

Great breakfast and nice friendly service

Stopped here, on our way home from Bon Echo, for some breakfast. The food was good, served expediently, and reasonably priced. I had the breakfast poutine, very good. Service was reasonable, especially considering they seemed to be short staffed.

Good breaky. Our waitress was a hoot too. Too much Hollandaise on the food but know to ask em to use 1/2 next time. Will be back

The Queensway restaurant has the best breakfasts.The staff are wonderful, the prices are fair and the atmosphere is inviting.I stumbled upon this place one day and highly recommend. Its the only place I go for breakfast now.

What can I say? The chicken club sandwich I had for lunch may have been the best sandwich Ive ever had. The best in town by far. Im ashamed to admit Ive only eaten the stellar breakfast items at the Queensway before today. Im going to be ordering this sandwich alot. Thanks Queensway. Top notch service as always.

To make it simple. Get the Breakfast Poutine! Absolutely delicious meal, and its enough to fill you up for the entire day. Bottom is hasbrowns then eggs any style, and your choice of meat. Topped with lots of hollandaise sauce. Inside has been renovated since I was last in. Also, this deserves a mention.Queensway has the to be one of the very few restaurants where the tea pot does not spill down the spout when pouring. Very bright and open dining area. Great staff and prices.Only issue is with the entrances from the road which are riddled with potholes. The parking lot itself is fine.

Cozy atmosphere. Service is good, they keep your coffee cup full! Food is reasonably priced and good quality. Had the Eggs Benedict poutine, was filling and tasty. When in Peterborough, find this place, you wont be disappointed.

Simple and straightforward breakfast place with hard working staff to meet demands (especially with additional Covid checking requirements. Very thankful for our patronage.Please dont tip percentage at breakfast...the entire coffee refill efforts AND the lower price menu items arent enough. If you can afford to eat out, support the lower paid restaurant workers who serve breaky and leave a $ five $ minimum.

The restaurant is located on the Queensway road and it looks very unassuming. They make up for it with amazing service and delicious food - I visited this place for a late brunch and had a very good time. The waitress was very attentive and welcoming. The portions were large and the food tasted fresh and well prepared. Their home fries are one of the best I tried along with their pancakes. I would definitely be visiting again.

Excellent breakfast! Id heard great things but had never been. They have picnic tables outside due to covid, but i really liked it! Our server was quick and efficient, and so friendly! All of the food we ordered was excellent, typical good breakfast food!

My brother, our few remaining local cousins and I meet frequently for breakfast. We generally move around a bit but have visited here several times. It is small and friendly. Locally owned and we are served by the owner. It isnt fancy by any means, but the atmosphere is intimate and friendly, The food and service are excellent and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for elegant dining, skip the Queensway, but if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to enjoy a relaxed low key breakfast it is perfect.

This was good first experience. While looking at different breakfast spots we came across the Queensway. It was a cute little hopping spot. A constant flow of traffic with fast service. The servers were really great and so nice. They were efficient and kind. This is a great spot if you want a little gem off the beaten path! Wonderful menu choices from brunch to burgers...everything Ive tried so far has been fabulous and reasonably priced. Very busy spot at breakfast time and weekends but its worth the wait...hope the new casino buffet doesnt hurt their business...

Very friendly staff and always a good meal and great coffee!Some of the kids meals could be a better value (pancakes doesnt come with any meat or anything), but the drink is included and they always give a little treat afterwards too.

Great old fashion restaurant with retro stools. I found this on Google with a rating of 4.5. Did not disappoint. All the locals were there. Great value for your money. Food is good. Highly recommend you visit this at least once.

This family shop has, in many ways, become a part of our own. Pam and her staff are second to none in Peterborough when it comes to care and quality. I take my family here almost every weekend and meet my father every Monday; theres no better way to spend a day than having a big breakfast at the Queensway! From the Emerys - we love you all!

We found this classic 60s style diner last summer and have never been disappointed. Food is above average and the service is A++. Very friendly like it was when we were kids... always leave feeling like folk should, satisfied and smiling!

One of the best Breakfasts in town!! We go here all the time and love the food! The price! But most of all the amazing owner! Shes always working and shes the most wonderful woman! She genuinely cares about every one of her customers and will take the time to prove it by getting to know you and remembering your name!! Pam rocks!! And so does her restaurant!!

Amazing service and food! Favourite place for breakfast in town. Coffee is OK. (Im a kick in the pants cup of coffee kinda girl). Pam, the owner is an amazing server. Cant beat $6.75 for your standard breaky. All the booths have a place to hang your coat. And the bathrooms are immaculate! Place is always full, but food never takes long!!! :)
