food was not good, the pizza had no taste

We stopped by for lunch and was served by Karina, she was super nice and very attentive. We ordered pizza, all the ingredients were fresh and tasted absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this place if you are in La Fortuna.

We read about this beautiful space just by luck. We came on a rainy afternoon in transit between stops and were welcomed warmly while parking with smiley Adriano and an umbrella! From the drinks to the AMAZING gluten free pizza and the whole atmosphere, if this were in our hometown, we would come every week. Thank you Adriano and your team. What a special find. I loved this place! Edgar was our waiter and he was so nice and really went the extra mile to help us. He poured our drinks for us, packaged our leftovers, and was perfectly polite and efficient. Will definitely be recommending this place (and Edgarto friends in the future. Y la comida? Es verdad.. Que rico!

We went for dinner. We got the Volcano pizza. Very delicious! We also got the steak loin and the Thai chicken. Again both were very tasty. Excellent attention from the staff who made us feel like a priority

Great oven brick pizza by Que Rico! We highly recommend. We also ordered a few salads and pasta and of course their specialty home dessert also from their brick oven. Every single plate was delicious and reasonably priced. Adriano took care of us and made our experience even more special. A+ do not hesitate and go.

Delicious spot to eat in La Fortuna. We visited twice during our stay. Great service, delicious pasta and pizza, and great wine choices.

Waiting staff here are really great and the pizza base is some of the best Ive had. Thin, crispy, stone baked with a wood fired char. The prices here are very reasonable, especially for the area.

Gluten free pizza in Costa Rica?? Yes! Finally a place that serves GF pizza. We ordered 3 and they were all gone in a matter of minutes. Please note it takes them about 1 hours to cook the GF pizza. We ordered it ahead of time to avoid any delays and it was worth it. They dont skimp on toppings either. They offer pickup from nearby hotels and also deliver. Staff was great and they seem very eager to assist in any way. Their English was very good too and they take card.

Definitely some of the better pizza weve had in Costa Rica. Service from Edgar was very professional and attentive. We really enjoyed our lunch.

Highly recommend Que Rico Arenal Restaurante. We stayed here for 5 nights and ate here for about 10 meals. Wonderful polite and professional staff and the fish and pizza were excellent. Love the wood fired pizza oven. Ask for Reynaldo as he remembers your name and what you order.

Volcano pizza and the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp is out of this world! We have eaten there twice an they are amazing

The food was decent the prices average to high I had a veggie pizza and a med was too much for one person and the toppings were not cooked well very crunchy onions and peppers service was good are server was bilingual which was a huge plus

Delicious pizza, margaritas and strawberry smoothies. Salad taste was basic, but a huge portion of shredded lettuce so we were pleased. Great location and view. Only downside was it was very hot and little airflow.

Staying at the hotel Volcano Arenal Inn which is attached to this restaurant. It was pouring out so we came for dinner here and it was great. Leonardo our waiter was incredible kind. I had the Spaghetti Pomodoro and it was tasty. The sauce seemed like the made it from scratch. My hubby has the Azteca soup with Ficcacia bread and it was yummy as well. The Pizzas coming out looks amazing. Even if your not staying here this restaurant is worth a visit!

Great service, beautiful view, very clean. The pizza was good, the Hawaiian was the best tasting due to the super fresh pineapple.

We’ve been there with our 2 old years girl. Everything was so tasty and Edgar was the best host- friendly and professional. We will definitely come again!

Really REALLY good food!!! Also incredibly friendly staff!! Make sure to reservate or if not possible try your luck to get a seat without a reservation. It will be the best italian food you will get in the whole area. If not even in whole Costa Rica! We went there more than once and enjoyed each dish!

Nice pizzaria in Arenal. The portions were big. A grande pizza was too much for my wife and I to share. Had leftovers for the next day. Kids enjoyed their pasta too.

This place is right beside the Volcano.Awesome view and delicious food and very satisfying service.We ordered the fajitas and the prosciutto pizza and they both were delicious.The pizza was big enough for 2 or 3 ppl and we were really really hungry.They didnt have imported beer like corona or sol but overall very good experience and we were glad we chose that place to end our beautiful Volcano visit with excellent and delicious food.Highly highly recommend.

