Quality Hotel in Lulea

Great hotel, excellent service and great food. Super friendly staff. Special thanks to Maria, Sophie and marwin for welcoming us and helping us get around

It is an ok option for the price. The room was clean, a bit too warm but manageable. It is advertised as a pet-friendly hotel, but I didn’t feel welcomed with a dog there. When I asked if dogs are allowed in the breakfast area (not a crazy question while travelling with a pet I guess?I was answered “OF COURSE NOT”. Thankfully it was July and I was able to have the breakfast outside. There were a few more situations and comments that made me feel like an intruder rather than a guest.

The bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Location was great. Breakfast was exquisite 🙂

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts

So where to begin. The blonde older woman with glasses working at the desk which "greeted" us, was rude from the start. Have no idea why cause we where never rude to her. Room was really cold, and the small radiator couldnt heat it up properly. The cold "Lounge" played faster stressful music, instead of calm regular lounge-music. No relieftable in the bathroom, which forces you to put everything around the sink. Toiletpaper that is like sandpaper. The table-lamp was defective and made an annoying humming noise. Annoying clicking sounds from within the the walls 24/7. The room-cards used for elevator and room are not working properly for either me or other guests we noticed. The whole hotel gave an impression of being a very old one that have had a slight style-upgrade ca 5-10 years ago. Breakfast was cheap but ok under the circumstances.Is it a quality hotel then? Nooo way. Its the cheapest "quality" aviable really.It would be fun actually to hear their argument for WHY it is a quality hotel.I think they need to step up big time for it to live up to its name.

Wonderful days in this hotel in Luleå and specially very pleased with the staff of the hotel , the recepcionists were really nice and helpful at all times. Definitely will repeat in another time in the future!!!! 💙🙂

Highly recommended! We stayed as a family for a family emergency. Its the best quality/price. Breakfast is amazing. Staff is supernice and helpful. Theres a washing + drying point and you can book it in 2 hrs slots.

Very central and the best value/quality Ive encountered in Luleå so far (3 hotels visited). Excellent breakfast, very nice staff and the room was good and clean.

Nicely located hotel in the centre of Luleå. Spacious room, amazing breakfast and pretty nice service. The only disappointment was to discover that they do not have a swimming pool anymore, but just a small sauna. The information should be adjusted. Other than that, just bear in mind that the bar closes at 22:00 and that the popular restaurant they are linked with requires super prior booking.

Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Easy on site parking, connected to the hotel, 165 sek per night. Twin room is basic but spacious and clean. No kettle, no tea/coffee in the room, no microwave, and no mini refrigerator. Shower has weak water pressure. Breakfast and free coffee in the lobby did not taste good. Its a budget hotel so cant expect much. Personally I would not return.

Comfortable bed, clean room and a nice bathtub (upon request). Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and great that they had soft boiled eggs. They offer free coffee and tea in the lobby and handle complaints really well. Only downside, really really bad coffee at breakfast. It cant be that hard to serve a fresh brew.. many hotels lack this unfortunately.

Breakfast was removed sharp at 0930 even when people were standing in queue to pick food. Otherwise great Breakfast and clean rooms

Ok hotel. Could be a bit noisy in the weekends if you have a window towards the walking streets.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and solid in hotel restaurant. Not speaking Swedish was made a non-issue by the staff all being fluent, friendly and attentive.Will stay again when Im back on business.

Very helpful staff, we had to add a night as we had been stranded and they were excellent. Breakfast was big, the hotel modern and very central. A 10-15 minute walk from train and bus stations and 2 seconds from the lake.

Nice, quite and clean place at the city centre! All bars and restaurants are soo close by, so you dont actually have to walk anywhere. Definitely good choice for a stay.

Good standard hotel, some rooms have a nice view from thr windows facing the river.

Their shuffle board is insane fun. For a place that has such friendly staff, good fun and a good bar, I expected a larger gathering. I feel that the bar at the quality hotel is just waiting to be discovered as a place to party at by the folk in Luleå.

Summer time is to difficult to sleep in this hotel. Theyre not using write carton to make a room dark. I will recommend for your last obtion.

Ok basic hotel in a city center, garage was full and difficult to find parking near by. Sauna and pool with relatively cold water.

Out of 3 hotels Ive stayed at in Luleå, this is by far the best.More clarity concerning how you can spend your daily vouchers would be welcome, though. I once managed to get a bottled juice but the following day I was not allowed to do that anymore.

Location is central downtown, ambiance is okay, rooms are at max acceptable, has some strange feel of neglect on furniture and fixtures, beds are two twin bids placed together, not the greatest​but okay for an overnight stay on business.
