Quality Inn in Pearl

Really liked this hotel. It was clean and the staff was so courteous and helpful! The breakfast was great! Only issue, we like our room cold and it was cool, but not uncomfortable. We would recommend and stay here again!

Clean rooms with no signs of bugs. Beds could be a bit softer but pillows were nice. Shower was kinda broken with no too great pressure but clean. Would recommend.

This was the most disappointing hotel of my entire trip.Pros: 1, The hotel is quite with very low road noise. 2, The staff tried to be nice. 3, There is a Sonic just a block away. 4, The Eggs at breakfast were to my liking.Cons: 1, The beds are think mattresses on solid metal stands. This makes them hard and noisy, better then a set of drums I guess... 2, The TV would not turn on even after trying the remote & power button on the TV itself (yes it was plugged in). The outlet also made a concerning sizzling sound.. 3, The room phone had power but no calls could be made.After telling all this to the employee in the morning a small credit was issued. At least the employee was nice & tried to help.I hope this wasnt the normal experience for this hotel. Till next time stay frosty.~FNHUSA57

Pillow case had makeup on it manager said oh sheets were not changed, mildew all over shower curtain, no hot water manager said yes weve been out of hot water for 8 days now. I said that should have slept in my car when i brought this to the managers attn he said do you want your receipt? WOW...would have been nice to know. Bed is a 5 inch junk mattress on a metal frame I travel alot this was the worst bed ever!!!

Front desk told me no rooms were available until I showed they were available online. $100 a night is far too much for the quality of the beds. Metal platform bed makes loud thunder sounds every time I rolled over in bed. The mattress and pillows are terrible. The AC would not stay on and keep the room cool, I woke up several times sweating. The room was clean so they get 1 point.

Room not clean, furniture stained, shower had mold, ac smelled of mold, stains on walls, found bug in bed, wires hanging it of electronic door lock, tv didn’t work, charged $120 for room, offer $20 refund for no tv, this was clearly a $50 room, I think they just take advantage of weary travelers just because they can, will report to corporate not that it will do any good, and by the way the breakfast was horrible! Beware!!!!!

Very pleased with our stay. Super friendly staff. Rooms and entrance were clean. Fairly recent upgrades. Pretty good breakfast selection. Beds were extremely comfortable. Also loved that they were pet friendly. Overall, one of the better …
