Love the vibe in her, the space was not too big, not too small just perfect for a romantic vibe. The service was on point. This is a place you must visit when in the area.

Nice place with live music. Good service and attentive waiters. Large variety of steak cuts, seafood and pastas. Although having a wide large selection of wine, Id give them 5 stars due to the fact that the south-american wines were a bit over price for being in that part of the world.

The worst steak ever I have ever eaten. We asked for medium cook-steak was absolutely raw. Most of the cocktails weren’t available on the menu. Not sure why they have menu.Don’t spend your money at this place- it’s not worth it.

I ordered the churrasco steak. It was enormous and tender. They don’t have a menu for wines by the glass. Only a menu to by a whole bottle. They finally agreed to let me order one glass of Chardonnay.

Coming from New York and been to some of the best steak houses & Itialian restaurants I have to be honest ans say this restaurant is right up there with any restaurant I ever ate at. Plus, the service is second to none and sitting in front of the guys singing was amazing because it was "surround" sound and not just blasting me right in front. Btw, the Alfredo pasta sauce is also amazing and I added chicken which I came back a second night just to have that again.... Ill be back. :)

They were so close to perfect. I loved everything until the last 15 minutes where I just needed to leave ASAP.The good: Atmosphere is great. Service is (mostlygreat. They have a good selection of drinks. I have had Chinchulines my whole life. In Buenos Aires & NYC. Theirs may be THE BEST Ive ever had.The bad: The biggest let down was the steak. Half of it was perfect. Medium rare, just like I wanted. Savory & tender. Just a great quality cut of meat. The other half was rare on the inside charred in parts on the outside. That half had A LOT of salt. I would bite into it and hear the cracking of salt crystals. It wasnt just oversalted, it was inedible.As I was eating my steak, two waiters were hanging out by my table (with their butts leaning on the chair to my leftturning their back to me while talking to each other. I thought it was a momentary mistake but they did it again!Needless to say that I left half of the steak & asked for the check. After I pay with credit card, they asked me to write my passport number. I dont know if its a common thing but they were the first place to ask that of me. I was angry and just said no & left.

Food and service are great. From appetizers to desserts. They have a substantial menu. Also live music makes the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. Their sangria is one of the best. Always go when I visit La Heroica.

I don’t know where the high star ratings is coming from. This was not at all what the reviews make it sound out to be. We came here thinking we’d have some good quality steaks and it was not good. The meats were well seasoned but terrible cut where the meat felt tough. My steak was just ok. I felt it was hard to chew for rib eyes. The ambiance and music was great which is why I gave it 3 stars but our waiter was very pushy and kept tapping our phones to show us what he wanted us to get. I’ve had been good elsewhere. Will not be going back here nor would I recommend it

If you love steak, if you love great food than this place is for you. Our food was amazing. The restaurant is also very beautiful inside. The love music is a wonderful addition. We loved our night out.

These guys went above and beyond for us. The manager waited on us actually while also handling the whole sold our restaurant. Gotta say he made us feel special, … the food was spectacular. I had a perfectly cooked incredible T-bone and my wife had the rib eye that were accompanied by some delicious side sauces to put on top. The wine selection by the manager, again a perfect fit … the decoration was tremendous inside as well with the chefs in full view and a master grill. It was quite something. To top it all off we had some amazing 20 year rum and an amazing tiramisu. Also adding to the mood was just an amazing latin trio playing some festive upbeat music never too loud. If you want to treat yourself to a night out try out Quebracho Parrilla !

The meats are good quality Argentine cuts of meat. Had the skirt steak and others had the parilla. The blood sausage was dry and didnt like. Also, if you order the empanadas they are tiny. Actually never seen them so small 🧐. Overall good steakhouse and worth going. Good live local music as well!

Live band, good food, lovely decor. It was an enjoyable experience. We had the snapper, lemon chicken, and grilled octopus. Ive had better octopus but the snapper was delicious. The chicken was good but the snapper was better. The sangria was DEEEELICIOUS!!!

