This place was sooooooo good I HIGHLY recommend it I had the plátano frito🤤 my husband had the che vete burger and OMG is all I have to say. MUST TRY!!!!!

Heard about this food truck spot from my coworker, so we all went to grab dinner after a long day. Im always up for something Ive never had before and at this spot, it was Venezuelan food. Im so glad I made this choice because 1food was delicious & filling (I ordered the pabellon bowland 2the owners were the sweetest! You can tell they really care about authenticity and the quality of the food they serve. If Im ever in McAllen again, I will bee line to them 💯

This is my first time trying Venezuelan cuisine. I went to the their Food Truck not knowing what to order. I was recommended the "Dientes de Dragón" cachapa. It is HUGE! It was a bit sweet for my taste, but I could tell it was made well. I also tried the pastelito andino with "queso con papa". I didnt like it.

My first time eating here n I asked for recommendations n I couldnt agree more they were very good choices. Met the family n very nice people n I can say im be back 🔥👌👍🤘

Very tasty food, so nice to see theres more than just tacos trucks! The service is warm and friendly by the family owned and run business which is certainly a plus to see! Love all the food choices which are all very healthy, even a vegan can eat well here. The Arepas can be made to your specification if you like to change things up a bit, but ordering anyone them will be satisfying, gotta try the ones w black beans and plantain and beef! The chicken w avocado and white is excellent, so very fresh and not greasy. Location is all outdoor seating and very casual perfect for an evening stroll.

Ok SO HEADS UP... IT TOOK ONE HOUR FOR ME TO GET 2 EMPANADAS!!!! I was given the estimated time of 30 mins. Fine. I was listening to music. But its freaken ridiculous 1 hour. The food was good but not worth the wait. If you have to have them order early. And expect to be expensive. They start from 3.50 to 5. There is other food you can try.

I really liked the food here. Theyre like fried little empanadas or something like that. Plus they have some interesting sodas from South America.

Comida venezolana, personas muy amables quienes nos atendieron, pedimos la hamburguesa caraqueña,a carne gruesa y jugosa, estaba en su punto, acompañada de aguacate y un huevo estrellado arriba de las carnes, muy rica. Las empanadas quizás un poco reseca la carne que pedí que era carne desebrada.

Food was ok, very greesey. The pony malt drink had an after taste of old cigars. Id say try it, not for everyone though.

Enjoyed my first visit to Que Chevere! Quick service, great food... be careful with the red salsa! Its hot!