A very pleasant surprise. I had the spaghetti checca which was very tasty. My kids had the margarita pizza which was also delicious. For dessert, we shared the baccio perugina which was a combination of Nutella with caramelized almonds. This turned out to be the highlight, as it was scrumptious. Reasonably priced with friendly service.

This restaurant is phenomenal!! During our family’s trip the La Fortuna Arenal we ate here all the time. My kids are super picky and they cleared their plate. The service is great and they even have a taxi driver there who can bring you to your hotel and back. I’d highly recommend this restaurant, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is friendly 😊

We had a long day hiking Fortuna Waterfall and exploring town, so when dinnertime rolled around I really wanted something close to our hotel (Hotel Arenal Kioro& I was craving pizza. Found this place through TripAdvisor and it was great! Service was wonderful and pizza was SO good. Honestly, one of my all time favorites. It has a thin, crispy crust with delicious cheese & toppings. Our 18 year old son & his friends even rated it an 8.5 (apparently a "10" is the unicorn of pizzas that doesnt actually exist). If youre craving pizza or just dont want to go all the way into town for dinner definitely give this place a try.

My fiancé and I really loved this restaurant and the staff on our visit to Costa Rica. This restaurant was about 5 minutes from our hotel and the ambiance, service and FOOD was awesome each time!!! I would 100% recommend this restaurant if youre in the area or if you really just want to go somewhere with a guaranteed good meal. We lived the pizza, the fish and the pasta! Also, the fruit punch drink is so scrumptious.

My wife and I had best Italian food here. I rarely gave 5 stars rating. I would give 7 stars if allowed. High recommend!

Que Rico was a very beautiful restaurant and the pizza was delicious. Our waiter Leo was great. He was very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I came here for lunch and I mentioned that it was her birthday. After we ate lunch Leo surprised both of us with a mini brownie with ice cream and a candle. Leo and another staff member sung happy Birthday to my wife. This place is a must visit if ever in the Arsenal area. Thanks again for everything Leo.

Found this place when visiting Arenal! The location is great you can see the volcano while eating. I don’t know about anything else but the Italian food is awesome!

Nice italian restaurant. Probably the best italian in La Fortuna. We loved the fetuccini Alfredo, the pizzas were good and so was the caprese salad. Good service. The food took long time like in Italy. Better reserve if its a weekend.

Very nice place to have dinner. The waiters are very friendly, but service can be a bit slow. However the food is excellent.

Good restaurant, clean and great service. Theres a bar and TV for sports viewing. The pizza was yummy. Their casados are just ok for the price. You can find better at your favorite soda. The restaurant is part of a hotels restaurant so youll get hotel patrons eating here mostly. Plenty of parking space for non hotel patrons if youre in the mood for pizza. The views around are gorgeous as you would expect of a nice resto in La Fortuna.

It was a great experince. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied. Great location, easily accessible from the main road. The view of the valcano and the landscape is a plus point.

Great restaurant. The food is delicious with fast service and friendly staff. The location is also really good. You don’t have to drive down any weird roads. It’s on the main thoroughfare. Our waiter, Leonardo, even remembered out names the next afternoon when we returned for lunch. As you can see by the pictures, the food is a work of art. They go the extra mile. Recommended!

Exceptional! The food quality was far beyond our expectations. One of the best ever Pasta Alfredo with 3 Mushrooms and Chicken. Our ceviche and foccacia de caprese were the best weve had in Central America. Our server, Alberto, was charming and professional

Very nice Italian restaurant with great views. Delicious pizza and pasta (not cheap but prices are reasonable for that location). We walked there from Los Lagos hotel, and at around 5:30 pm we were the only guests. Pizzas are thin crust, delicious, and we also enjoyed our pasta dishes.

Food was great. They have gluten free pizza crust and spaghetti. The view was great today of the volcano.

The tilapia rellanos con camarones (tilapia stuffed with shrimpwas delicious! The caprese salad was not great. Beautiful ambiance, huge windows with views of the surrounding Flora and fauna. Service was good as well.