The service was wonderful, and the food was very tasty. Unlike the restaurants in Texas, they give you bags to place your masks, which is very thoughtful and convenient. The live band was upbeat, romantic, and wonderful. I enjoyed the empanadas and Salsa Quebracho. My companions had the steak, and it was tender and juicy...cooked to perfection. If you have a chance, stop by!

This was our second time here. Its a very nice restaurant inside with the large grill visible to many of the table. The steaks each time were good but not great. I was expecting a little more in quality.

Outstanding steaks and beautiful dining experience. The pork and the beef were both cooked to perfection and absoloutly gorgeous. The service and the musical entertainment were subtle enough to allow effortless communication, but still very tasteful. We loved the Tango dancers.

Watching the manager, Key Garcia, direct employees was like watching a director of an orchestra.We have been to the best restaurants worldwide, but never have seen anything like it. The food, service and the live music was all extremely good. Our steak were very juice and tender, the live music was truly exceptional. Its a bit pricy, even for Cartagena fine dining standards but definitely worth it if youre craving good steak and can afford to pay one-off

Really great food. Attentive staff that anticipates your needs quite well. You can see your food being prepared from most seats in the restaurant. They also have live music with talented musicians. Restaurant is within the walled city. There are many people out and about to ask for directions if you are lost. Also, you can map it on google maps.

By far one of the best restaurant in Cartagena, very well decorated, elegant to the details, good life music. A extended of course wine car and a menu to satisfy any test. One of the best meals I’ve had in South America. The calamares for starter were delicious, and the bife de chorizo fantastic, cooked to absolute perfection. Very attentive and polite service. Worth every penny. Would return immediately! A must when in CTG.

Lovely place with a live band and even on a Monday night was reasonably crowded but not overly so. Great wait staff, good balance as attentive but not in your face. Food, especially the steak, is really incredible and they have some good red wines too, not cheap but They are good wine. Overall very good and the band were actually awesome! We paid about 200k for m bottle of wine, 2 steaks, several sides and dessert, decent value for the area. The steaks are huge! Only down was the dessert wasnt great, but fine.

Absolutely incredible experience!!!!! All the steak temps were perfect! Service was amazing by our server cesar! The cazuela de mariscos was good needed more spice and some more salt and cilantro. Other then that place was literally immaculate! Even the togo bags were nice. Prices were good. servers were on point and had great attention to detail Food was great no complaints I will be back EVERYTIME I COME TO CARTAGENA! GOOD JOB

The best steak in Cartagena and that’s not an easy thing for me to say. I went to Carmen last night and that place doesn’t hold a finger to Quebracho. I’m in love. The steak is amazing. It is one of my happiest memories from Cartagena.

If you have been to Argentinian parillada. Then you will not be let down. Malbec from Mendoza, beef is imported from Argentina. Pretty much identical but in Cartagena. I spent $40 ish. Had glass of Malbec, carpaccio starter, Ribeye with mashed potatoes. Steak was cooked perfect. Carpaccio was excellent. It was all great quality and excellent service.

Our party of 8 had dinner here. The food and the service were exquisite. The house special will likely be some of the best pork youve ever had.

Best restaurant we tried in Cartagena and it did not come at a higher price for other competitor types of places. The steaks are out of this world and cooked to perfection. About $18 per plate and these steaks would easily cost $50 in the states at a reputable steakhouse. They are geneorus portions as well. Peppercorn steak is highly recommended.

I have been to this restaurant the last two times Ive been to cartagena! Its a hidden Argentinian gem in the colonial city. Both times Ive come the meat selection was great and it was cooked to perfection. They have a descent Argentine wine selection and the live music definitely adds to the charm and ambiance of this place.I would definitely come back if I visit Cartagena again.

Delicious Argentinian meat meal. We were told we had to wait 1 hour, but only ended up waiting for 30 minutes. The staff were lovely, and the live band was great. They only do wine by the bottle, but it is all good quality. Definitely on the expensive side.

Very cool setting with the wood fired stove tops open to the guests. Empanadas were delicious, and also the mixed meats plate.
